The following week Chris and his partner came out and replaced the entire water main to the house and descaled my tankless water heater. They did an amazing job in just one day and once they finished they were very thorough cleaning up making my house looking like no one had done anything. He came the same day I called and let us know that our water heater was still under warranty and suggested calling the manufacturer (Rheem) to request the parts he told us we needed. Just got off the phone with Rheem and they are shipping the parts for free! Chris could have easily told us that we needed a brand new water heater and sold us a new one, plus installation. Instead, he was honest, let us know which parts were needed and let us know that our water heater was still under warranty. Honesty is hard to come by these days. Would definitely recommend calling Chris the Plumber for any plumbing needs!
