Totally family friendly! High chairs and changing table, yay!! Inside and patio dining. Love their expansive menu with some unique items. Usually a wait any time we go so expect that. Food is always a hit. Recently tried a different dish and went with the Portuguese sausage w/fried rice & fried egg, breakfast game changer.

Stopped in today while in the area and yes it's a Hidden Cafe! The ambiance was cool with what looked like locals who enjoy good home cooked food. The hostess was very kind and sat me at a nice lil spot in the patio area. Emma was my amazing server with kindness and a smile she took my order. I had a cup of coffee and a make your own omelet with a fruit cup. The food was tasty and hot and the other staff members who helped out were also quite kind and professional. Highly recommended

This place may be hidden but sure is packed so come early. It's a small place but plenty of seating outdoors and pet friendly too. Why 4 stars? The last time we went I order to go and was given a stale cinnamon roll. We live an hour away and unable to return it. It's a crime to sell stale cinnamon rolls! Service 5 stars! Totally love... Private parking lot. Classic diner ambience. Indoor & outdoor seating. Quiet neighborhood. Customer service is always a hit or miss, but we truly appreciate the good days. This is our go-to breakfast spot when my significant other is in town. My favorite are their pancakes - they taste deliciously buttery. But as you can see in my photos, they've gotten disappointingly small though ::sigh::

Great food, the service was friendly and fast and I enjoyed the music. It was a great first stop. Their special sauce was good and unique and recommend it if you like spicy food!

I am so glad we decided to come here for brunch!!! We were on a road trip and decided to stop here for some food and I'm so glad we did. It is a little hidden but not really! Ample parking and plenty of seating. We came around 11 on Tuesday and were sat out front in the shade with fans blasting. Our server I wish I got her name but was amazing. Very kind and attentive. We started with some coffee and I got the hot chocolate which was amazing! The tuna melt was DELICIOUS! As well as the Mac salads. The ribeye was the crowd pleaser WOW the char on it was delicious. It was juicy and perfectly cooked. We also got some pancakes and added some fruit to it which was cooked perfectly as well. I'm so happy we decided to try this cafe it truly was a great time!

We asked Emma what her favorite dishes were and she said chile verde or loco moco. We asked what the most popular dishes were and she said loco moco and fried chicken and waffles. I tried the chile verde, eggs over easy, steamed rice and flour tortillas. Everything was served hot! The flavor on the chile verde was dot com. Pork was super tender. I definitely needed the rice and eggs and flour tortillas to mask the heat of the dish. But soooo flavorful. Indoor seating and covered outside searing available. Small place but very clean and orderly. Our server Emma is one the daughter in laws in this Hawaiian owned restaurant. She was so sweet and helpful. She brought our table of 3 all separate checks without us asking. That was so thoughtful to make it easy. Usually we're fighting each other over the check.

Definitely "hidden" away from hustle and bustle. Cute place with a cozy, warm feel. Super friendly service, giving good recommendations. I had the loco moco, just what I expect from it- delicious gravy and a mix of Hawaiian flavors. Give them a shot!

This restaurant is appropriately named as it is a bit "hidden" in a sense lol. It's super easy to miss the exit if you're coming from 101S, and the place itself is pretty lowkey with only a small neon sign in the window that identifies it as "Hidden Cafe." It's a somewhat small location with a very casual feel to it and minimal decor, but the deluxe loco moco here is SO good. Generous portion size and so delicious. The only thing was at least for the deluxe, it would be ideal if it came with more rice given all the salty meats and gravy that it comes with (although I'm not one to complain about too much meat lol). My boyfriend and I opted to get an extra side of rice to share and that was perfect. I also really liked that steamed rice is offered as a side for pretty much all the breakfast items, which is unique and a nice alternative to the usual potatoes or toast. Would definitely eat here again!

Found this places because I looked up breakfast in my local area and I saw a locomoco and didn't even look at anything else . Came in and saw a guy with a Guam shirt on and was stoked. First time here was amazing we ordered some staples . Bro got chicken fried chicken (they brined the chicken to perfection ) crust was like kfc adjacent (bomb) . I got the deluxe locomoco . Lemme tell you I've been to aloha and rutts.... This beats that. And since it was our first time we also got the homemade cinnamonroll. It's like soft in a way that Cinnabon couldn't fathom . Everything was great . Service was cool seating was easy. They pass the vibe check. Thanks coming back again

Really good eggs Benedict I was at The Local next door and my friend saw someone order from here. She suggested I try it. She ordered the Moco Loco. We were both happy with our meals.. Someone delivered it to us at The Local and she was the nicest. There was a hair in my potatoes but I had finished my meal practically. Accidents happen .. I wouldn't ding them for that this time! Great prices too !!! Didn't get to see how it looked inside but will check out soon!

Food is a bit bland. But felt moist and fresh. Service was quick and servers were very nice. I think it's pretty okay. My mom really liked it. They serve breakfast and lunch. You can sit inside or out. If everyone from your party is not there, you have to wait for them before being seated. The food came quickly. You might like it, so it's worth it. :)

The menu is super customizable, which is perfect if you're not into typical breakfast plates or just want things your way. Everything comes out hot and the flavors are both classic and unique. The Eggs Benedicts are a must, especially the Baja-style version with chorizo, avocado, and that smoky chipotle hollandaise (drooling thinking about it now). The bacon sriracha burrito is flavorful without being overly spicy, and the chicken fried steak is tender, comforting, and exactly what you want it to be. Do NOT skip the mojo potatoes or the hash cake, they're both top-tier sides. Food is definitely the star here. In our experience the drinks are just OK. The lattes don't quite feel like cafe craft quality, but they do the job. They do a good cup of regular ole joe though. Service is friendly, welcoming, but not efficient. The staff tries their absolute best, but if you're in a hurry you'll need to waive them down each and every time. I figured we would get something that I could tolerate and it would be okay - generic dining. I did not expect to actually have something to write about. But I was wrong. The grilled chicken they serve with the Chaufa is very nicely seasoned. It is bits of breast meat, grilled with a little char and adds depth to the otherwise mild flavor of the rice dish. My husband had Chaufa with shrimp, which I didn't sample but he ate the entire meal without complaint. We ordered the pork belly bites to start. They were perfectly cooked and seasoned. I enjoyed this appetizer so much that I know I will order it again. If I have the chaufa again, I would definitely have it with the pork belly. I ordered the lemonade and was puckering in a good way. Honestly, it tasted more like limeade than lemon. I was happy it wasn't too sweet because I could really enjoy the refreshing citrus flavors. I would go there just for a lemonade. They serve it icy cold in mug style, mason jar glass. Our friend ordered the iced tea and when it arrived. I was pleasantly surprised by the look of the fresh fruit in the clear glass, frosted over from the cold and ice. So nice. He said the herbs and fruit were a good combination. The wife of the owner waited on us. She is understated, friendly and efficient. We didn't have much of a wait as it looked as though we might have just missed the breakfast/brunch rush. I was impressed with how quickly we received our food. If we hadn't just eaten there a couple days ago, I would have gone to Azafran for dinner tonight. For instance, if you order the eggs Benedict, they come on waffles instead of English muffins; if you get a hamburger, waffles replace the hamburger buns. Our table ordered a coffee ($4.50), a strawberry lemonade ($7.00), a mimosa ($14.00), Benny Caught a Little Sam ($21.50), the Gravy Train ($24.00), and waffle bites ($13.00). With tax, the total came to $84.00 before gratuity. Benny Caught a Little Sam is a twist on "eggs royale". (Eggs royale is a variation of eggs benedict where the Canadian bacon is swapped for salmon.) In this version, brioche waffles are topped with a poached egg, smoked salmon, fresh tomato slices, spiced onions, and hollandaise sauce, then finished with a sprinkle of fresh chives. The Gravy Train is this restaurant's take on chicken and waffles: a Belgian waffle is topped with fried chicken breasts, smothered in gravy. The plate comes with side options, and I chose potatoes and fruit. Waffle bites are six mini waffles, similar in size to silver dollar pancakes, served with Nutella, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries. I didn't choose this restaurant, and I'm not a fan of "breakfast foods." That said, I found the restaurant's interpretations interesting and the presentation on the plate appealing. And I was able to find something on the menu that I felt tasted good.
