They said they have to ship it to a repair center and it would take 4 to 6 weeks. Seriously? For a battery? So when my step father died, then I had surgery with a 6 week recovery then eye surgery then my father in law passed then I had to have surgery again as the other one failed with another 6 week recovery....i finally can get to Kay to get my ring checked. Too late. Oh and the diamond is chipped but we would be glad to replace it for your for $2,300 for S1. I have kept up my warranty for 24 years and now when my life goes crazy and I can't there they basically say tough. If you had come within the 6 months we would replace for free. No let me talk with a manager. Let me see what we can do. I said really? That's it? The girl just said have a good day. Very disappointed. So I took my mom's ring to Jared and yes I was past the 6 months and I said oh no did I bugger the warranty. They said it's ok. We will fix the loose diamond, just get back in October.
