    Steak and chicken hibachi
    Katrina S.

Ordered here as a group on Uber eats at work, over all it was pretty decent for a hibachi to go! If you like your meat not so well done, make sure you note that in the comments. Since it was delivered the meat was a little more well done than what I preferred. Good food size Portions and selection and price! Even tried the red dragon sushi and it was fresh and tasty! Would deff order from here again!

A roach was found in my fried rice PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE

A great service establishment but this was the final straw me and my significant other were eating and she found a literal ROACH in that food in her steak and shrimp rice bowl this is unacceptable

I believe this is my third time coming here. The food is really good. Reminds me a lot of Kobe's. I tried the Steak Yakisoba. It was really good. I would highly recommend this place.

    Huge plate of food

I was in the area to get an oil change and decided to drop by this place for a quick lunch. The place was pretty busy, with one table of 14 office workers having lunch and the rest of the tables full. I wasn't greeted when I arrived and had to wait about 3 minutes before anybody even acknowledged me at the counter. When they did, the young lady who took my order was very friendly and pleasant. I ordered shrimp shumai and the lunch special of chicken hibachi with a soda. They gave me my number and I sat down to await my food. The place is a cross between a traditional order by picture Chinese to-go type restaurant and fast-casual. They have an extensive sushi menu and a limited hibachi menu. I found this odd since the place has hibachi as the first part of their name. Personally I wouldn't eat sushi from a place like this. It took about 8 minutes for my shrimp shumai to arrive. They brought it on a real plate, which I thought was a nice touch. The shumai wasn't very hot, but acceptable. I am pretty confident they just open a bag and steamed it. I don't think anybody is hand-making shumai at this place. Honestly, you can get the same, and better quality, but visiting a decent Oriental Market, like MD Oriental Market. A few minutes later my entree came out. It was a huge, and I mean, huge portion of chicken, rice, and vegetables. Like another reviewer noted, the pieces of chicken were not consistent in their size. I had some monster pieces and some tiny pieces. The vegetables consisted of broccoli, zucchini, and onions. Nothing else. The chicken was very dry. So much so that I had to douse it with all kinds of sauces just to get it down. Further, nothing had any flavor. It could have used maybe some salt and anything else to make it interesting and palatable. The food wasn't terrible, it was just blah. If you are in the market for a metric ton of food, that is stupid cheap ($7.99 for the meal with a soda), and don't care much about flavor or consistency, then this is your place. For me, I won't be back anytime soon.

    Dragon roll and Godzilla roll
    Brent L.

Two of the many things we ordered were the Godzilla roll and the Dragon roll. I'd definitely recommend both of those! The prices were reasonable, the food was so flavorful and it was the quickest service I've ever experienced. We will definitely be coming back!

Hibachi Express is the place to go if you are on a budget and want some delicious hibachi or sushi! This restaurant is a big hit for a lot of people because of the pricing! I have personally gone here many many times and it has always been consistent! They have lunch specials either hibachi (chicken, vegetables, and rice) or two rolls of California rolls for under $8, you can't beat that! Their yum yum sauce makes the meal 10x's better! They have many sushi options that are under $5, which allows you to order many rolls. They also have appetizers that are at a low cost that all taste delicious!

I can just eat just the fish n side salads it be bueno. ***Would love to see a keto roll like; substitute the rice for riced cauliflower. The madam that had use was nice n attentive. very pleasant. In a somewhat run down looking strip mall, the small restaurant was simple, but showing K-music videos on a TV. Unfortunately I couldn't see it from my seat, but I'll change that next visit! Our server was polite, helpful, and attentive. We ordered a ridiculous amount of food since we drove 45m to try it, so had a Kimchi Pajeon, Kimbap, Soon Tofu, and Veggie Fried Rice. The pancake was DELICIOUS-super flavorful and chock full of veggies. I did not care for the Kimbap, only because it had less flavor and was a little more dry than the other items, but it tasted very fresh. The Soon Tofu was spicy and full of flavor. It came with a huge heaping of rice in a cute covered dish to keep it hot - I'm ordering these things for home! The veggie fried rice, for which we opted no egg, was also fantastic, but we ended up taking ,ost of it and the pancake home for leftovers. We were also served Ban Chan - side dishes, of small tastes of seasoned veggies such as bean sprouts, eggplant, cucumbers, broccoli, radish, and more. It was all amazing. Sadly, we had no room for anything else, but I will definitely be back as soon as possible. SO worth the drive and expense!

They were also out of the crab egg roll, out of sweet tea, and out of lettuce in which we like to wrap the bulgogi. We ordered mandu, it was good but a little bit doughy because of the wrap they use, not as crispy as we would expect. I ordered the dolsot bibimbop. Mine came out first and was sizzling hot. No complaints, the egg had a runny yolk which means it was not overcooked like many I have had in the past. The bibimbop sauce is delicious with just the right amount of kick. Waitress brought out banchans, there were six different types, pickled eggplant, nori, broccoli, kimchi, bean sprouts, and cucumbers. Son ordered pork bulgogi. The plate was heaping with pork, and the sauce was nice and thick and stuck to the pork. Spouse ordered beef bulgogi and it took about 10 minutes for his to come out after our son and I had our meals. The plate was heaping, but spouse said the beef was a little bland, but some of the bibimbop sauce took care that. Son and spouse took leftovers with them. We were kind of disappointed in the items they did not have, but the lady waiting on us was nice and we realize they are a small business and when things are busy, it is easy to run out. The interior was a little dark, did not go to the restroom so cannot comment on the cleanliness but what we did see looked clean.
