I would totally order these again. The bone in fried chicken was juicy as well, but there wasn't a whole lot of flavor in the batter of the fried crispy outer layer. Also ordering via DoorDash I could not pick the pieces I received. The mashed potatoes were the biggest letdown because the potatoes were grainy, and there was definitely not enough gravy. The macaroni and cheese was like Kraft macaroni and cheese, but less flavorful. The honey biscuit was incredible. All in all the tenders and the biscuits were fantastic and I will order those again.

The young men working the counter were quick and seemed to enjoy their job. The cook in the back smiled as she carried out a tray of fresh chicken before she got to breading it. The setting in a small group of restaurants meant everyone was able to choose what they wanted - even if it wasn't chicken strips (everyone went with the strips!). Watching the way she spoke to and treated the employees was honestly just as uncomfortable as being treated that way as a customer. I completely understand that restaurants can get busy and stressful, and everyone has bad days. But there is a difference between being stressed and openly disrespecting people. Customers should not have to feel uncomfortable simply because they walked into a restaurant, and employees shouldn't have to feel like they're being spoken to that way either. I left feeling genuinely uncomfortable and disappointed. Management should be setting the standard for how employees and customers are treated--not making the entire environment more hostile. I really hope someone higher up takes the time to address what is happening at this location, because this was far beyond what I would consider acceptable customer service.
