Fried chicken sandwich was chicken strips...
    Dana K.

Service was great, Mary Ann never let my water cup get under half full. Food came out quickly and tasted good overall for airport food. I deducted 1 star as fried chicken sandwich was just 2 chicken tenders on top of coleslaw on a bun. Just say that on the menu as I would have ordered something else. Fries came out hot & fresh so I thoroughly enjoyed them. My espresso martini was good. Airport pricing and my drink was more than my meal. Worth a stop if you have a gate or delay at the end of the F Terminal.

Breakfast!!!! If you are looking for a good breakfast while waiting for a flight. Hit this place up. Good food, fast service. It hit the spot. Just enough food to fill you up. Stop in, you won't regret it!

After 8 hours of weather delYs, we were given a voucher for food, and ended up across the gate at Hi-Lo. I thought a cup of Tomato Bisque and a Caesar Salad were a safe bet. My man ordered a burger. The tomato bisque tastes like straight from the can Campbell soup. Rank. The Caesar salad had old cheese. I have had aged cheese, but never shave cheese so old it was tough and chewey. I ended up getting Hot Fries. They were soooo good. Fresh and delicious. The burger was decent.

Solid diner food at the end of the MSP Terminal 1 Concourse F. It has a 50s diner vibe and is has a good view of all of the F11-16 gates as well as a window where you can see the airplanes parked at F10 and F12. I had the burger advertised on the table placard - I forget the name but it had bacon and an egg and was pretty good. My daughter had chocolate chip pancakes. The service was friendly, the food was good, and it was a great spot to wait for our flight.

We are here for breakfast. The place is just next door to our gate, so we decided to try. The menu has quite some varieties, from hamburger to salad to normal egg breakfast. I ordered their normal egg breakfast, it comes out few mins and it's very well prepared. The hash brown is crispy and tasty, avocado is fresh and egg is cooked just right. Good place to have hot breakfast before the flight.

Food good. Service is friendly but slow. Worth checking out if you are in a long layover or arrived super early but they are a scratch kitchen. Hi Lo is not a suitable option of you have less than an hour before boarding to enjoy your meal.

It's an ok place to stop by if you have time. And I do mean have the time because it took 30 minutes to get one breakfast sandwich and some chips out. In most food industries, that seems reasonable but in the airport, 30 minutes is just way too long. It would be helpful if they gave you an expectation of how long an order would take and I would have happily moved on to a different place Food-wise, it's average. Nothing outstanding, nothing horrible. Breakfast sandwich: the sausage was actually good, as well as the hash browns but the biscuit was the driest biscuit I've ever met. Couldn't even finish it and I do love biscuits. Chips & queso: solid chips - I'm pretty certain they're house made being that it has a subtle seasoning on it that was very good. However, the queso was not great and left a lot to be desired. I don't know if I would even consider it queso. It was supposed to have chorizo but I didn't notice any of that flavor. It definitely just felt like a salty cheese dip. Overall this place was average, just like most airport eateries. If I layover in MSP again, probably would not swing by again.

Stopped in as it was by my gate. Hannah was my server. She did a great job. She answered all my questions and checked on my meal. The Fish basket was very good. Just the amount for travel. I sat at a back corner so I could use my laptop. The atmosphere was nice and a view of the planes. Thank you Hannah for taking care of my order.

Located in the F terminal of the airport, this place serves a limited but good enough menu for lunch and breakfast food. The pancakes had a hint of vanilla and lemon. The location allows a brief respite from the chaos of the terminal as you wait for your flight.

A place that had options/could accommodate vegetarians and this is it! Cute indoor/outdoor seating. The service was ok but the food is worth the wait! Love this spot!

The wait staff and others all chipped in to watch the tables. Different people filled our water, brought us more bread, brought out food out when it was ready, picked up our dishes. It was a TEAM effort and it showed. Service was outstanding. My wife ordered the Salmon Sofia. Not sure what that is exactly and I don't care. It's salmon. To me, it's gonna taste bad no matter how great you prepare it but she said she loved it and would definitely get it again. I had the Italian Pasta if I remember correctly. Slightly spicy cajun pasta with sausage, chicken, shrimp, peppers and onions. It was amazing! There was quite a bit of it in the bowl. My wife says, "Wow, that's a lot. The bread was not warm and it was different than what i thought, but by the time i finished my 7th piece, I really liked it. All in all this was a very nice meal, perfect for a date night.

One of the staff members noticed and kindly offered to show me around. Halfway through my mini tour, he told me that he was the one who did all the Christmas décor--and that he's been collecting these pieces over the last 15 years. I was really grateful for that experience. Honestly, the entire visit--from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out--was top-notch. For food and drinks, I ordered a Moscow Mule, the Meatloaf Wellington, and the lobster with cauliflower cheese. It was my first time trying a Wellington, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but unfortunately it just wasn't for me. The lobster, however, was a definite hit--I ate every bit of it! This goes to show the caliber of this long standing institution. Customers are treated well and are respected here. Our snacks from the menu were delicious and perfectly sized. The shrimp cocktail was made well. The lamb meatballs were flavorful and hearty. My Hemingway Daquiri was refreshing without being too liquor forward. Love all the Luxardo drinks on the menu! Service was good, friendly. No complaints there. The menu was quite varied - standard apps, burgers, steaks and even liver and onions. I have to wonder if maybe they should just stick to the basics though. I had the sirloin (vs. the pork chops at the recommendation of the server). It was a big hunk of sirloin. Could have been a bit more seasoned but it was generally ok. The baked potato was pretty hard/waxy (vs fluffy). The vegetable side was some kind of peas/succotash which looked awful, but was quite tasty. The problem is I literally was served only enough for 2 bites of it. The kitchen really should have been embarrassed sending it out. A couple table mates had the prime rib special. I'm not sure how 'done' they ordered it, but both came out looking gray and even fattier than most prime rib. Looked pretty awful. My husband had the New York Strip and said it was fine but that the "house au gratin" potatoes were nothing special. If I came back I'd probably stick to a burger (hand cut fries!) and have steak elsewhere.
