I love Hideaway Pizza's pizza! (It was my first time at this location, however.) The crust is always perfectly crisp on the outside, slightly chewy in the inside... My favorite pizza has been the Pizza of the Gods. My boyfriend and I had lunch here, each getting a small pizza of our own and splitting an Italian salad. The server was attentive and friendly, the table was clean, and the overall service and food was good. Waited 20 minutes to order our drinks, then another hour and a half to get our food and our server hardly checked up on us to refill our drinks. Some of the best pizza around, albeit a bit pricey, so we don't eat here as much as we'd like to. The paradise pie is my absolute favorite and the garlic knots are a perfect appetizer. Waitstaff was friendly and masked up--tables were marked so social distancing occurred and sanitizer was by the front door. The ended up serving my nearly 40 yr old wife a drink ( i think who they must have been concerned about ) but not me ( im a bit older and noticeably gray haired). i love hideaway pizza! it is so fun to sit in there, it's very warm and cozy, with nice orangish lighting and colorful decor. the staff are always so sweet and they seem to actually enjoy being there. i get the maui magic basically every time i go in, but they have a ton of other good options too. i also love their stuffed mushrooms and their caesar salad is one of the best i've had. they have great dessert, too! one of my rare 10/10 read more

Awesome pizza and beer. Great kids menu and our server was awesome. It did take a little while for the pizza to come out but it was worth the wait. We got the HideAway sampler in a medium and it was enough for two adults and a toddler. Only complaint is the cleanliness overly. It wasn't dirty but wasn't super clean either. I have been eating their pizza for over 30 years. I wanted to order their little Italy pizza for my daughters birthday. The manager Ryan told me they didn't make that pie anymore but he could add the toppings to make it for me. The price was higher and it was a sticker shock at first. But it was worth every penny. Went in on a Thursday. The first night of college football. I was disappointed in the amount of tv's you could see from the second floor or faced the other way from the first floor. We ordered a pitcher of beer 20 minutes later they brought a warm pitcher and said it was free they had problems with their bud light. Fair enough it was free but was undrinkable as it was flat and warm. It was free so who cares we both ordered a Miller light bottle because they didn't have bud light in bottles. Those two beers also took 20 minutes to arrive. It ended up we were there for an hour and had one beer. I ordered a sandwich and it was very good. It didn't seem as big as I'd have liked for $8.50 but it was good. It wasn't very busy so I was disappointed in the service as I'd had been excited to to go to this new location. read more

Hi, I had a very horrible experience at your location on Western. I am actually in shock how bad it was. On Saturday 12/14 at 3pm my family came to visit your restaurant. We ordered rolls or garlic knots, i can not remember the exact item it was on your menu as an appetizer. It took 30 minutes to arrive to our table. I had my 5 year old, 10 month old and 2 1/2 year old with me. We were celebration my 5 year olds dance recital that we just had attended. My 5 year old daughter kept complaining that she was starving and my 2.5 year old had to go to the car because he was so hungry and upset he threw a fit and my husband had to take him outside. I asked my waitress why the appetizer took so long and she stated that is not normally busy at this time on Saturday and they are understaffed. It made me upset because as a Mom of 3 young kids the least you could have done before you sat me at a table was tell me it could be a bit of a wait to get our food that way we could have then decided if we wanted to stay or go. You try explaining to 3 hungry kids why the pizza is taking so long. They do not get it. Your restaurant is suppose to be a family friendly restaurant but that day it definitely was not. Once the waitress left I asked another server I saw to please send a manager to our table. I was not happy with how unattentive our waitress was and how long it took to receive the appetizer, and at that point my husband and 2 year old son was in the car. The server went to get his manager. When he came back he said he could not find his manager. I told him that I wanted to speak to his manager and please find him. He went looking for him and then came back out and said that he was sorry but his manager was not going to speak to me because he was too busy cooking pizza and that they were short handed. I told him that I would be walking out and taking my business somewhere else.. he said ok i will go get my manager. After waiting for some time i proceeded to ask 2 other servers to get the manager.. I did not want to walk out without paying but I was not getting any assistance. Both servers said their manager was busy and was not going to come to my table and talk to me. I told the last server i spoke to that I was not happy with my meal, and that i was walking out and was not paying for it before speaking to a a manager. He agreed that he understood why we were leaving and thanked us for coming in. The table behind us made a really rude comment to me and said "Ma'am you are teaching your kids it is ok to steal if you do not pay" WOW... that really made me upset...and i yelled at them to mind their own business which they did not. I would not have been put in that kind of situation if your manager would have came out to talked to me the first time. I am a business owner, i have over 20 employees and we would NEVER treat out customers this way. The sad part of all of this, is Friday the 13th we postmated about 150$ worth of pizza for our employees for lunch from you guys.. and I will not be doing that again. I am a hardworking mom who can afford to pay her bill, but what I will not take is crappy service and management who refuses to speak to me! I was never given a check so I can not tell you my server was... she had brown hair back in a pony tail with glasses. There was a tall thin white guy with brown hair and glasses walking around with an ipad who "appeared" to be the manager that kept glancing and staring at our table but would never come over to us. At the end of the day if your manager is having to make the pizza, then it is poor management of the schedule he made. If someone called in then he should reach out to other stores for support or at least notify your customers there will be a delay. Kids do not understand patience. I understand as a business owner how you can be put in compromising situations, but as a human being I deserve respect, and when i come to a restaurant to eat I am your guest. I am paying for a service and If i am not happy with that service and your manager refuses to speak to me then I have the right to walk out and leave your business a review of my experience. read more

I'd done some research into the best pizza place in OKC (and neighboring areas) and all signs pointed to Hideway. We ordered a Margherita pizza, and were expecting a super thin NYC type crust. Boy were we wrong. It was good, but the dough was very very puffy, and made up the bulk of the slice of pizza. Next time we know better and would order a pie that goes better with lots of crust. Hideaway Pizza is a good place , it's pricey for the pizza but it's worth, it the bigger now consider chain. But are good chain ,I usually avoid chains. This must be the busiest of all Hideaway's locations -- WOW. Every time we stop in, it's packed. (I guess that's a good sign, right?) We're eating keto now, so we don't stop in as often as we used to. That said, this place is worth the trip alone just for the Chicken Florentine. (That's always been our "go to" choice at Hideaway.) I'm docking one star for the speed (or, rather, the lack thereof) service in this place. The service here is always friendly enough, yes, but it seems to me that it's far slower than the service in most pizza joints. (The table service over at The Wedge on Western seems lightning fast in comparison.) But, hey, enough of my whining. Trust me when I say that the relatively slow service is a small price to pay for a couple of slices of the Chicken Florentine pizza. A solid four stars. Hello, new in town, was told to come to this place. supposed to be the best pizza in town but I did not find this to be true. The pizza was great! Until I got home and had to taste it twice! we have eaten at the Owasso Hidearwax many times. sometimes better than others but our order on New Years Eve was a catastrophe. I phoned in a speciality ordered pizza at 1:05 PM and specifically told the female that took my order what time we would pick it up. apparently, she never put down the time for pick up. So, when it was to be picked up no one could find the order. supposedly, a manager said " he would get one made for us in about 20 to 30 minutes. after waiting another 35 minutes my daughter went in to see what was going on and guess what, there was our pizza sitting there. when she finally arrived with the pizza it was cold, hard, and very undesirable. I believe they gave us the one that had been made about 4 hours prior and sitting under a heat lamp. I paid $37.00 for this mess!!! Ruined our traditional New Years Eve dinner and we had company! This continues to be my favorite pizza and location when we visit OKC.! This trip was special because my Mom was also visiting from Louisiana. I was getting a little concerned when after we were seated, it took nearly 20 minutes before we were acknowledged by a server. But Caitlin came over with a big smile and apologized for the delay and took care of our party of 8. Like I already stated, I Hideaway and had come to get my fix, so we brushed that off and went on about our night. The first manager (sorry didn't get her name) came over and profusely apologized. She even offered a discount on our meal, which was greatly appreciated. But again, we had basically moved on...the pizza! The !! At the end of a delicious meal of ATW, Big Country and pasta, we were stuffed and happy!! Imagine our surprise when Spencer came over, offered his apologies again and took care of our meal! That's completely unheard of these days!! But their comeback from a rocky start was stellar and completely unexpected. We were fine with whatever discount they would've offered, were prepared to pay for our meal, and didn't make a fuss. So, this blew us away!! Just walked out of this location. The last two times we visited, the service has been abhorrent. This time we waited and waited for a sever to acknowledge us.
