As soon as I arrived, I was introduced to David Ho, and that made all the difference! David was absolutely exceptional--professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicle and buying process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way, and never made me feel pressured. His expertise and customer-focused approach turned what can often be a stressful experience into an enjoyable one. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and surprisingly fast. Before I knew it, I was driving off the lot in my new car! I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and I truly love my vehicle. If you're looking for a dealership that values its customers and a salesperson who goes above and beyond, ask for David Ho. Bill Page Honda needs more people like him! His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for his customers are exactly what make a car-buying experience memorable. I will definitely be back for future purchases and will gladly recommend Bill Page Honda--and especially David Ho--to friends and family. Thank you for making this such a fantastic experience! Highly recommended!

We had an excellent experience purchasing our new car from Honda Motor Company dealership. Sam, our…read moresales consultant, was professional, patient, and genuinely worked hard to lower the out-the-door price as much as possible. He was transparent throughout the process and made us feel comfortable without any pressure. Mo (Mohammad), the finance manager, also did a fantastic job. Initially, we were approved with a higher interest rate, but he promised he would do his best to help us get a lower rate and he actually did. We truly appreciated his honesty, effort, and dedication to helping us secure better financing. Before coming here, we contacted five different Honda dealerships and unfortunately did not have the same honest and professional experience. This dealership stood out because of their transparency, respect, and customer service. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car. Thank you again to Sam and Mo for making the entire process smooth and positive! Thank you Sam! Thank you MO! Thank you Sales manager!

I've been here on two occasions for oil changes after I grew frustrated with the Springfield guys (always felt like I was being upsold and strung along, the wait was ridiculous, and the clientele feels like a daycare/mall food court crowd). Bill Page feels more family-owned and operated. They have a smooth system and friendly faces. There's a quieter, brighter space upstairs (around the corner to the left, use the elevator), but plenty comfortable in the downstairs waiting area just off the sales floor, too. Lots of spots to plug in and spread out and good communication when your car is ready. My car is out of warranty now, so I paid out of pocket today and I felt the price for an oil change and tire rotation was market value. Considering that it's a quick hour or hour and a half wait in a comfortable location and you don't feel like you're getting nickel and dimed or duped, I'd say it's a great deal. If you're looking for a calmer experience than a huge dealership, I'd recommend giving these guys a try!

Bait‑and‑Switch, Criminal Rate Markup, and a Manager Who Threatened to Keep My Deposit…read more I visited Bill Page Toyota (Falls Church, VA) after receiving a low lease quote from Online Sales Rep Taylor K. Arbuckle. I drove nearly 2 hours from my home based on that low quote. I came in ready to buy, only to discover that Taylor had quoted me for the wrong trim -- the one I actually wanted had a slightly higher MSRP. I was immediately passed off to salesman Menelik "Junior" Alemayehu. Before any numbers were discussed, he took me for a test drive -- but would not let me leave the parking garage. I drove the truck in circles around the garage. During the drive, he openly admitted he didn't know much about the Tacoma because he "doesn't really sell trucks." After the test drive, Junior disappeared for nearly 20 minutes to run a lease quote. I sat there waiting. When he finally came back, the payment was 1,000 more MSRP. A $1,000 difference in vehicle price does not increase a monthly lease payment by $140. That's not how math works. The difference wasn't the trim -- it was the money factor (interest rate) . The original quote used 6% APR ; his quote used 9.5% APR. That's a nearly 60% markup on the interest rate. Pure rate gouging. When I called him on it, he flatly told me he could not negotiate the money factor and would only discuss the vehicle price. I pleaded with him to lower the rate or the price because 9.5% is criminal. His response? He said the discount was "already fair" -- at only 4.4% when I had shown him JD Power data proving the average discount is 6%. He then pressured me to choose a vehicle and sign that day, telling me the truck wouldn't last. When I asked about a deposit to reserve it, he asked for $1,000. I asked if the price would be guaranteed if I gave them the deposit. He admitted the price was NOT guaranteed and could increase by the time the truck arrived in a month. I asked him to put in writing that my deposit would be refundable if we couldn't agree on a final price. His response? "A handshake will have to do." He then said: "It would be unethical if I kept your deposit and the price increased that much in a month." -- which tells you everything. He knew the price could change, he knew he'd keep my money anyway, and he said it out loud like that made it okay. At that point, he called his manager, Diego Garcia, to see if the dealership would agree to a refundable deposit if the price drastically increased in a month. Diego got on the phone and -- in front of me -- said: "No, I will gladly keep his money and just sell the car to someone else if he doesn't want it." I stood up, told him this was unacceptable, and walked out. The next day, I received a canned email from Diego Garcia asking if he had "done something to offend me." The audacity is staggering. To be clear: I did NOT give them my $1,000. But the fact that they tried to pressure me into a non‑refundable deposit while refusing to guarantee the price -- all while marking up the interest rate by nearly 60% -- tells you everything you need to know about how this dealership treats customers. For comparison: Every other Toyota dealership I contacted offers fully refundable deposits and guarantees the negotiated price when you place a deposit. Bill Page Toyota is the only one that refuses to guarantee the price and threatens to keep your money if you walk away. That alone should tell you where to take your business. Do not trust Bill Page Toyota with your money. Get everything in writing. And if Junior Alemayehu or Diego Garcia are your contacts - run!

When the advisor calm me to ask about what we needed I clearly stated the car at this point need both inspections and the oil change and if nothing wrong with the inspections then we will go ahead and change the spark plugs. The service advisor sent the car directly to have the sparks plugs changed before they inspected the car and call me with a laundry list of things the car needed which meant additional charges. What part of if nothing is wrong with the inspections was hard to understand? To add insult to the injury, we got the car back today with a note stated that the emissions inspection was not performed since their machine is down, this after the service advisor confirmed yesterday in a call with my wife and I that both inspections were already performed

That's the issue w/ Koons Ford Falls Church. Our '25 Bronco w/ 2k miles was due for 2 recalls and an oil change (due to time). I would normally have gone to Ted Britt Fairfax, but Koons offers a free pickup/dropoff service that was too convenient to pass up. I sign up for a service appointment and request valet pickup/dropoff. It's important to note, I live on Frederick St SW in Vienna. They pick up the car roughly a half hour late. No biggie. I get a text from the service advisor confirming the work to be done -- oil change, tire rotation, recalls. This is at roughly 11am. 4pm, I get a call from a different service advisor asking why I missed my appointment. Turns out, they didn't realize they had my car for 5 hours. I confirm with him that all they are doing is an oil change, tire rotation, and the 2 open recalls. He said yes, they are in the process of replacing my backup camera. Woah woah woah. Although there is an open Ford recall on backup cameras, my year/VIN is not affected. My car's backup camera is fine. He goes quiet, and says he'll "be right back." He comes back and apologizes, and says yes, they will do the oil change, tire rotation, and the *correct* recalls. That night, I get notified from Koons that they "completed the state inspection I requested" and recommend a $180 wheel alignment. First off, the car has 1800 miles and is a year old. It absolutely does not need an alignment. Second off, our inspection was valid until August and it's June. I didn't ask for or approve a state inspection. Third, I had just removed the sticker since we're moving to Florida and they don't need inspection stickers, and now I'll need to take it off again. My service advisor calls me the next morning, saying he assumed I wanted an inspection 'since I was due.' There's no feasible way the car was due, since it was manufactured in August of '25 and it's June 2026. I talk with a different service advisor the following morning, who is apologetic and says they won't charge me for the inspection, says everything was completed, and says the car will be on its way back to me. I get a call that my car was dropped off. I walk outside my house, and see no car. I'm talking with the valet on the phone, and he says "yeah, I dropped it off at S Frederick St in Arlington." It took all my willpower to not yell "that is not the same thing as Frederick St SW in Vienna!" He said oh, your service advisor gave me the wrong address. Okay, so, first they didn't realize they had my car; second, they were about to do the wrong recall work on it. Third, they did work that WAS NOT AUTHORIZED. Fourth, they recommended work that was not needed and was a complete scam. Fifth, they DROPPED THE CAR OFF IN THE WRONG CITY.

Within a very short time, it became obvious the transmission was failing hard shifting, slipping, warning signs that don't just appear overnight. What's most frustrating is that this feels conveniently undisclosed. There is no way a dealership "inspects" a vehicle and misses such a major issue, especially one this serious and expensive. It's hard not to believe this problem was known and intentionally hidden just to make the sale. We know that it was intentional because whoever they had make the makeshift repairs to seal the deal, left a used rag in the transmission pan. Yes, you read that correctly, they left a rag in the transmission pan that they'll surely claim they knew nothing about. A transmission repair on a vehicle like this is thousands of dollars, and buyers should not be left holding the bag because a dealership chose profit over honesty. We thankfully had a warranty through our credit union and was able to get the vehicle repaired. We have already drafted a letter to the credit union that they need to be removed from the trusted sellers list. If you're considering buying from here, get an independent inspection first or better yet, save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. I regret trusting this dealership and would never recommend them.
