I stop here every time I'm in Topanga Canyon. Great vintage store with quirky, fun finds. End up buying something here every time I pop in. Last time here I scooped up a, "Make today your bitch" cigarette case. So fun.

Fun place to check out, they have a bit of everything, Have to hunt for your gems. Lots of funky stuff here, It's a bit pricey on some things , and other stuff is pretty reasonable. Small parking lot right in front .

Love this unique shop! Tons of costumes and cool outfits for any fun occasion. Lots of unique accessories. The inside and outside of the store are very creative. Make sure you check out the outdoor section out back so cool.

You can't miss this unique place! It's a great stop when you're in the area - I was impressed by all of the great clothing they had. Tons of gorgeous sweaters, hats, scarves, coats, and dresses that were in great condition. I think the outdoors makes it look like there are a ton of oddities inside, but they actually have some awesome vintage clothing for people with all different types of styles. We bought a cashmere sweater - it did have a stain and they wouldn't reduce the price, but other than that, it was a really great experience. I would suggest parking next door at the Pine Tree Shopping area and walking over, because there's really limited parking in front of the store.

Oh Hidden Treasure, you are sure a treasure! I cant say anything except, this place is the best!! I have been coming here for maybe the past 5- 6 years. I started coming for festival and costume pieces and it has now grown into a place that needs to be visited for all occasions! Unique and quirky gifts Fur coats Needing a conversation piece that's one of kind to add to your wardrobe? Hidden treasures! The wide range of items I couldn't even begin to list, decorative mantal items, vintage clothes and shoes, accessories, macabre wall hangings and lights. It's like the most epic vintage yard sale threw up in here in the best way possible. Decent prices and friendly staff. Love you all and hope HT is a staple of Topanga Canyon

This place is still one of the best vintage stores in LA. They have a wide, eclectic collection and reasonable prices. The store itself is merchandized and decorated so uniquely, that it's just fun to be in there and soak it all in. There's a lot to see and all of it is really magnificent. If you enjoy vintage bargain hunting, this place should be your first stop! Enjoy!

It's a go to for me and the family when we drive down PCH. You can spend a great amount of time there looking at all the treasures. It's a welcoming environment and a great photo opportunity environment. The prices are on the higher end but it's definitely due to the quality of the unique vintage pieces. I never leave empty handed.

I enjoy the name of the place because I like secrets and also because I still feel like at some point in my life I will find some treasure (maybe on a hike or if I wrecked my car over a small hill that led me to a place that has been uninhabited for a long time but some greedy greedy was trying to hide some gold). I was surprised to find a plethora of treasures that I wanted to purchase here because most places don't have things for me. I am a professional liker but that also meanS there are a lot of things that are impossible for me to like because not many things are like the things that I like. You know? It's like how I love cheese but not all the stinky stinkys. If you like all of the cheeses than I don't want to listen to you because what perspective do I want to hear from you. You like everything. Even the crap. I mean I guess as long as you know why you like everything - maybe I would listen. Anyways back to me I found some iron on patches, unique earrings, a unique hat for my son who better friggin be funny or else(jk but I hope he is funny meaning I hope he makes me laugh hard enough to puke but no pressure) and mask that I may reveal to you one day but today is not that day as I have zits that might pop if the mask is too tight. Sure there were great clothes there and I will come back and get some more but I try not to let you really know about me because I have a hard time meeting people that know weird secrets about me like how I lost 30 pounds in my first month at college because I puked so much. Not on purpose though, I just grew up poorish so "all you can eat" made me literally eat all that I could eat. Why not eat cereal after chicken fried steak and eggs because there is just ceral sitting there. I would get so full that laughing too hard would make me vomit. What is even more weird is how used to it all of my friends got. Mid sentence puke didn't phase me... nor did it phase then?!?!? I mean who do you think is more weird now? I puked everywhere all the time. Then after a month I figured out how to deal with all you can eat (take some home in your jacket and be all greedy greedy). Really great store though. I would say it was cherishable. If it were a cheese i would say not a stinky one. If you see me there and mention puke to me I will make you buy me a jacket. I have ways of making people buy me jackets so don't test me unless you feel generous. Click the follow button so 15 years from now you can find out if my son is making me puke laugh

I love this place. Located on left side of Topanga just before the bridge if going to the beach or immediately after the bridge on the right. This funky and eclectic shop has tons of vintage and new clothing, shoes, accessories, jewellery, knick knacks and odds & ends with a nautical theme. More recently they've expanded their costumes and rave attire. It's crammed pack with all kinds of goodies! Prices are on the higher end but if you're looking for that one special piece, it's certainly worth it. Even if you're not into thrift stores, this is a great stop midway from the Valley to the beach. Take some pictures with pirates. Browse through all the oddities. Take a break and stretch your legs and support the local businesses through the canyon.

I stumbled onto a Brompton a few months ago that I love and, now, I added a custom Surly Ogre made by Chris, Nate and the team at Topanga Creek Outpost. I took it out on the ocean trails for its inaugural ride this morning and it's an incredible machine. I quickly realized that having a bike sized and designed for me made me a better rider this morning. I felt stronger and more confident. Maybe this doesn't make sense but it felt like the bicycle and I were one; something I didn't expect. To call Topanga Creek Outpost a bike shop is inadequate. You'll grasp that quickly the moment you walk past the big brown wood gate. Chris created a wonderful oasis that reflects all the best of Topanga's eclectic and eccentric neighborhood. This outpost is a state of mind. That laid-back attitude produces fantastic results. The look of my Ogre exceeded my expectations. This morning, just a few feet from the sand on Hermosa Beach, some young women locked their eyes on the Ogre. One then burst out saying: 'I love your bike. It's rad!'

But if you catch a glimpse of the sign at just the right time and make a sharp turn left, ideally missing the demonic oncoming traffic, you're there. Technically this plot of land is shared by Jalan Jalan Imports and Topanga Rocks. Topanga Rocks, I could take or leave. Jalan Jalan on the other hand... So, what is this place? Good question. What you are about to see on this lot are an enormous number of Balinese statues. Mostly Ganesha and Siddhartha Buddha, but also some apsaras (celestial nymphs) and a few other members of the Hindu and Buddhist pantheons. Many of the statues are very beautiful. But with few exceptions they are carved from stone and are 1) very big, 2) very expensive. The only people who would normally buy these are either New Age types that want a statue at the end of their heated pool (these statues are clearly designed to be outside) or perhaps a very devout Buddhist or Hindu who saved a month's salary to have a giant murti (form of a god) for inside their home So, why are we here? Well, you might want to spend 10 or 15 minutes looking at the statues (they are very pretty), but soon your eyes will wander. And then you'll see it: Owl Falls. Owl Falls is an incredibly picturesque waterfall. It is not a heavy stream, but it is continuous and beautiful. You can wade into the water. You can sit on the rocks. Or you can just watch it and contemplate existence for fifteen minutes. It's an incredibly peaceful and lovely place. You may want to explore a little more before you leave. If you go up the stairs toward the...geodesic dome/hut...thing, you will find a Balinese Hindu Shrine. Every time I've visited, it is covered with cash, coins from all over the world, pieces of jewelry and little pieces of paper (prayer requests, I assume). It is pretty damn cool. So, in conclusion: are the statues for sale cool? Yes. But is going to Jalan Jalan Imports merely an excuse for visiting the gorgeous waterfall and exploring the traditions of other cultures? Absolutely.
