We tried Hibachi Buffet in Temecula under their new management and honestly, we left impressed. The best part? There's something for literally everyone. My mom went straight for the snow crab legs and hibachi grill, the kids were all about the sushi, and I basically lived at the dessert bar and fruit station With 100+ items, everyone at our table found something they were excited about, which honestly doesn't happen often. Pro tip -- go on a Friday night or over the weekend, because that's when they add oysters and Argentine red shrimp to the mix. Worth planning around if you're a seafood person. The whole place got renovated too, and you can tell it's clean, nicely lit, comfortable to just sit and eat for a while without feeling rushed. Staff were friendly, kept the trays full, and nothing felt like it had been sitting out. Honestly, for what you get, this is a really solid budget-friendly option if you've got a family or a group to feed.

Another day, another Chinese seafood buffet. I walked into Hibachi today not expecting much. I'd been disappointed by similar restaurants in the past, including one not too many weeks ago. Usually not all the entrees are fresh, the seafood high-ticket items get picked apart first by a ravenous crowd, and I just don't find too many options of actual variety and quality. Hibachi actually had some decent spare ribs, wings, and the salmon wasn't terrible, albeit having sat in the warmer a little too long. The Mongolian bbq station was quality too. It was just missing a few veggies I normally get like carrots, green onions, and bell peppers. It did have shrimp, imitation crab, and many beef and chicken options, which was nice. I didn't see any lamb or goat choices, which is another meat I normally employ in my Mongolian BBQ construction. The service was great. The servers were refilling and clearing debris like plates and napkins often before I had even started to consider calling someone over. That's the kind of service you always want, one that anticipates needs. The ambiance was good too. I was a little disappointed we didn't get the booth we requested, but that was a minor quibble. Otherwise, the layout was spacious and relaxed, as much as it can be in a buffet environment. I would definitely not mind eating at this spot again on a quieter afternoon or evening. All in all, Hibachi managed to be a pleasant surprise and I give it better marks walking out of it than I anticipated when I first walked in. I wouldn't be opposed to coming here more often in the future.

came here with my dad and we were both sooo surprised by how good everything was!! the snow crab legs were seriously so fresh, sweet and meaty we kept going back for more lol definitely my favorite thing here i also really loved their scallops, super flavorful and so good!! the oysters were HUGE, juicy and tasted really fresh too. their ribs were another surprise, really tender and packed with flavor they have over 100 items so there's honestly sooo much to choose from. sushi, hibachi, seafood, hot food, fruits, desserts and more. they're also under new management and the whole restaurant feels really clean, spacious and nicely renovated it gets pretty packed at night so i would recommend coming a little earlier so you can take your time and enjoy everything. the staff was really friendly and they were constantly bringing out fresh food and refilling everything such a good spot for a big family dinner, birthday or even just a casual dinner with friends. my dad and i really enjoyed it and i would definitely come back for the snow crab legs and oysters seafood is available friday nights and all day on weekends!!

Brought my parents here for lunch last weekend, and it completely exceeded expectations! If you go, you have to plan it for the weekend--the weekend seafood spread is next level with incredible crab legs, fresh shrimp, and all the right pairings. I only wish the crab legs were cold, but my parents loved that they were steamed lol The live hibachi station is awesome to watch, and loading up your own plate with fresh meats, veggies, noodles, and custom proteins to hand straight to the grill chef is such a great experience. Follow that up with their fresh sushi rolls and nigiri, and you've got an absolute feast. The price point is honestly unbeatable for the sheer amount of variety and quality you get. Super clean, friendly service, and a total hidden gem for a fun, satisfying weekend meal!

Hibachi Buffet has been newly upgraded with new and more modern looking buffet tables, serving sushi, a variety of soups, salad, fresh fruit, seafood, meat, and chicken dishes. There's also a hibachi grill where you choose raw ingredients for the cook to grill everything in real time. They have lychee, an expensive imported Asian fruit, and tropical papaya at the fresh fruit bar. Service was friendly. Tons of parking space. Clean, modern ambiance.

I recently tried Hibachi Buffet in Temecula and had a really good experience. There's a great variety of food to choose from, including sushi, seafood, meats, sides, and plenty of hibachi options. Everything I tried was flavorful and there were lots of choices, so it's definitely a good spot if you're going with a group and everyone wants something different. The hibachi station was one of my favorite parts--you can pick your ingredients and have them cooked fresh. The staff was also friendly and kept everything stocked and clean. Overall, I think it's a solid buffet for the price and a great option when you're hungry and want a little bit of everything. I'd definitely come back!

Finally checked this place out after seeing it over and over all over social media. It does live up to its hype I will say. Lots of food options that were always quickly replenished. We went during a weeknight but they said on Fridays-weekends they serve crab legs so I gotta go back to try that! Different types of food varieties from sushi, Chinese, American, Mongolian grill, Japanese. Wish I had more stomachs to be able to eat everything. Prices are very affordable than what I'm used to down in SD and also they offer the option to take to-go which they charge per pound.

All you can eat buffet?!?! I'm there! $25 per person, all you can eat. That's a sweet deal! The place wasn't that crowded either. Sure, there were people there, but ambiance was super busy. It was still enjoyable and you could walk around without being rushed to hurry up lol Value is there. Food is good. Price is cheap for all you can eat. Win win.

Really enjoyed this hibachi buffet! They had SO many options, especially if you love seafood. Dinner and weekends are definitely the time to go for the seafood selection. The sushi was fresh and had a great variety, and the hibachi was delicious too. The atmosphere was fun and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, great food, good service, and lots to choose from. Definitely leaving happy and full!

My mom wanted to come and have LUNCH here. Looks like they got the entire restaurant REVAMPED or REMODELED! It's looking pretty nice and clean. I love the blue under lighting at the BUFFET STATION... MUSHROOM CAPS: 10/10 The have the BEST TASTING mushroom caps!! I what's have to go for round 2 or round 3. Bravo Chef!!! MAPO TOFU: 9/10 I love this dish!! However I feel like it can be more moist and possibly have more gravy... CLAM CHOWDER: 8/10 I like the creaminess of it but, it was just a tad bit SALTY. I would add less salt if possible. Not good for high blood pressure and elderly... SUSHI: 10/10 They actually make really good sushi here. It's all about the RICE! Nice and moist but, not too moist!!! I noticed they had some new items like more dim sum options, chicken teriyaki, spare ribs, etc. I actually really enjoyed the steamed fish with ginger. It's a great healthy options for people with high cholesterol. My mom really enjoyed her dishes too. She actually ate more than me!!! FRUITS: 10/10 Every single fruit was so nice and sweet!! Nothing was sour!! SERVICE: B- Good. She kept picking up our plates. Even when we were STILL EATING! She also brought the bill even while we were still eating... I'm not sure if she knows about GOOD CUSTOMER ETIQUETTE but, one should definitely ask before taking a plate and not bring the bill before customers are done eating!!! It's like rushing them so PLEASE ADVISE... Great job on the remodeling!! I still think this is one of the BEST buffets in the area!!! ROCK ON HIBACHI BUFFET!!!!!

I just dont see how anyone can give this place anything low. Value wise, its awesome for ALL that you get. For me, its not just the choices you get but it also tastes pretty good. The buffet just got renovated and it looks pretty nice. They got rid of the spoons and forks at the end of the buffet line and its pretty organized. They have a soup station, a sweets section and a tiny sushi section. The mongolian station is also very decent. Beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. You have many options and the quality is above average. I read a review of people being sick but thats ludacris bc they make their food fresh daily. Have people seen where waste really goes?? They cant re-use the same food. This place is excellent even with the new ownership. The new ownership seems to really care about your experience and hopes that we all like the food. Today I really enjoyed my crab as it was not salty and the legs were meaty. The chicken wings are huge and tasty. The sesame balls are the best I've ever had. I travel to eat everywhere and for a Chinese buffet that isn't a buffet on the las vegas strip or something like cafe sierra in Los Angeles, this buffet is excellent. This place will always have my patronage.

My coworker wanted to come here because he thought it was like a Korean BBQ; it wasn't but damn it was incredible. There are seven rows of food options plus a sushi station and a Mongolian BBQ station. Everything was so good. The best thing was a dish, sorry I didn't get the name tag, but it was soft fish and very mild. I saw that they had salmon and other fish dishes but this dish was so good, it was the only thing I doubled up on. Place is super clean and the service is very good. I certainly hope to come back, although it is far from my house.
