DON'T DO IT!!! We had a table of 12 and the kids wanted to go to hooters. We got there at 12 and at 2 we still weren't finished with the experience. It took the waitress 40 minutes to get drinks and another 30 to put the order in. It was not busy, only 3 tables in the restaurant and ours outside with one more two top. The food came out in shifts, leaving one of the people at the table for 30 minutes without food. Awful, worst dining experience I've ever had. And I'm a former server. We still left the server 75 dollars because it was not her fault she was not trained and thrown to the wolves in a poorly poorly poorly poorly managed establishment. The manager did take money off after the server was attempting to separate the checks and we said please don't. Just stop where you are and we'll pay the rest. Terrible. Two thumbs down. read more

So it started as a good visit and then fell apart at the end. We were greeted quickly and seated in a prompt manner. Our waitress was, if anything, overly attentive through most of our meal. The food was very good even though the menu is huge now. In the end our waitress disappeared for over 15 minutes. She finally showed up and checked out the table next to us and totally ignored us even though she was back and forth a few times. After more than 5 more minutes she finally came back and apologized for taking so long to get back to us. So basically we waited over 20 minutes at the end of the meal for our waitress who fell off the face of the Earth. On top of that the men's restroom was not very clean and apparently the lock on the accessible stall has a chunk of it missing. And my daughter said her chicken was a bit dry and probably overcooked. Terrible. Although the bartender was friendly, she was slow and had no sense of urgency whatsoever. It took her 15 minutes to greet me, and another 20 after that just to take my drink order. Another 10-15 to receive my beer. It wasn't busy at all. From one bartender to another, it shouldn't have taken so long. I placed an online order today at 3pm for pickup at 6:15pm for Super Bowl Sunday. not only was the order still not ready at 7pm but the female manager told my wife that they saw the order in the back but now can't find it so they have no idea how long it would be. I called and asked them to cancel it and she informed me that because I did it online that I would have to do that tomorrow because she doesn't see it in the system and the two other managers are to busy to look tonight. We ordered through Uber eats as we wanted to just have a night of not cooking. We received our meal only to find the fries were still cold and not cold from the delivery time but cold as in we could taste ice or frost burnt inside. Yuck!! We ordered take out while we were in the area for vacation. I ordered a salad, which looked great on the menu. Stupid decision (my husband tried to warn me by asking "who orders a salad from Hooters...to go??"). The salad did not have dressing (my husband offered the ranch that came with his wings). Upon looking at the salad, it was completely slimy and wilted. I couldn't eat any of it, so my husband called and requested a refund for my salad. They tried to give him a credit for a future purchase, but he declined as we are not going to return to this location even if we are nearby again in the future. They told him they would have to talk to their corporate office, so they would call him back. That was on December 27th, and he is yet to get a call back. Save your money and sanity and go elsewhere to eat. I'm sure McDonalds has a better salad. read more

This looks like a nice facility but it wasn't busy at all on a Friday night. Our Waitress took our menu and said it would be easier if she marked out all the tap beers they were out of....it made it ease we had one beer and left! Ha. My friend ordered a ultra gold and she brought a regular ultra. Seemed out out that he asked her to switch it out. She then took the regular ultra and gave it to, I'm assuming, a regular at the bar which was like 15ft from us. We won't be back. This place is struggling. Hooters offer Gf menu. Waitress came, explained very clearly how food would be separated and cooked for allergen avoidance. Ordered Chicken Sandwich and Fries off GF Allergen Menu. The picture shows what arrived. When it all came to be cooked, the only item truly safe to serve was a chicken breast (a dry, overcooked chicken breast no less). Son absolutely dislikes to complain but I asked for the manager anyway (Bob Bonnett). However, after a little back and forth with the waitress not with the manager - Bob told her to let them know he "comped" the "chicken sandwich" which was actually just the chicken you see on the plate. Not a chicken sandwich- just a piece of chicken. National chain. Allergen menu. Obviously a willingness to offer and to cook for restrictive diets - but execution was terrible. To say that this location is horrible would be an insult to all horrible restaurants. Place was less than half full, yet had a 35-45 wait (depending on when they felt like seating you.). They had 6 waitresses and 2 bartenders, all of whom were hustling their butts off. Our waitress Devon was great and trying her best given the circumstances. After finally being seated, we quickly got our drinks, which I had to send my beer back. I couldn't quite place the odd taste of my Sam Summer, but to take a shot in the dark, it was a cross between, dirty lines, dish water and freezer burn. Waited almost 45 minutes for 2 orders of wings, a chicken sandwich and a burger. The waitress saw that we were quite perturbed and had the manager stop by. He would only say that they were really busy and short staffed. He claimed that he personally cooked our food, which was a lie because we saw him taking to other customers and walking out take out orders. He did half our bill, but they still left the beer I sent back on the bill. We had been there for over 2 hours and I just wanted to leave and wasn't going to bother. Bottom line, unless you're ordering take out, I'd rather punch myself in the face while wearing lead gloves than return to this location. They put out around 50 to go orders and made the customers in the seats wait and wait and wait. Pretty sure every party eating in got some kind of discount. We came to this Hooters after going to Buffalo Wild Wings first and being told that they had no boneless or traditional wings. Why would BBW stay open if their signature offering was out of stock!!! (SMH) This Hooters was empty with a few patrons, about 20 but we were told by the hostess there was a 40min wait to be seated due to staffing issues (pandemic of course). The waitresses were running around serving the tables and multi-tasking with the kitchen and bar. When we finally sat down the waitress and manager were super friendly and accommodating. We were seated almost immediately as the restaurant was empty for the exception of one other table. Our server Lauren was incredible. She quickly got us our drinks and set the table up maybe 5 minutes after our order was placed and food could not have taken more than 15 mins. We ordered 20 wings with an extra sauce on the side. They were hot and really hit the spot after a long day of excursions. The fries were unseasoned but we were given salt and pepper so I can't really complain. We got our refills when we ran out and extra napkins. Bartender and servers were cleaning the tables and sanitizing counters meanwhile keeping an eye out for any needs we had. Ok, I am a manager in the restaurant industry, and let me say I am astounded at the horrible experience my fiancé and I had at this location. I have never been to hooters before so my fiancé wanted to eat there because we are on our vacation. So we go inside and no one is at the front to greet us or seat us at all and the place is damn near empty. A few guys at the bar and a handful of tables at most. So a girl finally comes up and seats us. Takes us to a dirty table so we go to one next to us, it still dirty. She says it was clean and tries to say that it's just when you wipe the tables. Hun, those are crumbs. lol She ends up being our waitress. Gets our drinks and tells us about a promotion they have about downloading the app and they give us fried pickles for free. We download the app but couldn't figure out how to get the fried pickle promo code. Asked her about it and she had to go ask the manager how to do it twice. Still couldn't figure it out. But she says the manager will take them off the bill. We asked for ranch with our pickles. She brings the pickles no ranch. She takes our order and we order wings fries and shrimp. After what felt like forever we finally get our trash ass food. She said sorry I forgot to bring the ranch but here it is. We had already ate all the fried pickles by then. She still put it on the bill. She forgot our fries for the main order. Didn't come to check on us until the end. People, there was only like 7 tables in the whole restaurant with like 3 servers working. At the end, she checks on us and we tell her about the fries, and she's just not listening. We are here on vacation visiting WDW and Universal and needed a break from the hustle and bustle of the parks. We have always loved Hooters wings and they did not disappoint this time either. The three stars is for the poor service. Our waitress was very nice but, had no sense of urgency. We watched Logan (another waitress) run circles around our waitress! Logan was awesome!We ordered a beer and a G&T and watched them sit at the bar for ten minutes before my husband finally went up and grabbed them himself, our waitress was nowhere to be found. I won't name her here but if Scott wants to contact us I will give him her name, we tried to speak with him but were told he had left.
