Way better than than previous pharmacies we've used. This store gets a bad rap because of all the homeless looting the store - emptying its shelves. It's a daily battle, they've tried security at the doors, but for whatever reason they don't have it anymore. They should permanently close off the door on Kettner and create a booze only counter with the liquor behind it, not accessible to the customer unless they are buying it at the booze counter.

That meant that the rest of the aisles were left to have items fight for counter space. Unfortunately on both of my visits here I did not find what I needed and had to venture elsewhere to get those items. Customer service wasn't too bad here, they were attentive to the needs of those in the store, but at some points they appeared to be bothered to help you at first. It is what it is. The cashier responded by telling him to 'get out' in an aggressive and loud tone. He ended up leaving without even using the restroom. It wasn't about the situation--it was about how it was handled. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect, especially when there's a language barrier involved. I hope management takes this seriously and reinforces professionalism and basic courtesy with staff. The cashier's behavior was loud, vulgar, and unprofessional, including the use of profanity toward a customer--far below the standard anyone should expect in a public-facing role.
