Found this brewery by accident while I was visiting the sandwich shop next-door they let us bring our sandwiches into the brewery and eat while we enjoyed a beer from this tiny brewery cute and clean we'll definitely go back when I visit the sandwich shop again.

I've been to Holler Brewing a small handful of times and it's always a good experience. There's a nice selection of beers to choose from and some board games, etc that you can play.

Folks Good day!! Offer me something unique!! How bout a chile infused Mexican Lager! "Fire in the Hole" Yes please! Probably the best beer I've had this year! It just drank nice - balanced - well thought out and perfectly executed. Beautiful brewery- bar - tables - and patio Bartender very helpful with the suggestion Enjoyed it so much- had to take one to go with me. Thank you Holler! Let Love Lead!

It is a very cute brewery! It has around 50 people's worth of seating and a really nice outdoor seating area with nice outdoor string lights. Inside there are hop shaped neon lights! They have a variety of options, mostly IPA's. I wish they had more of a sour menu. The only sour they had- I didn't like.

You picked the correct location for the best beer in Houston. Wow!!! This place has something for everyone and then some. From light to dark you can't go wrong on your selection . I would recommend getting a flight. Their Fire in the Hole was phenomenal!!!

Holler has a nice patio (some shared patio areas). Lots of tv screens & lots of nice folks to watch a game with.

Stopped in on a random Monday we had off while the rest of the world was working. If you're in the situation to be looking for a mid-day, mid-week beer, this is the spot to come to! We both got the hazy IPA on the menu and it was super tasty. Nice outdoor space too! First and kind service at the bar.

My husband and I LOVE THIS BREWERY!! The beer is good and everybody is friendly. Beach Vibe is our favorite beer from them because it's just light and refreshing. The prices are reasonable and they allow dogs in their patio. We just stumbled upon this brewery because it's a 5 minute walk from our house and recently we just joined their running club called Holler Haulers which happens every Wednesday. They have other things going on on other days of the week also like trivia night but I'm not sure which day that happens. It's small inside but there are enough seating and there are plenty of seating outside. There is also a taco stand called Tacos Bombero outside of the brewery if you would like something to eat. They have a parking lot so parking should not be an issue here.

Cool brewery, nice atmosphere. Was able to get parking in the lot. Decent selection of beer, enjoyed the Mexican lager. Staff were pretty on collecting empty beer glasses. They had a food vendor selling crawfish outside, best crawfish I've ever had. Came in a sack, spicy, garlic, delicious and well priced. Stickers were a dollar.

This spot has been on my radar for a long time. I've been wanting to check this place out. The main reason why I wanted to check this out was because the taco pop up that is here. Tacos bombero. Really cool laid-back chill spot. The bartending staff is very attentive and helpful. They are very nice and they make you feel at home. Atmosphere: they have a limited amount of indoor seating with cold AC which is nice. Air condition blows pretty cold for a hot summer afternoon. So if you're not a big fan of the sun you can simply sit inside. If you want to sit outside there's plenty of outdoor patio area, there's also some outdoor seating as well under some huge massive oak trees. Overall it's a pretty nice spot to hang out and chill with friends. Or a date. Etc. I believe they are dog friendly is a saw a dog today. I would definitely come back here for the tacos and the chill atmosphere.

This has a smaller brew list than most breweries around it, but has great beers. The place itself is in a strip so it's kind of small. Their slushies were great and so was their sour beer that I had. Not much to do here besides watch games on the TVs. The bartender was really friendly!

Czech pils and cacao stout - small size. Refillable cans!

This place is really quite neat. It's tucked in a spot that's off the beaten path - and perfectly accessible for biking adventures. They've also got a large shared parking lot. Unfortunately, I've yet to see the inside due to Covid 19 but it seems fairly quaint. I had no idea they'd been around for 3 years, but I'm happy to have finally stumbled across them! We tried the cacao stout, German pils, and Czech pils in the small size. Circa $20 for four* craft beers? Definitely affordable. Plus, I love the cans - I just wish they recycled! They will refill your can if you'd like to use it for a second beer. They come with twist off tops which ensures the beer is fresh if you're saving it for later. I'll definitely be back soon enough. Glad to support local! Update: came back, tried the sour this time and WOW. Really loved it. Great spot!

It's a small brewery with both indoor and outdoor seating. They have a water cooler around for everyone to drink from, which is always a plus for me, and they have TVs and games. Also the names were very creative - very cool. I wasn't drinking that day but my boyfriend got the "Czech It Twice" Pilsner and liked it, and I ordered a Topo Chico. Would definitely like to go back to try the beers.

Are there food trucks there on weekends for food options?

Yes! They always have amazing food trucks. I've been there twice and once it was Greek food and another time was American (burgers and such).

The brewery is located in the East End/Second Ward and it's owned by the same folks as Brash Brewing. The building was built in the early 1900s. The taproom is moderate in size and there were quite a few tables. I had a pint of the Oktoberfest which I really enjoyed! I also ordered a flight with the following: 3 Seashells, Brash EZ 7, Spin Jammer, and the Exotica Scorpion. I didn't care for the Exotica (it was too sour for my preference), but I did like the other three that I tried. We didn't see any food during our visit, but they do have rotating vendors that sell food on site. You can also bring in food or have food delivered to the brewery. They don't have any TVs, so this wouldn't be a place to watch a game. They do allow free parking at the brewery if you want to take the train to the stadium which is pretty cool. They have weekday specials and they host events like Music Bingo and Yoga on the 4th Sunday of the month. Check their website and social media for events and specials.

The space itself is very nice inside, the kind of brewery my girlfriend would like. It's bright, large windows, clean and lots of plants. They don't do flights on game days even if no one is in line and there are like 10 people in the brewery. The 1st time I came, this rule made sense but the second time they had damn near as many workers as customers. So, I have only tried 3 beers. A stout that I didn't care for and 2 IPA's that were pretty good. There is no food onsite and the 2 times that I was there, I didn't see a food truck either. They also offer free parking for the Astros games if you have a 15,00 tab so that alone is worth the visit.

Fun fact: the brewery is named after the Frost Town settlement which is considered one of the first neighborhoods in the city of Houston. Frost Town is a few blocks from Daikin (still haven't adjusted to the name change) and is a popular spot for folks to go before/after Astros' games. The brewery is quite large and is great for groups. It's two stories, though I've never sat upstairs. There's a nice sized patio as well. According to their website, they're family friendly and dog friendly too. I've enjoyed all of the beers that I've tried including the Kolsch and Pub Ale. I haven't ordered a flight, but I like that you can order up to 6 pours (I've never seen a beer flight with more than 4-5 pours). In addition to beer, they offer wine, cider, and NA beverages. They offer weekly specials like $5 fruit beers on Fridays. They also have events like game nights, yoga (Sundays), and trivia night (Wednesdays). If you're planning to hang awhile, they have a shelf full of board games near the bathrooms for patrons to play. They sometimes have a food truck on site, although the times that I have visited, they didn't have one. They do allow patrons to bring in outside food (if you need a Tex Mex fix, Irma's is nearby). I have not had any issues with parking, though the times that I visited haven't been super busy. They have a parking lot as well as street parking (free after 6 pm and all day on Sundays). Frost Town is super chill and laid back. Just the way I like it!
