Get there early because, as we found, they do run out of some of the pies. The chicken is masterful! From our time in the south, we learned that you shouldn't have to put anything on your chicken. I would have returned the burger, but I was having lunch with a friend and did not want to ruin the encounter. At that moment I wish I had ordered the side salad instead, as my friend's looked mouthwatering and my mouth needed watering; LOL. Anyway, the burger and fries, with water came to almost $25, with tip. I had been there once before, but I couldn't remember what I had; it was that memorable. I hate McDonald's and have not been there in about a decade, but I would have gladly eaten a double quarter pounder, with cheese, and some fries over this overpriced cotton mouth special. We are currently in between homes. Due to this we have been getting donations from family of food being delivered. Our location is situated where not much will deliver but my mom found that Hong Kong Express would. From the time she finalized the order until they were knocking on the door, seemed like it took about 10 to 15 minutes but I know it was not quite that fast. Super speedy though! The delivery person was very friendly and knowledgeable. We are picky about our Chinese as my grandma raised us all on a place that she had gone to for over 40 years on a regular basis and we have not found one that compares. This was not quite that good but was not far off. We ordered two of the pick 2 dinner specials. Everything was very delicious and there was so much that we will have a second meal for both of us. If you knew how they prepare their food it will make you sick. They mix up the food in the basement with their bare hands on a table that is below the dishwasher upstairs that leaks down on to the prep table below. I read an earlier post that states they are moving in November to a new location hopefully the sanitary conditions in which they handle the food are better. I don't know how they have come out unscathed by the health department. This information came from a pest exterminator that has seen this, oh by the way they have a problem with mice. I will never eat there again. read more

I have never been in the restaurant, but have had it delivered a couple of times. While delivery is great and their portion sizes are large, the food itself is pretty unremarkable. Nothing seems fresh. It all comes across has heaping piles of lackluster meat and vegetables cooked to oblivion and covered in a sauce from a can or made from a powder. This is a great little hole in the wall place to get great food and friendly service. The place is a little run down not much lighting in the parking lot.
