The coconut shrimp was so good, the fish and chips were thick, flaky pieces, the burger was huge and the wrap was packed. Easily one of my favorites in SLO.

I was in the process of ordering and it was my first time here, received lots of unnecessary attitude from the cashier and felt rushed. We were still deciding and the cashier had already charged us, and when we asked if she can add it on, she made a face at us and said "it's charged already? It's done" so we had to do a separate charge. That experience left us feeling sour, and we definitely won't be returning.

I opted for the option of toasting the sandwich and honestly, there was no need for that. I got it on a a Dutch crunch bread and the toasting honestly made it harder to chew since it was hardened and dry. Doesn't even matter because the amount of meat and toppings on it made up for the bread. I love that the meat to bread ratio is like 2:1!

Not once have I have been greeted by an employee (I have been there at least 5 times) and they kinda just ignore you. There is much to be desired as far as customer service but part of me wonders if that just comes with working with the clientele of DT SLO. Tried their sandwiches and bowls and really liked the balance of sauce/flavoring with letting the natural ingredients come through. Just prepared very well and even nice to look at. What impressed me even more though was the service. They were super busy while we were there and we admittedly mixed up the name of a dish. Twice. When the food came and we finally figured it out, they were incredible gracious and kindly fixed it all for us without even a hint of annoyance. All while serving the gazillion other folks without missing a beat. Just super competent manager and staff. Top class.
