I guess disappointing is the word that best describes my experience with this delivery order. At best, the delivery was on time and no complaints about the delivery person. Everything else was unsatisfactory. Let's start with the Chips & Queso. Why were my chips wet? Or were they stale? I'm not sure, except to say those chips were disgusting soggy mess. Moving on to the sliders, quality was not a consideration for whoever prepared them. The fries were cold and soggy. The sliders had fallen apart. The preparer had neglected to anchor the sliders with anything, even a toothpick. The "Medium" hot chicken was so mild, that buffalo sauce flavor was undetectable. And onto the wings. As dictated by simple math, the 5 bacon wrapped wings I received was not the 6 piece I ordered. Which may have been a good thing, since they were dried out and overcooked. Of course, the similar conditions applied to the 10 piece traditional wings I ordered (yeah, only 9 wings). The real slap in the face was the cold, pigeon-sized, unseasoned fossils that someone has to have willingly served despite the inedible appetizer presented. It is mystifying that the SAME establishment that once served me large, juicy, delicious wings delivered that unpalatable garbage to my house. I try, but I can't picture myself working on the line in your kitchen, pulling up the order, and producing the mind-boggling crap that I received. I don't know if this is an indictment of Hooters in general, the local Hooters, or just defect isolated to your delivery program. All things considered, it was not a huge leap in logic to consider that there might be a lower quality staffing/sourcing program established which operates under lesser scrutiny from corporate overseers. read more

The food is decent but definitely overpriced for what you're getting. My Western burger was delicious, however the fact that there is no option to order regular fries with it instead of the curly ones kills me! Wings are always a good, save options and with no doubt are the best thing to get at Hooters! Beers are cheap if you're looking for a place to get drunk for cheap. The management was a lot better at running this business when Dan was the manager. From what I heard and saw, the other guy has no idea how to run an establishment like this. The girls were definitely a lot hotter in December/January than some of the new ones recently hired. Overall my experience was average, but would definitely go back for the wings! read more

We've eaten here quite a few times. They've recently changed the menu. I like their food...it's like every other Hooters. Big on wings and seafood. This particular restaurant gets busy. You are usually seated right away but there can be a small wait on food. Tonight we waited well over an hour. We spoke to the manager and he was quick to apologize and generous to compensate for our wait. We were very surprised and appreciative of his understanding and generosity. It was unexpected in today's society. We will definitely be back. read more

Awful experience tonight at this location. We were seated and ignored for 20 minutes before our beverage order was taken. Not sure if the establishment was short staffed, and the waitress seemed to not care. Have been at this location multiple times in the past and always had a good experience. Last night my boyfriend and I went to hooters. It was an okay at best experience. The place was very busy so I knew we'd have maybe some slow service but I had no idea it would be THAT slow. To start off we got margaritas. (+2 stars) They were SO delicious. Took forever to get them but very good. Only complaint is barely any salt on the rim. The food was so delicious we started off with the pretzal bites..melt in your mouth delicious (+1 star) I got the sliders with chicken for my meal and my boyfriend got a burger. Both were mediocre. I asked for extra bleu cheese, no pickle. My boyfriend simply asked for no onion. Our food came out with all of these on them and I got no bleu cheese at all. Our server was very awkward and checked on us with our mouths full. Bad timing every time. I will return on a hopefully less busier day and hopefully have a speedier and efficient service. read more

OK, yes, I was one of those people who thought, "Why is Hooters coming to Shrewsbury?" But I've always been curious about the quality of food and ambience inside, so I just HAD to try it out. Tonight, my opinion changed. It was packed full of people, from men to women to even children. The waitresses weren't slutty looking at all (alright, maybe I did take a glance at their buttocks that were hanging out- I am a straight female, comfortable with my sexuality), and there was definitely diversity in the staff. My friend and I ordered their onion rings and a plate of their original wings. A little pricey, but they both tasted good. The wings were crispy, just the way I like them. Our waitress, Chelsea, was very polite and I liked her energy. The only reason I took off a star was because they gave us the wrong wings at first, but they brought out the right ones very quickly and even refunded our onion rings as an apology. The restaurant could also use a cleaning crew (floors were dirty), but I understand that it's a busy restaurant packed full with people on a weekend night. Overall, I would definitely come back here. I would give it zero starts if I could. The customer service here was extremely poor and slow. Took 15 minutes to get our drink order. Took 40 minutes to get our food order. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and they bought out a crispy chicken sandwich. No apology or ownership of the mistake & extended wait time from the waitress. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone & I will not be returning. read more

From the reviews I've seen, this place seems horrible! They claim to support veterans but refuse to "participate" in the year round discount other stores give. I'm glad I pass this store by every time I travel Rte 9. read more

Went to Hooters because I like the wings. Stopped in. Waited way too long to be served. When wings came out they were not good. The drink I got was filled with too much syrup I could not even drink it. Just not a pleasant visit. Won't be back. read more

Me and my friend came here for dinner. We waited for a bit before a waitress told us to sit wherever we wanted. We sat down at an open table, and waited for 25 minutes without having a server come to our table. No drinks, no food. The place wasn't that busy and there were plenty of open seats around us. We saw the same waitress take the orders of some people siting a little further down but we couldn't get her attention. After that we never saw another waitress and at that time it was clear we would be there for a ridiculous amount of time. We decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings right down the road and got all of our food and drinks in less time than we were waiting here. Overall a terrible experience. read more

Slow service & awkward service. I came in with some of my friends (party of 5) it took about 25 minutes for someone to finally check if we needed anything. The food was okay,nothing special. Bunch of morons! Consistently F'd up our orders both times we went! First we went and only 3 out of the 5 people we were with got their food, when the waitress finally came over to check on us 15 min later we told her we didn't receive two orders; they ordered buffalo wings but instead she came back with an order of plain wings and wings covered in god knows what (honestly looked and tasted like straight up oil!). Decided to give them another chance but got take-out instead; again they gave us plain wings instead of the buffalo that we ordered and one order of unbearably salty boneless garlic Parmesan; and not to mention when we called to place the order it took us three calls to get a person to finally answer and then we were placed on hold for 8 minutes. I suggest going to Buffalo Wild Wings right down the street, better service, better quality food, and they have never messed our order up. read more

First disappointment tho not major, they don't have avocado, so I didn't get the sandwich I wanted. Second disappointment, my meal came out with beard hair on it..it was taken back and a new one was brought out, but by then my boyfriend was done his meal...I had ordered a grill cheese and fries..don't see why it took so long. He had also ordered a drink, but before he could even look at the menu he was pressured into one recommended by the server, so since he was done eating he ordered another so he had something to do while I ate. My grilled cheese was taken off so I expected like a 25.00 bill...it was 40...the drinks she pressured him into we're 11 each..we didn't realiZe it becuase there was no drink prices :/ all in all was a below par experience and so was the food. Our waitress from the start was also overly nice to the point that it felt so fake. Don't think we will be returning here. read more
