Best burger restaurant in midlothian! Fries and onion rings are always fresh and delicious!

Eh, fried pickles were good, burger was very large but I wasn't that impressed. More than likely won't return.

Hungry while passing through Midlothian, we consulted Yelp and found this jewel! We tried the Blue Cheese Bacon, Barbecue Cheddar, and regular Cheeseburger, as well as regular and sweet potato fries. Everything was terrific! We'll be back!!! read more

Great homemade burger. We had the sunrise burgers and split fried pickles and mushrooms. Family owned and you can taste the difference. Right off the freeway and worth the drive. Burgers are there specialty and will try the turkey burger next time and build up to the ghost burger. read more

Found this hole in the wall burger joint!! 1/2 lb Burgers so if you get a double is a full pound of meat!! Sam got the green chili burger and I got their chicken fry dinner. Fresh cut and lightly battered onion rings are delicious as are the fresh cut French fries . Sam said although he really enjoyed the burger next time he would get mustard instead of the chipotle mayo...he's just not a fan of mayo. I will get the bacon burger next trip. Although the steak is better than DQ's I prefer the real thing. read more

My first time here and the food was really good, fresh, hot and flavorful. Our food came out very quickly, the staff was friendly. The price was decent and expected for a burger place. My only complaint was that the ranch tasted like it was from a bottle and not homemade , just plain and flavorless and they are like .50 cents each, so that was a bummer. But everything we ate was good, I had the patty melt which was absolutely delicious. I will definitely come back. read more

Great burgers & the folks running the store are super friendly. The gentleman even helped me walk my order out to my car for me. I like to get a 1/2 order of fries and a 1/2 order of fried jalapeños with my burgers... Those peppers are awesome, but I can't handle too many of those bad boys all at once! read more

This place is not much to look at from the outside, but they have homeade tasting food and friendly service. My daughter got the Ghost Burger(hottest pepper in the world-ghost pepper) and had to sign a waiver before she could eat it! What an experience! This place is tucked in a corner behind the Exxon so you have to look for it. Had the bacon, chili cheeseburger and it was either really good or I was starving (LOL!). The bacon was crispy, the chili was meaty and the patty was thick. The fries needed a bit more salt, but that may just be my preference. This is a great small town burger spot. We love to get take out and enjoy at home. Last year we did make the restaurant our college football headquarters for the National Championship. Fast service, good food, clean place, friendly (and tolerant of noisy kids in an empty restaurant lol) staff. They have a large menu. I had the patty melt and it was excellent! I didn't really understand the chicken friend French fries, but they were good either way lol. The onion rings are huge! This is my first time here, my husband has been a few times and said at lunch it's packed full. Great burger joint. If you like spicy and different I recommend the Hideout burger, which is a hot mustard sauce. Onion rings very good.

Pretty good. Mansfield location has it down a little better. But, I'll take the fresher ingredients over whataburger any day of the week.

This place has great burgers. The Ghost burger is the hottest burger I've ever had. Many places claim to have spicy food but few live up to being really spicy. If you want something a little less spicy try the hideout burger. Staff is friendly and deliver the food promptly. read more

In Order to write a review I have to give them a star; trust me this place is worth zero stars. The burgers were tasteless and cold. My daughter's burger came with a hair in it and her replacement burger was burnt. He did refund the $5 we spent on the burger so I guess that is worthy of 1 star. The fries were cold and tasteless and under cooked. I couldn't even finish my burger and the fries from our entire order were left untouched. If you want a good burger (one of the best I've had) go to Chaps in cedar hill! You'll get a great burger for the price! read more

Ghost chili burger...need I say more? Not my favorite burger place but its in the top 10.

I got the mushroom & swiss burger with fried pickles. The burger was amazing. It had a crispy exterier that gave a nice flavor & crunch plus it was juicy in the middle. The only negative thing about the burger was towards the middle to end of eating it the grease soaked through the bun but it was still delicious. The fried pickles were amazing. The only negative thing I have to say about the fried pickles was that they were cut super thin but they still were awesome (with & without ranch). The restaurant was small & homey. It has several mismatch tables & chairs. Some chairs you have to be careful with because they are off balance. The gentleman at the counter had a distinct accent so it was hard to fully understand him if you asked what was on a specific burger. However they are super nice & bring the food to you. read more
