Well let me tell you why... from being greeted by Maria with a huge smile and friendly service, to having Ariana taking 2 hours to inspect my jewelry to make sure it's all perfect (I do have the lifetime care insurance, well worth it!), to having Amin the jeweler fix my jewelry to perfection! He took a bracelet that was bent and turned it into looking like a brand new piece! I don't know how he did it but he's wonderful! (again get the lifetime care insurance). Then he came and took the time to show me how to put it on so I wouldn't destroy it again. Everyone at the Arrowhead location has treated my husband and myself with such respect and kindness we keep going back! Try them out you won't be disappointed! I could brag about this store all day! So far I've had an amazing experience! My fiancé and I tried them after a few other stores, and the saleswoman made sure to walk us around and explained the different collections and price points (the other stores did not do this). We ordered this ring, and when I looked on their website after, it was 20%. The store was very nice and offered to refund us the difference. Very disappointed. First time purchasing from Helzberg diamonds I bought this beautiful pearl bracelet. It snapped 3 weeks later. Brought it in for a repair and was told they would have to take a pearl off to be able to solder it. Fine okay I guess. I reminded them that we had an appointment and expected the appraisal immediately. They said sorry but the jeweler was running behind. Three hours later and no text. Called store to see if appraisal was ready. They said it was sent by email and the ring was ready for pickup. Returned to the store to get the ring and informed manager that we never got an email. Three days later and still no appraisal. Called the store and got a useless sales clerk on the phone. Asked for an manager and was asked to hold just before they hung up on me. My now fiancé bought me a promise ring from Helzberg just over 3 years ago. In that time I have had to have it fixed over 9 times. This last time I took it in after the band snapped and it took 3 weeks to come back. When I arrived the ring was a full half size smaller than it originally was so they said they would rush getting it fixed for me and call me when it was back. They never called me and today when I went in the store was closed. It has a sign stating their updated hours of 12-6 on Sunday's and by 12:15 the store was still not open. There was no other signage stating they wouldn't be opening for the day. I went to call the store to try and leave a voicemail and the phone just went to a busy signal. The in house jeweler has made Helzberg Diamonds lose a customer. It took them 4 times to get my rings right! It is unacceptable! The first time the soldered then together wrong and there was even a note stating to talk to the manger if need clarification. Nope didn't bother just did it wrong, second time it was a visibly loose diamond nobody saw, third time three deep scratches in my engagement ring which nobody apparently saw either. Disappointed would be an understatement. We went to pick up my husbands ring that had to be repaired for the 2nd time in 6 months (loose diamonds), while I was there I asked to have my ring checked and cleaned. Giana was excellent the entire time and treated us with nothing but respect, unfortunately she confirmed I had 3 loose stones in my wedding band. This is the 5th time I've had to turn my ring in for repair in less than a year and a half of having it. The first repair came after only 2 weeks of having my set. I explained my concerns and this was expedited to the store manager, Linda. She wasn't overly sincere when she apologized and suggested we send it in to the corporate office for repair. I explained to her that this has already happened several times and at this point, I'd like to return my ring for exchange of another ring that is equal to what I purchased just last year. She then said she'd have to talk to her manager, Schafaat. She said she was going to update him on the situation so I wouldn't have to repeat myself. When the two of the them came out of the office, he walked right by my husband and I without even a look of acknowledgment. Linda stated that in order for a return for credit could be considered, it would have to be sent to corporate and would be 3 weeks before I get an answer. In the 17 months I've had my ring, a cumulative 3 months I'd say I've been without it as it was in store for repair. When I'm in there to spend money I'm a priority but when something goes wrong with their merchandise, I'm met with turnaround times of 4-6 weeks for each repair. Only after I asked for the spelling of each managers names did Shafaat come over and acknowledge us and apologized just saying he would make it right and if my return was approved I'd have an in store credit of $3500. I spent a total of $4200 after the fees and the least they could do is make this right and I also feel, add an additional credit for all of the inconvenience that I have been met with this year. I referred my brother to helzberg, his wife's ring is less than a year old and already has diamonds missing. It worries me, spending so much money and it seems they can't back the product up. I went to the store yesterday with my GF, and Shafaat was very professional and apologized for the inconvenience and we made the exchange effortlessly. Done ***ORIGINAL Review*** I cannot stress enough how badly this place is for customer service and overall poor behavior. Purchased diamond earrings for my GF a few months back and one of the stones fell out, obvious manufacturing defect of one of the prongs. My GF stopped by to get the stone reset and the prong repaired and they refused to. Even when shown on their website that all purchases come with a 12 month manufacturer defect warranty, and she had the receipt in hand. They tried to charge her $35 for the repair and said it would take 30 days to fix.... My GF was then told to leave the store if she wasn't there to purchase anything. I called the store WHILE this was taking place and Linda said she had no idea what I was talking about. This will be documented with the BBB and will be submitted to all local news outlets. I really like Helzberg Diamonds. I even used to work at one in Florida. I went to have my jewelry cleaned and inspected yesterday. Associate was very nice. But... I have a necklace that is stretched beyond repair and it is very obvious it shouldn't be repaired. As an associate I replaced many necklaces that were stretched like this. Has Helzberg really gotten that bad that a simple white gold necklace under warranty can't be replaced? That's why I paid for the lifetime care plan. I was lured in (once again, dammit!) by the banner proclaiming a free KindleHD at xmas time... sorry this is so late. The sales lady that first sold me a wedding set a year earlier (Gloria??) was helping someone else, so we decided, or actually, she decided, we would wait for her. By that I meant, once the other sales associates were waved off by her, no one else would approach us, so we waited about 30 minutes. My initial reason for stopping was that I remembered being told during my original purchase that I could trade the original rings in for larger ones and receive the original price paid as the trade-in price. Since I wanted to see about "super-sizing" the wife's set, this was the question we waited 30 min. to ask about. Well, apparently they don't take trade-ins of their own merchandise anymore unless it is a diamond solitaire (WTF?!?!?!). She tried to play it off that it was something "new" from corporate, but after grilling her about the time frame that this change occured (meaning- it changed before my original purchase, therefore, my purchase was not grandfathered in), it became obvious to both sides that she had lied during my initial purchase. Since I purposely asked about this trade-in "feature" twice during my original purchase, to which, I was assured both times that I could trade in my original purchase, BEWARE of the shady sales tactics being employed at this location. Overall the customer service is good. My biggest complaint is that twice a year (they actually need it more but I can't be without my wedding rings that long) they need to get re dipped because they change color so fast. I even started not wearing them when I did the dishes, shower, slept and they still needed to be refilled. One of the times when I went to pick them up after not having them for almost a month I noticed one do don't look dipped. She apologized and said they would put a rush on it. I was very frustrated that I had to go without my rings for another 2 weeks. Going two months plus a year without my wedding rings may not seem like a big deal to some but it is to me. I bought an engagement ring and band on 3/25. My purchase was made with the expectation that I would receive the special ordered band within 2-3 weeks (per the sales associate) at the time due to leaving traveling to CA may 16th and leaving the country may17th for our anniversary trip (4 weeks long) which i need the ring for as we are taking photographs, the engagement ring purchased was sized and ready for pick up the next day. I have been waiting and am still currently waiting for my ring. I called on May 2nd and was told that the store location had closed due to flooding and that my ring would be filled by another location (the Westgate outlet store) and was told to wait from a call from their manager Nadia. She called me and let me know they were only taking the calls for that store and that my order would be filled by the arrowhead location still and that they would call me when they reopened. At this point I was frustrated by already being misinformed by the customer service rep at their contact center so I asked to speak with their district manager and i was told they only had a regional manager, her name was Mila and to expect a call within 48hrs. This did not occur. I then proceeded to call May 6th to follow up and again request a delivery date at this time I shared my experience up to this point and expressed my frustration, and was advised that the ring would be here May 9th due to an issue with the vendor shipment becoming delayed (again nothing was relayed to me prior to this call regarding a delay). May 9th I called the contact center to check and see if my order was in and I was placed on hold again, this time they advised that they would need to call the store to find out, the rep contacted the store she then let me know that the order was not there yet. I then asked for a supervisor, she let me know they had all gone home for the evening (4pm AZ time) and that I wouldn't be able to speak with anyone, so I pressed her to speak with someone again and was told I would get a call within 24 to 48 hrs. again but that she would try to find someone in upper management available to speak with me. I was placed on hold for 48 minutes totaling that call time to be 57 minutes and 4 seconds. The rep never came back on the line, so I called in on my friends cell phone and my call on that device was picked up by Adner who specifically told me he would be accountable to the situation and find a resolution for me. I expressed how dissatisfied I was with the company's appalling customer service and he assured me that i would receive a call back from him the next day with the regional manager 3 wayed into the call he apologized profusely for everyone "dropping the ball" and ensured me he would find a resolution. I appreciated his willingness to assist and let him know that i would call back in on 5/10 around 2pm if i had not heard from him by then. I did not ever receive a call back from Adner so I called in 5/10 and asked for him specifically. Adner let me know that he hadn't been able to reach Mila all day and that he would try once more with me on the line, he came back from putting me on hold and let me know he would transfer me to his immediate supervisor whos name was Joel (jo-el/Jael) who would assist me further. Joel reached out to the store to confirm when they would have the ring, he also let me know that max time for a special order item is 6 weeks, when he came back to the line he advised me that the ring would be in store sometime between 4 and 5pm the next day (today 5/11/18) and the store would call me when they received it. He also apologized profusely and said he would send all of the info gathered to his superiors and the entire corporate team, and let me know the store would be discounting the other band that I needed to purchase, they would tell me how much that would be in store, and that I could place the order 5/11 when i went in to pick the other ring up that was already ordered. I appreciated the potential resolution. Until it was not, again, as promised. Not 30 minutes after getting off the phone with Joel, I received a missed call and a voicemail from Brent(?) at the store I purchase at who told me "Hi Heather this is Brent over at Helzberg Diamonds at Arrowhead Town center, we were just informed that you were contacted by customer service regarding an arrival date, we just wanted to let you know that is an estimation. It is expected to be here tomorrow but we will call you when it does come in so we don't have any false anticipation. so please, uh, if you have any questions or concerns please give us call back here at the store our phone number is 623-979-8805 again this is Brent with Helzberg diamonds. Thank you, bye." That call is verbatim directly from my voicemail. Today I called the contact center as I had not been called at 4 30 to let me know my item was there to this time be told that my ring will not be here until 5/18 (while I'm out of the country). read more

Let's me just start off with saying I have been to and purchased from several locations over the years. Never have I ever been so disappointed in Helzberg customer service. I brought my engagement ring in for some maintenance (bought at Helzberg 13 years ago) the man that waited on my was very nice and got what I needed all set up. This is about as good as my visit was. The man told me that my ring would be ready in roughly two weeks but I could call in and check the status anytime to see if it would be done early. No biggy, I waited about 10 days and call to see if I was going to be a lucky one and get it early. Anyhow, I call and though someone answered I was asked to call back in half an hour as they needed more time to open the store, again not a big deal. So I call back two hours later and speak to another person who tells me he doesn't have time to check my order to call back later... okay again not a big deal but I had already been told once to call back which I explained. So I got over that and just waited until the day my ring was supposed to be ready. When I called that morning I was informed that it would not be ready until after 6pm...sure would have been nice to know this when I had brought it in and got my repair ticket sorted out. Anyway these were just a few of the minor annoyances I encounters in this particular store. Here's the part that just did me me in. As I walked in to the store I was greeted from a distance by the man that did my initial repair ticket then some lady walks up to me (I assume the manager?) she takes my receipt, gets my ring out of a cabinet, hands it to me and walks off. She said not ONE word to me! Not hi, not bye, not kiss my ass... nothing. Clearly the thousands of dollars my husband and I have spent and will spend in Helzberg has earned no respect in this location. Maybe she figured my less than $200 repair was not worth her clearly very important time. I suppose I should have done a review when I was happy with this company. That I would be changing it now so drastically would add power to the review. My wife and I used to be very pleased with Helzberg Diamonds. I bought my wife's engagement and wedding bands there. And, I continued to shop there after we were married for various gifts. We have spent several thousand dollars with them over the last 3 years. I bought my wife a tennis bracelet for Christmas 2015. In the 9 months that followed, it was in for repairs no less than 6 times, maybe as many as 8. (I'd have to check our receipts and, frankly, I'm too lazy to do that right now) At the 9 month mark, after all the hassles, they allowed us to exchange it. We bought a much more expensive bracelet because they were kind enough to give us full credit. The positive note is that we've had no trouble with the new bracelet. But, let's talk about that Wedding & Engagement set. Three weeks ago, my wife noticed a diamond had fallen out. We took it in for repair (we always get the care package - I can't recommend that strongly enough if you buy from this company). They had the ring for two weeks to do the repair. We picked it up on a Sunday night. Monday evening, my wife noticed that the replacement stone in the SAME location was missing again. My wife works in an office, it's not like she's doing construction or some other line of work where you'd expect that. We immediately jumped in the car and took the ring in again. They finally call today to give me an estimate for the repair, after already having the ring for over a week. Did I mention the Care Package? So we got that straightened out and I explained my frustration to the young lady that drew the short straw to call me. She was very apologetic (not that I was blaming her} but she certainly understood our frustration. She said she would ask the manager to call me. (I won't post his name here) He did call me. However, he seemed very indifferent to our concerns and simply told me what they were going to do with the ring and made it sound like they did us a favor with the bracelet. To me, that's poor customer service. I am not looking for free merchandise or a discount on anything. We pay for what we buy. What I wanted was for him to understand that the workmanship on their product and the repairs by their repair person/company, in our experience, was shoddy to say the least. There was no ownership taken. He didn't even care that my wife will have been without her ring for four weeks by the time we get it back. I find that very disappointing. I stopped into Helzberg this past week while killing time before work. The first time I walked in I was there for about 5 minutes and was not greeted by a single staff member. Not even a nod or wave to acknowledge my presence. There were a couple of customers in the store so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to return after I grabbed some lunch. Only because I spotted a nice watch. When I returned someone did help me right away but she was rude in the beginning. She was conversing with her coworker on tasks they needed to complete. She didn't really take me seriously until she noticed I was already wearing a Movado like herself. I narrowed my choices down to two watches but to my surprise a customer walked in to and interrupted our conversation to express her urgency to clean her ring.
