I've been coming here on Tuesdays for awhile they have a deal that can't be beat. Recently I feel like hooters has stepped their game up. They went back to the big wings and yesterday I had the best batches of wings I have ever had from there, they were cooked perfectly not dry like in the past. My girls chicken quesadillas were also on point she said they were the best she has gotten to date. Was there for lunch sat next to an old creepy 69er. I had the beer cheese and pretzel bread it was good very filling. Then for the burger I ordered was a monstrous Texas toast burger (highly recommend). Very good the cook did a good job. The waitress was very attentive and very friendly that's a plus. We went there for a birthday bash a while back. Haven't returned! Hopefully they fired the waitress we had. She took our drink and food order,drinks and food came out by other waitresses,never saw our waitress or anyone else again. Spoke to the manager and he completely understood. Comped us the chicken offered us more but we refused as we sat there 30 minutes no refills of either. One star because he comped us. Minus 2 stars had he not. read more

So you expect Hooters to be Hooters.....THIS Hooters is the bottom of the barrel. My experience is the Hooters in the South are MUCH better; this one is just not well run and sort of a mess. A few examples...I showed up on a Sunday night, the restaurant was like 15% full...basically empty and ordered a sandwich and salad. The server came back after 10 minutes and said, we're out of salad, we can make one from shredded lettuce. I passed and got a different side. After eating the side that came immediately, my fish sandwich still wasn't there after 30 minutes...and remember, the place was empty. I was annoyed, and frankly I was thinking....I'm not gonna trust this sandwich to not get sick from it. I passed, so I'm siting here writing this review at 9:15 at night having had tater tots and a beer for dinner. I eat at hooters often when I am on the road ,I would say this is my least favorite ,ever time I have gone there I have ordered smoked wings and every time "the smoker is broken"I wonder if they have one at all.I brought family there last Saturday and they did not have smoked wings they were out of most beers on tap,they were out of oysters and my wife had the worst taco salad ,the wings are the only consistent thing on the menu they are usually always good. read more

So just left here after a girls lunch and everything was okay until the bill came and we got our change back, so my bill was $22.67 I gave $40.00 and now as you know the change Due was $17.33 and even if you rounded it would be $17 but what did I receive you ask.... $13 and when I brought this to the attention of my server I received $4 after she and another server asked for the initial change. Then after all that I still only received $14 back. Did not know it was okay for servers to see fit their tip and take it upon themselves to decide who's change they keep. I love hooters. The wings are top notch. The curly fries are to die for. Asked for ranch twice and got blue cheese. I did not even mind the mix up because the girls are so hot. My only gripe with the place is the male employees, it's completely un-necessary for them to be there. read more

I am writing this review for my recent visit at Hooters I encountered a waitress who is fabulous her name is Kelly I think she was a redhead blonde she was extremely helpful and professional and best of all fun Most food and beverage people I've met in establishments lack personality enthusiasm for the jobs but Kelly was truly informative about the food at hooters Kelli made me the customer feel like I made the right choice in selecting the food that I did. it was so delicious and yummy. Often in our every day life we neglect to see how one person can make a difference Kelly is that person she made my food experience at Hooters fun informative and worthwhile going as a therapist I encounter people from all walks of life with many issues so So when I'm out and about looking for a place to eat I'd like to have a pleasant experience and I think it's worthwhile to go to Hooters and if you do ask for Kelly so as I did I told two friends they turned out and they told two friends hopefully they got the great service I did read more

I don't know why my friends and I came here thinking it was going to be great...but with that being said even the little hope I was gone after entering this place. I went to this hooters for the first on sunday. I definitely will NOT be going back!! The servers were nice and friendly but the forks and knives were FILTHY, they looked like they never got washed after the last people used them. My table had 5 people and all 5 of us had dirty utensils, if they won't bother washing the forks and knives i'm gonna need them to invest in disposable utensils. Been to this Hooters in Shrewsbury many times to watch football games and Nascar races. They are always very willing to change the tv station near you for what you want to watch sports-wise. The wings are by far the best in the industry. I've read some reviews that the wings are not healthy. Dude, you don't go to a wing place for healthy food, although they have some great salads here. I've never had bad service here, even on busy days. All businesses go through some "growing pains". Overall, I rate this location excellent. read more

I've been here quite a few times and the naked wings are great dipped in sauce of choice esp the honey bbq or buffalo . What is even better, and the reason we eat there is the smoked wings, garlic habenero or texas bbq they are great. Also , One funny note, we were disappointed that a guy (maybe a manager) sat us and brought us beers even though the waitresses were totally capable and readily available to help. I have gone to Hooters several times. But the trouble is that the service is iffy. Sometimes you don't get acknowledged when you are waiting for a host or hostess, to indicate they know you're there and you wait when it's not terribly busy. They often forget what you order, or don't give you the order you asked for. The food, is ok, depending on what you order. Im giving it 2 stars because the waitress, Abbey, was awesome! Very nice and friendly. The place is ok, but the food is awful! Shrimps were barely cooked, fries were cold and disgusting and the wings were cold and sticky. 1st and last time there. I don't know what's the big deal about that place, if it's because of the girls, most of them are flat and not so attractive and their uniform is ugly and stained. Was quite crowded at 2:20 in the afternoon. I sat at the bar. Not much of a bottled beer selection. Hooter's is known for its waitresses being attractive. I didn't see any really attractive waitresses, very average. Beer came, no glass. No menu at the spot, none offered. Asked someone two stools down to hand me a menu. I still eat fish on Friday. Very small fish selection. Got fish and chips. Had to get out of my seat and go to another part of the bar to get ketchup, as none was near and none was offered. Food was good, though.
