It's a new kid on the block in downtown Arlington! Now this place can be easily missed and the parking is terrible but all that can be forgotten when it comes to a delicious meal! Bae and I decided to take a mental day and check out a new spot and such. Hershey's came across his radar on Facebook, so why not? The place is small, not much room to sit and actually enjoy your piping hot meal but we made it work. I'm so glad we arrived when we had because the line was out the door and for good reason. This is actually 4.5 star review. I ordered online and went to pick my food up!!! I got shrimp & wings combo. Good stuff : ). My wings were still hot, my fries not so much. All good it was still banging. The meal came with seasoned toast which was different. Coleslaw which tasted good but was swimming in mayo, the flavor was still there. Fyi I'm very picky about coleslaw so the fact that I like the flavor of this one says alot. Tartar sauce was good & spicy. Must be home made. They didn't have any cakes...boo! Lol. ZERO STARS!!!!! ABORT! ABORT!!! HALT DO NOT ENTER!!! Especially if you're hungry and don't want to waste your money. They really get absolutely no stars for me. But I had to put something for the rating. I know we're in a whole pandemic. I was truly looking forward to being able to support another Black owned business but the service was lacking and food was horrible. The rib tips weren't rib tips. They were just cut up pieces of the gristle parts of the rib. Should have been happy since there would have been more meat however the meat portion and plate was not worth $12. If I order a large portion size it should be enough to share between two people. My coworkers ordered Buffalo wings and the chicken and fish plate. They both, separately, complained about the chicken being salty and the fish being under cooked. The sauce that was poured ontop of the chicken was lacking as well. The fries were soggy limp and un-seasoned, with the exception of the BBQ sauce that was poured ontop of the ones on the rib plates. I was looking forward to having just regular fries. But I was already upset when the cashier didn't give us any ketchup. Oh and my coworker said that the tartar sauce was GREEN I can't forget to mention the COLESLAW they gave us in the small condiment cup. If it was enough for maybe two small forkful it still wouldn't have even been enough to satisfy a small child. Had we wanted sample portions we would have just asked for them. It was a good thing none of us really wanted coleslaw otherwise we would have been even more disappointed. When my coworker called to let them know about the food she were passed on to speak to the manager who said he'd prepared the food himself and only offered a 20% discount on our next purchase. Needless to say we won't be going back. $40 gone to waste. Save your money and find somewhere else to eat if you're looking for good food. I don't know how they're still in service if they're cooking food like that. We should have known something was up when there wasn't anyone there besides the two people seated by the door. One had nerve to say that it was the best anyone is going to get to having Chicago food. I'm not from Chicago and have never been but they need to stop disrespecting Chicago food like that. No! Of all the "Chicago" pizza places I've tried in the past 10 years this one is the worst. The only thing they got right is the party cut. The crust was chewy and undercooked, the sauce tasted like canned tomato sauce with added sugar and no other seasonings, and the pepperonis were pretty much nonexistent. The wings were absolute fire. The only major issue was the wait. I walked into the building and about 5 people were ahead of me and was waiting over 40 minutes for their orders. Luckily I didn't have anywhere to be, but if you're in a hurry probably best to order ahead and pick up. But their number that's listed on Google (817) 378-0253 is disconnected, so no luck there. You can order in DoorDash to have it delivered, but their wings aren't listed as an item you can order, so you're SOL if that's what you want ‍. Would be 5 star if better service. read more

My family went to Hershey's for dinner and were disappointed. We have two young kids and when we asked for a high chair for our one year old, they told us they didn't have any. So my husband and I had to hold our daughter through the meal, which was very stressful. There was also not a kids menu for our 4 year old. I have visited this place twice and can't wait to go back after each visit. I always ordered the wing basket with fries. I decided to add mac n cheese this time. The wings came out hot and fresh. The seasoning is perfect and the wings are crisp. The crinkle cut fries are great with their seasoning on top. it also comes with two slice of white bread which is always needed with fried wings! My partner tried their fried catfish plate with hushpuppies and fries. The catfish was fried great but it needed more seasoning. The hushpuppies were great and needed to order more! Their hot sauce is awesome, I wish I could by a bottle for my house. The only complaint I have is with the mac n cheese. It was a container of cheese condensed mush. The noodles disintegrated and the cheese was clumped together. The taste was decent but the consistency was off. However, none of that matters because everything else is so good!
