I went to get an oil change and top off the fluids. The mechanic let me know about my brake fluid being dirty, and that reminded me that my brakes are due to change. I asked him about it and he let me know they do do brakes. I got them changed. He went above and beyond to make sure I was safe. My air filter was also changed, per my request. Overall the experience was much better than the last time I went to that same Jiffy Lube. Great job guys. The prices were very fair. No complaints at all. It took approximately 1 hour. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of equipment and technical oversight at this franchise. Over the last few visits, I've been to two different locations, and at both spots, I was told they didn't have a "working grease gun." For a business that markets itself as a "Lube" specialist, it is unacceptable to be unable to perform a basic chassis lube. It shows a fundamental lack of understanding of vehicle maintenance beyond simply draining oil. If you have a vehicle that requires actual grease points to be serviced--especially older models or heavy-duty trucks--you're better off going to a dedicated mechanic who maintains their tools. Extremely disappointing to see "preventative maintenance" limited only to what can be poured out of a bottle. read more

I usually hate getting my car serviced, as I'm a young woman who doesn't know much about cars and is always weary of getting swindled. I came in to this Jiffy Lube location for squeaking breaks and was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Eddy showed me the break parts and walked me through what was causing the squeaking in detail. He was honest and let me know I had a bit of time before I needed to get the parts replaced. He even told me "there are no dumb questions" which was super nice and reassuring. He also filled up my tires as a complimentary service. Overall, the staff were super helpful, honest, and friendly. This is the worst location. Just got my oil changed at take 5 and they said they didn't even think my oil was changed last time (from this location) and that they literally put a MERCEDES plug in my Honda civic... it's 2-3 times the size of what my plug should be. They also cross threaded it in/ forced it in because it was the wrong one. Genuinely could have messed my car up horribly if I wasn't so on top of my oil changes. I knew I had a bad feeling at this location, but goes to show you it wasn't for no reason. They were laughing at me, while messing my car up. DO NOT GO HERE!!! You will have missing screws and mismatched screws. I'm not sure why it would be difficult to take six screws off, and put the same six screws back in... but they could not handle it. Had two missing and two that didn't match. They are not paying attention and/or do not care. The other location at my next oil change alerted me to the issue and told me they should fix it. Their fix was to find two more random screws, that they didn't put back in someone else's car, so I was obviously not an isolated incident. read more

They're never trying to talk me into things I don't need, always providing quality recommendations. That's pretty uncommon when dealing with anything car related. Got an oil change, synthetic blend and the service was very polite from the start. I was informed of other services that might be needed soon and had no pressure so I was able to choose replacing the air filters (super dirty!) which I could afford right now and then was given printouts of the reports for what I'll need to wait on. When paying, I showed a coupon but they checked in the system for all the coupons that could apply and saved me an extra couple of dollars. My word this place is bad. I got there at 9 with one car in the bay in front of me. I was asked to change lanes because the guy in lane two was before me and the truck in front of him wasnt finished. We switched lanes no problem. although when the car was done that I switched with they left me behind the truck they couldn't fix. Now it has been an hour. The guys working are really clueless. they walk around more than they work. I was a life long jiffy lube customer. not any more. A monkey could have done a better job of managing that place.
