Love their garlic rolls and 50/50. Their ranch really makes both even better. The marinara wasn't a family fave among us, but we did like all the different pizza flavor combos. Haven't been here I a long time. The family wanted pizza but I can eat pizza any longer. So I thought I could have a salad. The salad I received was extremely disappointing. Very little meat, a ton of carrots and the lettuce leaves were not cut up very well. In fact one was not cut at all. We will most likely not be back. read more

Overall very good. Salads are almost wonderful here. The pizza would be excellent if the sauce weren't loaded with sugar. A pizza sauce should not be sweet but tangy, spicy and thick. I'll be back but I'll order 'light on the sauce' with my pizza. This location is as good as the original Stillwater store with complete and easy access to service. She returned to tell me that she could in fact do this for me after speaking to management .? arriving at the restaurant we were directed to the pick up counter in the back . I then asked for the manager realizing the problem . After telling him my story , and that we needed a table thinking he was going to help he tells me he can't give my family a table that we'd have to take food to go? Full Review: We visited around 5:30 pm on Sunday. The restaurant was at about 35% capacity. We were seated immediately by a nice young lady. Our server arrived promptly and took our drink (iced tea and water) and appetizer (fried pickles) orders. She returned shortly thereafter with our drinks and took our pizza order (medium Veggie Combo, substitute roasted garlic for tomatoes). Our pickles came out quickly, but I was surprised by the small quantity given the price ($7.87) and the fact that they were standard food service supplier variety and not hand-breaded to order. [An adjacent table had the fried mushrooms and they looked GREAT -should've had them instead of pickles!] The pizza arrived in about 15 minutes - it was baked properly (although slightly under-baked for my personal preference), but had the tomatoes instead of the roasted garlic, so my friend had to pick the tomatoes off - no big deal because I like tomatoes, but we both would've preferred the garlic. The pizza was good enough, but definitely not worth the premium price ($18.28) since you can get the same quality and selection anywhere else for about half the price. Our server was very nice, but after delivering our pizza, she never returned to check on our meal or ask us if we needed drink refills, which we did and $2.48 for a single cup of iced tea?? Really??? The restaurant was clean enough, but everything seemed old, quite well used and the whole place was badly in need of a refreshing. Also, the TV in our area was either broken or turned off for some reason, but I didn't care about that; just an observation. And, of course, there were the gratuitous, undisciplined, screaming brats and their discourteous parents who left an absolute catastrophe at their table for the poor server to clean up. Hey, I know I'm just too old school and this is a family restaurant, but I was raised by parents from the WWII generation who never let us get away with disturbing other diners....anywhere at any time for any reason. I'm just dropping in to say that I've been to several different branches of Hideaway, and this one is my favorite one to go to. The parking is good, the crowds and wait are never unreasonable, and the staff is almost always prompt and courteous. Unlike other restaurants I've been to multiple times, I've never ONCE had a stand-out problem. I have some advice for newbies! 1. The in-house ranch is really good. If you get a salad, try the ranch. If you want to dip fried mushrooms in the ranch, ask for extra. You will probably need it. 2. We've had almost every app, except for the fried pickles, and I have to say... in my opinion, even though they're all very good appetizers, this is my personal order of best to worst: Fried Mushrooms and the Wings are tied for top spot. The next is the Fried ravioli and the Caprese, also tied for second. Meatballs, Pesto Bruschetta, Baked Mushrooms. The fried cheese, garlic knots, and garlic cheese bread are in last, because they don't make much sense to me. You're about to get a pizza, aren't you? Shouldn't that alleviate all desire for bread and cheese? 3. We've tried most of the pizzas, too. But the ones we keep going back to are the Olympian, Paradise Pie, Da Bomb, and Chicken Florentine. I also love the Farmer's Market, and Totally Truffled, but if you MUST have meat, you'll have to add it to the latter two. 4. The Sicilian is good, but it tastes like... every other pizza you've ever eaten. I don't honestly recommend it, unless you like pizzas that taste like the most generic pizza you could imagine. Really, variety is the spice of life. Get something else. 5. Sometimes the roasted garlic has a bit of char on it. It's not burned, but it has that heavily roasted garlic bite. If that's going to bother you, stay away from the pies with the roasted garlic, OR just tell them to please make sure the garlic isn't overdone. Personal preference will dictate how done you want the garlic. Five stars, because I feel like they deserve more than a four. (Maybe not the full 5-star, because it's not exactly gourmet... but definitely 4.5!) read more

1 for service, 3 for food. We are staying at a nearby hotel, so I walked over to order food to go after we read the good reviews. Not impressed at all....here is why: The pizza was mediocre at best. The fried mushrooms were fresh and hand breaded, but bland. I ordered an "in betweener" salad which was actually really good and really fresh, but it was missing the key ingredient that I had confirmed was in the salad (pepperconinis). I would recommend the salad but also recommend you open up every box to double check everything. My biggest complaint is the service. The girl at the to go desk was friendly but she does not take her job seriously at all. When I walked in and placed an order, I asked the difference between the beginner salad and In between. She couldn't explain the difference. I asked her twice if the in-betweener had all the same ingredients of the beginner except the additon of ham and cheese. She didn't seem to know so we confirmed by item...black olives, pepperconinis, etc. I thought we were on the same page so I placed the order for the in-betweener salad, fried mushrooms, and a small pizza. While I sat and waited, I noticed the girl behind the counter spent more time flirting with the cooks than she did paying attention to her job. I saw a cook bring up a pizza and set it on the counter. It sat there for probably 10 minutes while she was joking around with the cooks/kitchen staff. The pizza cook then came up to her and reminded her that she had a pizza sitting on the counter and that she should get the rest of the order together. She put together the rest of the order and then called my name....at this point, after a 12 hour drive today, I was too tired to ask for a hot pizza that didn't sit for so long as we were starving. I did ask her if she remembered the extra ranch dressing for the mushrooms. She double-checked and realized there was no sauce at all. Good thing I asked because I would have went back to the hotel with no marinara or ranch for the mushrooms, or dressing for my salad (all of which are included with those items with the exception of an extra ranch). I had to ask for a bag to put my food in. I also had to ask for nakpins and silverware. I would recommend double-checking everything which I wouldnt expect to have to do at a place like that. Coming from someone whose first job in high school was a cashier at a pizza establishment, I think the customer service is seriously lacking and the individual at the counter was more interested in joking around than taking her job serious. No excuses for providing such poor service at a to go counter. Would recommend the salads, but dine in only. read more
