Used to be a great place for a good sandwich and an amazing pasta salad. But it has since changed! I was willing to still go here when the sandwiches changed because the pasta salad was soooooo good. It's a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant with bacon, cheese, sprouts, lettuce, and tomato. WHOA! I have to limit myself to only get it once in a while. I not ordered once today i ordered 3 times today and all the orders were wrong!!! I don't think they pay attention to what is entered. Also when the orders came they were missing items and marked wrong. Like a 5150 was written on one sandwich and when the person opened the packaging it was really wet sandwich with onions, meat, tons of mayo. We didn't order a sandwich like that at all .. Also when i called in to complain and get the orders corrected Sam was to busy talking to customers to pay attention to my problem THEY created at the Deli. I am super disappointed!!!! Absolutely great service at this place. It's a small little deli located on the top of a hill. Makes me wonder where they got their name from =). I've only been to this place twice, and it is already one of my top picks as far as places to go to for my lunch break. The food taste delicious and fresh. I've tried two of their wraps, the Turkey and BBQ Chicken. Out of the two, I like the BBQ Chicken. Don't get me wrong the Turkey is good too, but I like how the BBQ chicken is served warm. Both of my wraps came with Avocado with no extra charge, I usually always get charged for avocado and I like avocado. When you order a wrap it comes with your choice of either Pasta, Green, or Potato salad. I'm not too much of a fan of pasta salad, but I tried it here and ended up getting it both times I came in. It is a good serving amount, and is very well topped off. And the price is awesome! Not too cheap, but not too expensive as well. After my first check in, I received a notification from yelp explaining how I just received a free coupon for a "Free Regular Drink." I don't know about you but whenever I hear the word "free," I'm almost 100% in on it. So as I pay for my wrap I ask how to redeem it. They say they've never heard of it before and will ask management. At this point I was thinking in my head, "Aww man! No free drink." The lady came out of the back room and took a look at my phone with the claim. She said "sounds cool, I like it!" Then she proceeded by saying "Here take a large one!" I love this deli! The sourdough bread is soo soft and delicious. The egg salad is perfectly homemade. The past salad that come with your sandwhich is also really good. I dont really like mayo in pasta salad so this one is great full of flavor and not drenched with mayo just some ranch for dressing. We had the most horrible experience. We used to go to the sandwich place all the time and were so happy. Today, my co-workers and I were hungry but were super busy, so we decided to order food and have it delivered. We ordered one BLT with extra crispy bacon, one sandwich with added avocado and wheat bread, for the sides we ordered the pasta salad and then we ordered a big order of the pasta salad. It took over an hour for our food to be delivered(our work is 3 minutes away). We called twice to ask about our food and every time they said it was on its way. When the delivery person finally brought our food she mentioned that they had barely given her our order.She also mentioned that if she had known about our order being late, she would have brought it earlier. When we opened our food we saw that out side orders were not included, they did not include the avocado which I paid for, got white bread instead of wheat bread and the BLT did not have extra crispy bacon.
