Stopped off here on the way home from work because traffic was at a crawl. Staff greeted me promptly and it was busy but had a place For me to sit with no issues. My server, Steph, was pleasant and helpful and suggested I try the new smoked wings! WOAH! Is all I can say. Normally I think Hooters wings are neck and neck with competitors but these smoked wings put them over the top. They smoke the wings plain and then you can add a new dry rub or traditional wet sauce to them! I hope these wings never go away... it was that good. I'll be back for the wings for sure. read more

I really see pretty much no reason to go here. Last time I came, I set for with no service for just over 20 minutes (yes, I timed it). I literally had to raise my hand to flag down a waitress: "Oh, has nobody helped you yet?" - "No of course no one has helped me yet why do you think I'm sitting here with no food or drink!?!?" I will say that once I managed to find a waitress, she did a decent job. She was friendly and kept my drink topped off. Nonetheless, it was a pretty frustrating experience overall. The food here is awful. I ordered a chicken sandwich - a fried breast dipped in wing sauce on a bun. It didn't come with any dressing (lettuce, onions, cheese, etc.). The bun was slightly stale, flavorless, and not the right shape for the meat. Overall, the sandwich just didn't taste good. It tasted like a crappy crap sandwich. The fries were barely passable. The pickle it came with was disgusting. It tasted like it had been sitting out all day, and looked like someone had stepped on it. Other patrons are for the most part loud and obnoxious. My niece and wife dragged me here kicking and screaming about two years ago and since then I've been back with and without them, especially in the last month with a buddy moving away, I went here three times in two weeks! My wife and I also do take out at least once a month... Everyone knows the wings are great as is the service. What most people don't know is that the oysters and the crab legs are also great too! I prefer to order my crab legs for take out, as it's just too messy to eat there. The shucked oysters definitely need to be eaten on premises. Hooters is never on my radar for food. Since Hooters was the only spot near us that was close to a real restaurant and I wasn't about to eat fast food again, I agreed to dine in for a burger. On a business trip out to Raleigh, came to Hooters one night after work. It's convenient because it was close to our hotel and office. The beer selection was just okay, nothing special. The food was pretty decent. The scenery was just okay for a hooters. We had some jalapeno dip which was quite tasty. The spicy bbq shrimp was just okay, the shrimp was kinda small. Slow service...it was lunch hour, but the place was only half full and there were servers standing around chatting with each other...but it took a very long time to get one to visit our table. There most likely nothing I can add that most people don't know about Hooters. They serve burgers, wings & sandwiches with plenty of beer options. At this Hooters, the waitresses seemed a bit overzealous compared to others that I have been to. I think it was recently opened, so maybe they were just excited. There's a huge bug problem. Gave it 2 stars because the service wasn't bad. Tiffany did a good job maintaining her customers at the bar and getting drinks out for the ladies on the floor. Huge nat looking bugs were literally ALL over and around the bar. I literally had to move to a "safer place" lol because I couldn't guard my food fast enough. The nats were like vultures! I use to go to hooter 3or4 times a week. I stop going because when I would order wings they started tasting like they Pre prepared they tasted funny and when you bite down to the bone it was very dark to black at the bone. But everytime I ask for fresh you can always tell the difference my question is how long is the chicken sitting out and why I can't get it fresh without asking for it and how many people are going to get sick before it stops it was 3mths before I came back only to have the same thing happen. That's is on the food. Now when you you take a cup from me to get me a refill remember to bring me back a refill but that is because your services people are on their phones. Just received my delivery order through ubereats. My husband ordered the chicken strip sandwhich on texas toast- instead he got a chicken patty sandwhich on a bun- not sure what happened there. I got the half lb steamed shrimp, the portion size was suprisingly small for 12 dollars. The shrimp themselves didnt taste very fresh, just rubbery and overdone. No chives on the tots either and they forgot the drink (that mightve been on ubereats but still) all in all..pretty disapointed. read more

So listen, this is your above average Hooters in the RDU airport area. The food is good, service in my opinion is really damn good. Tiffany, Mallory, Aleecyana, as well as most of the bartenders are very attentive and don't make you wait. My only suggestion is, if you're sitting next to a "gentleman" at the bar with a baldhead who's name is Phil, take a different seat. Arrogant, demeaning to waitresses and anyone around him, you would be better to avoid him. Apparently he has slapped a regular in the past and he is still graciously welcomed to this establishment, causing chaos for anyone who decides to stand up to him. I've always loved hooters wings and hooters buffalo sauce, but I was not impressed with this location. When I entered the girl seated gave menu and then served water to the couple ahead of me. Said we would be waited on in moment. This is unorganized and actually gaudy...everything is cramped. No spaces. You could say cluttered.. A clothing display over the drink area ... just poor management and bar is very cluttered.. and the lights are to to bright. Wings good crunchy but tasted crappy. I recently visited the Morrisville Hooters location with a buddy of mine. We're from out of town and just needed a place to grab a quick bite. It has been a while since I visited a Hooters, but was pleasantly surprised that the food was even better than I remembered. Unfortunately, our service was amazingly bad. Our server (Darian) never smiled and acted as if she was irritated the entire night. At the end of our meal, she came over to our table and asked if we wanted our check -- as opposed to "can I get you guys anything else?" or "is anyone interested in dessert?" After she ran my credit card, she dropped off the receipt and literally didn't say a word. Her behavior was so rude we started openly wondering if we had said something that upset her? But, the fact is, we hardly talked to her because she never visited our table. It was very strange to say the least -- and very disappointing. All of that being said, we'll definitely be back (again, the food was great). Hopefully we'll have a better server on our next visit. read more

Should I be embarrassed for giving Hooters a four star rating? Nope, they actually aren't compensating for crappy food with attractive waitresses...the food is actually decent! Joined a group of very friendly Triangle Yelpers for dinner here, after the very generous Charlie F offered to share a gift card for 50 wings with any Yelpers who wanted to join him (and even nicer for him to allow me to come, since I'm technically a Philly elite). In true Yelpy fashion, there was overordering & overeating all over the place...fried pickles, onion rings, chicken strips, sliders, loaded tots + 50 wings to share...plus several of us (including myself) ordered a dinner entree. Overkill is so delicious, though. Oddly enough, my favorite dish was the onion rings. Super crisp & tasty with a spicy dipping sauce, they were some of the best onion rings I've had in ages. Though I did also enjoy the fried pickles, strips & sliders as well. The wings were very good...ranging from medium (which was very mild) to 911 (spicy, but not enough to knock you on the floor), they have a nice variety and the wings are huge. Plenty of meat for your money. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich with fries for dinner. The fry portion was very generous and the chicken sandwich was on the better side of mediocore. They went more for quantity than quality, but not too shabby. I like mine a little saucier and a trimmer breasts (hit a few fatty spots). With a group of 7, we kept ourselves well entertained, but our waitress was sweet and didn't seem phased by our many requests for additional plates, silverware, drinks, etc. I don't think I really saw a glass go empty. Visited this location for the 3rd year in a row on my birthday (3/13). The wings were the best I've ever had (at this location). 10 naked Hot wings (bone-in) for $7.99. I was in the best mood leaving the restaurant. Service wasn't all that great, but the food was wonderful, which outweighed service in my opinion. read more
