Shortly after moving into our house, we realized we had a major rodent problem. Not only did we hear them in the attic, we saw evidence of their entry into our kitchen! Larry helped rodent proof our basement. We had a serious mouse infestation in our basement with the mice having eaten a lot of our stored food. You need to call Larry before making a decision with a pest control vendor. He went above and beyond my expectations on rodent proofing the attic and even went on the roof to seal up openings. Anybody can trap a rat/mouse. Larry separates himself from others with the proofing because his goal is to stop the rodents from coming in and not put you on an expensive maintenance plan like other vendors. I've had other vendors stop by and some couldn't find the entry points while others tried to sell me attic insulation and still others wanted to charge a fee per rodent and a fee per entry holes patched. Larry was great! The name of his company really lives up to the name. He really is an honorable guy. He and his workers cleared out all the rat feces and insulation out of my attic. On another day, he put new insulation and noticed that his workers missed an area of the attic and made another trip out to remove the rest of the feces that were accidentally left behind.
