Was customer #41 on their grand opening day for the BOGO and free magnet! Although there were a lot of people, the workers were very efficient and maintained a positive attitude. I was afraid the quality of my drinks would be compromised due to the large volume of orders but I thoroughly enjoyed my drinks! Highly recommend the matcha cloud longjing milk tea, super fragrant and delicious. Small shop with 4 stools and a counter to sit on. This place is more of a grab-and-go, not somewhere where you sit down and study.

I've always loved Heytea! Their drinks have always been solid for me - however, I think with their recent reopening they still have a few kinks to work out. I arrived a little before opening (11am) on a Thursday (for their free tote bag giveaway for their reopening) but they didn't open their doors and start taking orders until 11:15 or so. It seemed like they also had ran out of a certain type of mochi topping, and the staff member was asking customers for alternative choices. I thought it was odd they had run out of a topping shortly after opening in the morning. On top of all this, the drink took at least 10-15 minutes to be ready despite being one of the first few customers and the poor staff member at the front seemed really stretched thin and a bit frazzled. I know they're still working things out and hope things will smooth out soon. I'd recommend downloading the Heytea app and making an account with them - the app offers several coupons to use and you can also use it to order ahead! The shop itself is small and it's more of a grab and go spot. This time around I tried the Kale boost tea (kale + chia seeds + green tea) - it's light and refreshing! I'm also a big fan of their triple supreme matcha and their grape boom drinks. Parking: street parking, or public parking lots. Some options include Brighton Public parking (first 2 hours free prior to 6pm), I also park at the parking lot next to Erewhon (also first 2 hours free prior to 6pm).

I lovee love love Heytea but we had to stop by the newest BH location (since we were already in the area anyways heheh) I love how Heytea is always super consistent -- the drinks always taste delicious. My go to order is usually the coconut mango bloom - I'm a huge fan of the sago balls, the coconut jello and the mango bits inside the drink. I would say this is more of a dessert, not a drink. I literally got full from sipping on the drink xD Since there was a BOGO deal I also ordered the king Jasmine milk tea. The Jasmine here tasted simalar to Molly Tea Jasmine milk tea -- super floral. I actually loved it so much I would for sure order that next time if I want something light from Heytea. Parking here can be a bit challenging as it's literally in the heart of Beverly Hills. I would come back if I'm ever back in this area :)

I tried Heytea on their grand reopening of their Beverly Hills store on Friday Feb. 6th. They are offering BOGO all weekend long, and free limited magnets and tote bags. Plus other promos throughout the week, check my photos for them. I tried their Triple Supreme Matcha Latte and Grapefruit Boom (Original). I'm normally not into very complex tea drinks as a purist but I enjoyed their triple supreme matcha latte with Matcha Cloud+Matcha+Matcha Mochi+Matcha Jelly+Real Milk, but asked for No Added Sugar. You can also adjust the ice. I also tried their Grapefruit Boom which was delicious without added sugar! Very refreshing with grapefruit pulp. Simple decoration and ambiance inside. No room for seating but only for take out. Service was friendly and quick on their first day but I was the 6th in line and waited for about 7 min. to get my drinks.

Cozy spot in Beverly Hills to quench your thirst. Drink is top quality. A must stop by when visiting Rodeo.

Not sure what's driving the low rating here but I'm glad I didn't Yelp this place first, or else I wouldn't have tried one of the best boba drinks I e ever had -- as a global connoisseur of milk tea & boba/tapioca: the Mango Coconut Boom (+ Boba). Craving another 24 hours later...

Place looks and smells much nicer after the renovation. Expect a wait always at Heytea since it's such a popular brand. But drinks come out timely with the volume of customers and drinks come out beautifully crafted

Came here during their first week of opening last year, there was quite a line (as expected!), but it moved quickly. The shop is in a prime spot right on Rodeo Drive. I tried the California Sunset ($7.99) 30% sugar , super refreshing and perfect for the hot LA weather! Loved that they added real slices of fresh fruit, it made the drink taste extra light and natural. Grape Boom ($7.49) was also really good, I did 50% sugar, but it was still a bit on the sweet side, so I'll go lower next time. Still, the juicy grape pieces inside were delicious & drink overall was good. I've had Heytea while traveling in Asia, so I was really excited to see it finally open here in the U.S! It's a bit pricier, but honestly fair for the location and quality. Looking forward to coming back to try their seasonal drinks, love that they keep things creative and fresh.

Heytea's greats for a cooling treat on a hot day. I've been often and always get the Coconut Mango Boom which is refreshing. I lower the sweetness percentage which is perfect! I went during lunch on a Tuesday and it was virtually empty so service was quick! Not any real seating in the place as it gets quite packed. This is more of a grab and go situation.

They finally reopened their Beverly Hills location after some months of renovation. The interior is a minimalists dream! Because of the grand opening on their first three days they were doing bogo on all drink! I had their green grape boom, and because it was a warm LA day, it hit the spot! It was super refreshing and it was vibe before I knew it. The staff was very nice, despite the heavy crowds they got by! Hey tea has a myriad of options and the next time I go, I'll be ordering their cloud crisp grape.

Love a good bogo deal at hey tea. Parked in one of the parking garages near by. Super excited this location opened

    Bad quality, Matcha

The customer service was good, but the Matcha was seriously the worst Matcha I've ever tasted in my life - not only that but it also had some nasty Boba at the bottom which was not specified beforehand so now I just wasted $12 on a disgusting drinks. Would not come back again.

I wanna start off by saying it must have been an off day. I could see/hear an industrial blower in the kitchen & there was a not pleasant smell in the shop. I had a feeling that something was not working properly in the store. The cashier told multiple people they were out of different things. It took 25 MINS for me to get my one drink & this was at 6pm. I see online that Heytea can get busy with lines outside the door to order but this was not the case. There was maybe 5 people ahead of me. This is my first time here so I'm not sure if this is typical but I was frustrated with the WAIT. I felt bad for the workers because they definitely looked a little stressed but there also seemed to be some miscommunication among the staff I got the COCONUT MANGO BOMB & it was very refreshing. The fruit tasted fresh & it was great summer dessert drink. I will definitely come back because I wanna try the TRIPLE MATCHA drink. This location is convenient because of the proximately to Rodeo Drive & all the shopping. I happen to be in the area so I stopped in but perhaps next time I'll try a different location

We got extremely lucky and found some street parking about a block away and then we were able to walk and then get in line and order our food. I ended up getting a Panini and then an iced latte. I love how this building looks very historical and I'm not sure what it used to be, but it was cool vibes inside. The workers are extremely nice. And the food probably even taste a little bit better than the Pasadena location that I go to fairly often. The only thing that's all but tricky is the parking I think this time around our were extremely lucky. They have an additional dining area where you can get access to pass the restrooms. I hadn't been here in years (15, in fact, which was when my last review went up), but the line was very familiar. We shared: - Urth Farmer's Salad - Full Tuna sandwich (came with side salad which was quite sizable) Everything was super-fresh and generously portioned. More than enough for two people. If we'd known the sandwich came with a side salad we probably wouldn't have ordered a whole 'nother salad, but the farmers market salad was so good I'm glad we did! I also got an iced latte, which really hit the spot. The friendly and efficient staff expertly handled the crowds, which was sizable. We were hoping for a seat out on the patio since it was a nice day, but seating was limited so we sat at one of the small tables inside by the fireplace. It was just ok, but we had a nice time nonetheless.

The interior leans minimalist -- lots of white, light wood tabletops, and green plant accents that match the "Monstera" name. It's a calm and comfortable space to sit for a while. They also have board games like chess, Uno, and Jenga, which makes it feel more like a casual hangout spot than just a quick grab-and-go tea shop. What I ordered: Peach Hibiscus tea with rainbow jelly 5 macarons (pistachio x2, vanilla, strawberry, and another flavor everything except caramel) Fried chicken tenders & fries combo They offer 10% off if you follow them on Instagram or Facebook, which brought my total to about $25. The Peach Hibiscus tea ended up being the highlight. It was refreshing and not overly sweet, and the rainbow jelly added a fun texture. I was a little disappointed they were out of boba, since that's usually my go-to topping. The macarons looked nice visually but the flavors didn't quite come through. The pistachio in particular tasted mostly sweet rather than having a distinct pistachio flavor. The shells were also a bit chewy with slightly uneven edges. The fried chicken tenders and fries ended up being the biggest issue. Two guests ahead of me had already been waiting around 30 minutes before I even placed my order. After ordering, it became clear the kitchen hadn't actually started the food yet. I could hear one staff member explaining to another how to make the tenders and mentioning that the process takes about 7 minutes total. Hearing that while watching orders sit unprepared made the delay a bit confusing. The couple ahead of me had ordered about 10 minutes before I did and still hadn't received their food either. The staff seemed to be enjoying themselves and chatting, which is great for morale, but the service side didn't feel very focused on getting orders out in a timely way. Eventually I decided to ask for a refund rather than continue waiting. I also noticed they sell $18 individual cakes that come in small square tins (similar to tiramisu containers). They might taste great, but visually they looked fairly simple, so the price point felt a bit high for what you see. Overall: The space itself is pleasant and the tea was refreshing. It's also nice that they provide games for people to hang out. Unfortunately, between the food delays, items being out of stock, and the feeling that the kitchen wasn't fully prepared yet, the experience ended up feeling like a lot of money spent without much payoff. Personally it's not a spot I'd return to, though the atmosphere may still appeal to people looking for a place to relax and play a game

SOMOCHI: The worker inside the shop said this location may have been a Mochinut but they went bankrupt (or something like that), so now they operate independently. He didn't seem too sure though, and I haven't fact checked it yet, so take with a... "grain-nu-lated" sugar! ;-) MOCHINUTS: - Flavor selection was pretty limited. + A small paper near the display area says they rotate a new flavor every few days. + I ordered three mochinuts, including an original glaze. + The donuts sit on a big spoon-looking tray between the kitchen and cashier (not a traditional display case), looks pretty cool. - The view gets blocked though while the donuts are being boxed. FAST FORWARD: In the car, I open the box to snap a photo for my fellow, faithful Yelpiies and realize I don't see my glaze? No big deal. CUSTOMER SERVICE PLOT TWIST: I go back in, show him the photo, and ask which one is the glaze. He looks at the photo and says, "Oh... I don't think I gave you that one." Then the young fellas proceeds to stare at me, many blank stares lol until I ask if he wants to replace it. DONUT SAFETY LOOP: He says "yes", but asks me to bring the donut back from my car. It felt weird. Once a donut makes it into someone's car & has been opened for a photo (which I showed him) it's a little questionable asking for the donut back, no? It's been exposed to outside elements. It's going to be tossed away right? Right. Right?? Benefit of the doubt, maybe he tossed it? Maybe he ate it himself? I just hope it didn't end up back on that big spoon thing... Doesn't feel outside the realm of possibility here. NOTE TO SELF: In 2026, start responding to passive service moments with: "So... Do you want to present me with some solutions?" Lol. TAKEAWAYS: + Thankful I typically do solo test runs before bringing or introducing loved ones. - Mochinut is still a brand, but it looks like several locations have closed due to health code issues, with some replaced by other mochi donut shops.
