On the downside, there's no handicapped parking in front, which I would think is illegal. There's not even a ramp anywhere close to the entrance. There's other negative is that there was nowhere to sit and wait for take out. This might be due to the Christmas tree and decoration but I don't know. So, why 3 stars? The pizza was just ok. They are small (12"), and, yes, less expensive, but just ok. I don't like Parmesan sprinkled on top of my pizza but saw them put it on every pie. This should be a request, not a given. I've heard good things about the food so I may dine in sometime, but won't get the pizza again.
