One of the Best Hooters I have eaten at. The waitress are very friendly and actually cute. Military gets a discount on mondays. The oysters and wings are the most popular meal on the menu. The location is convenient but nothing to see except a shopping mall and a highway. I've been to Hooters many times, in many different cities, always a great place to eat and maybe catch a game. My wife and I ordered the usual breaded wings with hot sauce. I ate one and my wife another. Wings was very greasy. I asked the waitress to ask the cook to prepare another order, in which see was happy to do. She brought back another order minus the two we consume. I felt slightly to say the least. Not that I was worried about two damn wings but I guess they did. When I addressed this to the manager who walked by he did not feel they had done any wrong. Then as the waitresses spoke to the manager she roll her eyes at us. Damn the nerve of these people. The food is always good when we come. I have to say the new bartender is not the best. I'm used to having Christian but the last two times it's been someone else. We walk in and the bartender is sitting down talking to her boyfriend and doesn't greet us. When we ask to sit at the bar she gave an eye roll making us feel very uncomfortable. The food is incredible. I ordered a burger, curly fries and tots and they tasted pretty swell. Speaking of pretty, the waitresses are beautiful. I ate at hooters while visiting myrtle beach. I ordered the boneless chicken wings. I ate all of them except one. The last one was larger than the others and it was obvious I needed to cut it with my fork. To my surprise it popped open and was shiny and purple. I honestly wish I could have stomached further assessment because it freaked me out so bad. The manager said it was a veins. Unless it was the aorta and vena cava that was a crock of crap. I have not ate breaded chicken since. No Bojangles no Chick-fil-A. The thought of that chicken makes me want to vomit. This was in June. read more

Terrible food, burnt burgers. Server was nasty and wouldn't give us more than one tiny cup of ranch for 20 wings without charging an extra dollar. I've eaten here before but this is the first time I'd ordered the "all you can eat" wings. They take forever when you finish to get you another batch of wings. I was very disappointed in the treatment I received at this location. My brother and I just arrived at Myrtle Beach for bike weekend during the NBA Eastern Conference Finals game 5. Being from Atlanta we've had nothing but great experiences with Hooters franchises. The Cumberland Mall location and the downtown Atlanta locations are nothing but top notch establishments. So naturally we hurried with anticipation to the nearest Hooters. As soon as we arrived there were lots of people in the parking listening to music and driving bikes around. The environment was lively and fun. I was happy to see the Hooters seemed to be embracing the bikers that were in town. When we walked in the front door we were rudely greeted by a man who was working security for this location. He stepped in my path while I was on the way to the hostess desk and said bluntly "We are closing the bar in 10 minutes and we aren't seating anymore tables." Mind you this was 10:15pm on a Thursday night with 10 minutes left in the 4th Quarter of the Cavs/Celtics game. The location was 2/3 full with plenty of open seating. I'd never heard of a sports bar closing in the middle of a big game like that not to mention the operating hours posted online for this location are 11am - 11pm M-F. The security guard didn't allow us to speak to any hostess or manager. This experience is very disappointing and not what expect from a company that normally exceeds my expectations. I hope this location is a single outlier and needs to be improved. read more

Wings were great, but I will tell you the staff and service is really rough. Bless the girl waiting on us, she just wasn't trained well. We asked multiple times for multiple things. We had to wait about 5 mins to be greeted. They were not very busy. It was 3:00 pm on a Sunday afternoon. The food was mediocre at best. There were 2 very young boys running around even climbing on counters at drink station. From what we could tell they were the manager's children. Our waitress was inattentive. Went to Hooters on a Wednesday evening and had an enjoyable experience. We had fried pickles as an appetizer and chicken wings for our entrees. Everything was delicious, and our server was friendly and attentive. This is also a great place to watch sporting events one on of their many HD TVs. read more

I have been to this Hooters several times and several others. This was by far the worst Hooters experience we've ever had. We waited almost 30 minutes to be seated (15 of that was without any acknowledgment, but we had two babies with us and packing them up to go somewhere else was too much of a hassle, so we thought). Once we were seated, it took one hour to get our food. Everything was terrible. Salad dressings tasted like cheap store brands. Chicken on the salad was fatty and nearly inedible. Salad greens were wilted and turning brown. The fries and Tater tots were fine, per usual. The chicken wings came out cold and had to be sent back. Everything about this experience was horrible. We will be making our complaints to Corporate as well because clearly management has suffered at this location. read more

Horrible service and bad food. Our table was beside where the waitresses got the fountain drinks and they bumped into us on 9 different occasions without once saying they were sorry. One of the times it made my son spill his drink on the floor. We bought tshirts and they told us they didn't have the change to give back to us. Now granted it was only 60 cents for one transaction and 5 cents for other but I thought it was crazy. It's a restaurant and change all around.. Crazy crazy bad!! read more

Restaurant is clean. Environment is friendly. However, if you make an attempt to substitute an item on the menu. Good luck. My cousin wanted all bone in wings on her Hooters platter. Keep in mind the platter comes with some bone in wings already on it. The "Kitchen Manager" told the waitress no. When we asked to speak the manager she sent someone else over. The reason for the non substitution was because it was UFC fight night and they were gonna be busy. And yet, they weren't busy during the time of our order. Finally after a robust conversation we got her order straight. Apparently, the customer is not always right unless you speak directly with a manager. Good luck everyone! read more

Lucija was a hoot! She gave us excellent service even when the kitchen was the slowest that I have ever had the misfortune to stumble upon. With a staff of only 3 cooks and crazy seating where about 4 out of 10 tables were clear yet a wait list of 30-35 minutes for a table of 3. 25 minutes to sit, almost an hour waiting for food (just then the salads) 15 minutes later for main course. To the credit of the kitchen staff the food was very tasty, hot even. But very behind schedule. read more

There was no problem with the food. The issue was with the service. Evidently, if you order a flavored iced tea, it needs to be made at the bar! No idea why, but after 2 apologies from the waitress and 20 minutes later I still didn't have it. I also ordered an appetizer and asked that it be brought first so our entire party could share while we waited for the main entree. As I predicted, it was brought at the same time as everything else, which rendered it useless at that point. Finally. When I asked for a take home container for the cheese dip, a gentleman(supervisor?) said he would bring it right away. Well, he never brought it. I had to ask a second time. There has to be something wrong with the manager or ownership here. Only 4 waitresses and a hostess on a Saturday night. Story was many waitresses didn't show up. That is not them being irresponsible. It indicates a serious problem with management. It was a 20 minute wait to get seated with many empty tables. Our waitress did a great job even with how overworked she was. Food was slow. No excuse other than poor management because the place was half capacity. It was pretty mediocre too. How far the mighty have fallen. I used to truly love Hooters and this restaurant is a yearly tradition. I hope they get their crap together soon. Waitress was awesome. The waitress, Shannon, was very friendly and the wings were good. I agree with other reviews, the service was slow due to understaffing. The tvs in my section were on infomercials , but if you need to know how to save on interest rates or which shark vacuum is the best turn on that channel lol.
