Dear Hot spot, I had been waiting to try you out since you opened your doors to customers in October of 2012... But now that I have finally given you a chance in April of 2013 after an extensive period of anticipation and desire... I just don't know. I don't love you and I don't hate you. I'm more disappointed than anything, but its probably because I expected so much from all of the raving reviews from my friends. Although the owner and people who work for you are amazing with customer service, your food didn't really live up to the hype for me. First let me explain something to you guys. I'm vietnamese, and as far as I know, most of us Vietnamese, Lao, Cambodian, and Thai people like to slurp up our soup with our hot pot. So if you're one that likes your hot pot in that manner, I don't think you would like this place. However, I did notice that this establishment is a japanese/chinese/korean fusion, which makes sense because I know that chinese people tend to make hot pot in a way where they don't drink their soup... they just cook their meats in it. Therefore, this justifies why the broths here are bland (we ordered the kimchi and spicy broths). At $22 a person for all-you-can eat hot pot, I can say that this is a reasonable price and value. The meats were all very fresh and high quality---especially the seafood (EXCEPT for the crawfish... but its ok because its not crawfish season yet). There was also a LOT of variety, but it was a bit overwhelming. So if you're here for the first time, I'd advise you to order one order per item for every two people first because you can always order more later. I came here with my boyfriend and we ordered two orders per item (we ordered almost 2 of everything) and it was wayyyy too much food (we also both eat a lot and it was still too much). HOWEVER, you CANNOT change your soup at all. So choose your broth wisely because you cannot change your broth flavor. I wish I had known this before and chosen my broth more carefully. The Kimchi broth was bland, it did not taste like chicken stock or anything, but more like water with boiled kimchi in it. The spicy broth was overwhelming with the peppercorns and exotic spices. Be careful not to bite the peppercorns. I did this and it almost ruined my entire experience because it left an awful after taste in my mouth that left everything else I ate tasting pretty terrible (thankfully I had my butterbeer to get rid of that taste). The spicy broth was also very herbal, which I was not too fond of either. Despite all of that, I loved the set up of the establishment. It is pretty clean, new, has tons of sauce in their sauce station (however the sauce dishes could have been cleaner), and even has some interesting art posted up on the walls. Something note-worthy to mention was the Butterbeer (non-alcoholic). It was amazingly delicious at $5 a mug! I HIGHLY recommend this drink to all, and the bar tender was also great and made a delicious lychee Shirley temple drink. All in all, I may return, but I'd have to think twice about it. If anything I'd come back for that butter beer without hesitation! read more

FINALLY, I'm trying this place out for my first time. I definitely needed it, since I was recovering from a cold. Soup soothes the throat, am I right? I've heard this place gets packed very quickly so my boyfriend and I planned to visit when lunch time was almost over. We were seated right away and given the menu. We chose the AYCE for 22.99 per person. You first pick your base soup, following your meat and veggies. When we were ready, a lady placed our pot on a stove with both of our base soups and it was divided in the middle just so our toppings won't get mixed. You also get to control the heat of the soup too. When the soup started to boil, we placed our toppings in the soup. After the meat and veggies are cooked, it's time to eat! Everything tasted great and the soup really did sooth my throat. I must of drank too much of the soup though. My throat started to get worse and I couldn't eat anymore. I had to stop eating when my stomach was not feeling well. The reason for the 3 stars was not only the aftermath but the service wasn't as great. We weren't checked up as often and I think it was because the place was about to close soon, so they were more focused on getting the place cleaned for dinner that night. I've tried hot spot about three times and I think it gets worse every time I go.. I initially liked it the first time. Clean, cute, hip, new.. When I went the first time I feel like they had lots of options for meat and veggies.. I tried the cow tongue for the first time at hot spot and thought it was okay.. I tried it because my friend said it was pretty good and it wasn't bad The most recent time I went we had to wait for 1.5 hours and it's not too bad cus dessert story is next door so we got bubble tea and hung out while we waited for our table.. anyway as soon as you go in it's very humid and muggy.. when I left my hair had a lot more moisture.. and it makes sense in some ways cus the steam and all that.. anyway.. We sat down and on the way to the table the floors were super slippery so we were all careful when we got up to make our sauce and idk it threw me off cus it doesn't make sense for the floors to be slippery.. anyway We ordered one serving of beef tongue cus I wanted my sister and friend to try it. We also ordered 1 order of prime rib or beef and 3 fatty briskets.. however, our plate looked like we ordered one of each beef and 3 orders of tongue.. so it didn't start out well. Then we later ordered more beef and that verified that they put in our orders incorrectly because we ordered 3 more servings of fatty brisket and it was way more that what they first gave us Anyway when ordered I felt like there wasn't a lot to choose from and they had no dumplings and didn't mention it to us when they gave us the order paper. The first order paper had it crossed out but the other ones didn't so when it didn't come out I had to ask and they said they didn't have it. Idk it just wasn't as good as the first time I went and I feel like I've been to better hot spot places around the DMV area.. also if you sit at the table with the hot stove or whatever you cannot order separate broths. You must get the family style bowl and it is a lot more broth but you don't get your own Service wasn't bad but it wasn't great. My sister was annoyed because we asked 3 times for more broth and we shouldn't have asked 3 times. We get that it's busy but having to wait about 20 mins to get more broth bothered her I don't think it's worth the drive to va to eat at hot spot. I've been here a few times and normally I love this place. But recently we came here for lunch on the weekend and it was such a disappointment. The table they sat us at was dirty and had to request a cleaning spray be used to clean it. My cup of water was also dirty but I just got tired of requesting anything from the staff so I shared a cup with my husband. The service was good but ingredients were messed up and we had to request our bowls and utensils since they were never given to us. The food tastes good but honestly the cleanliness of this place has gone down. We used to come here because of this and I won't be returning. read more

We came about a week ago, our first time since COVID. We have always liked hot spot though the meat/seafood quality has been up and down through the years since it opened. In this particular instance, the meat and veggies were good quality. We sat in the middle section for individual pot diners, which had thick plastic dividers separating each table. The servers also do a great job clearing empty plates on the tables quickly. There is also a QR code to scan for the menu. There is also seating outside with mini pots so you can still have the cook your own hot pot experience. The rules to go up for sauce is to wear your face mask, sanitize, and use the plastic wrap to grab the communal ladles. Unfortunately, it's self-regulated, so there were plenty of people who went up and simply grabbed their sauces without any protection over the ladles. Also, the tables lining the walls for shared hot pots were all seated back to back. At one point when every table against the wall was filled and people were literally sitting back to back, chairs almost touching like a normal day. It's truly cool food culture...sitting around a table cooking thinly sliced meats seafood, scallops and shrimps, noodles and veggies in flavored broth that is simmering on a rolling boil. It takes a minute to get the hang of using the tongs provided to drop the raw ingredients into the bubbling broth pot, and using your chopsticks to eat the cooked food! The cooking is also something to master...meats take seconds while other items like the fish balls and udon noodles take a bit longer. The veggies, mushrooms, tofu, taro, and greens are delicate. The culmination of all the cooked stuff, once strained out of the broth and into your bowl, is delicious. Several different flavors of broth are available in a range of spice levels. Now you get to the best part.... topping your broth-cooked items with sauces and condiments that you have made up yourself whilst waiting for your order to be brought. The condiments side table which you will visit after placing your order, is really fabulous and offers a selection of sauces, herbs, sliced aromatic veggies, nuts and chillies. I make my own sauce with onion combined with Chinese barbeque, chilli, sugar, and soy sauce. These sauces are used to top the cooked meats and veggies. You can get ideas from other people who post their favorite combinations and sauces at the condiments table. In sum, this is a restaurant where the food is performance, show-stopping table front and center. The food is an experience and not a side show, it demands your attention and care. Hands down best hot pot I have ever eaten. For about $23/person (lunch or dinner it doesnt matter) it's all you can eat and you dont have to worry about ordering lots of small plates of things that will add up to a fortune. Eat all the scallops, shrimp, tongue, and fatty cuts of meat your heart desires with no thought of the bill. We arrived on a friday night and the joint was in full swing with a lot of people sitting outside and waiting to be seated. We found out that the wait time was 2 hours...umm no thanks. So we decided to get some korean fried chicken (Bonchon) next door instead so it was not a trip wasted to the shopping center. Attempt two, the next day for saturday "brunch" we arrived before the doors were to be opened. Not alone in our thinking, there were about 5 other people waiting too. Got seated immediately as soon as the doors opened and they took our orders for the broth. I opted for the fish based broth and my brother got the same. Bf decided on Tom Yum, his usual fav at hot spot places. We all got our own little pots boiling and before long out came the seafood, meats, and veggies. All you can eat! You check off on a paper which ones you want and they bring it out. Best to order a little at a time so that you dont waste food. They were very attentive while we were there and there was no real wait time in flagging someone down to order more stuff. I don't know if it is like that when its super busy at night though. The decor and ambiance is more modern than traditional but I dig it. The best part is the sauce bar. It's teeming with all the possible sauces you could possibly want! I totally, 100%, agree that this spot is worthy of 4 stars on yelp. It's such a unique idea--- unlimited hotpot. For those of you who do not know what hot pot is.... Hot pot is very similar to fondue in the sense that you can place your protein into a hot boiling soup to cook. However, hot pot allows you to place veggies and noddles and rice cakes and the list goes on. If you can eat it place it into a boiling hot broth to cook it. Then there's sauce... Oh I love sauce. Hot spot's sauce is off the hook. They have a sauce bar. At the bar you can create your very own mixture of sauce. My favorite is the sesame sauce with spring onions and cilantro. Chose your soupy base ranging from veggie to super spicy, which is my personal favorite. However I wouldn't recommend the spicy for individual because it gets a bit concentrated. Grab a pencil and mark off what you want in terms of meats, seafood, veggies, noodles, and if you're lucky... dumplings! Relax while you wait for your broth to come to a light summer but if you're antsy, go to the sauce station and play out your Iron Chef fantasy. The majority of the servers are young and hip and sometimes they forget to check in but to be fair, they are quite busy. As a person that has gone to hot spot numerous times to celebrate birthdays, dates, and casual dinner outings I usually never have anything bad to say about the place. The food was great and servers were very attentive. My problem is with their most recent Groupon. So they advertised two deals: $30 worth of Asian fondue for two priced at $16 for the Groupon and $60 worth of Asian fondue for 4 priced at $30 for the Groupon. THIS IS EXTREMELY MISLEADING. First, the Groupon text made it sound as though "for two" covered the meal for two people and not a "discount" for a meal for two people. When my girlfriend and I came here we were told that many others like us were surprised when we had to pay an additional $17 before tip on top of using the Groupon which in total saved us a grand total of roughly $9-10 depending on how much you tipped. Parking: Good parking spots. But if you are going during the prime dinner time, you may have to park far away or in the back. Recommend coming early to get parking. Reservations: Call early if you want a reservation. They are usually always busy during dinner/weekends if you have a big party. If you have 2-3 people maybe 20-30 min wait depending on the day. They have a bar and barstool area for small parties and they are very accommodating for parties. Ordering: Depending on what table you get, either family or individual style pot. There's a couple broths to choose from. I forgot what I've gotten during previous visits but the last visit I got Tom Yum broth. To order the meats/veggies/noodles, they will give you a sheet to fill in with a marker. Pretty easy to order and our waitress was soooo nice even though our party was very loud. How can you beat the price and the selection? All you can eat hot pot - or as I like to describe it for the uninitiated, Asian-style fondue in a seasoned broth - for just over 20 bucks. Come hungry. Leave stuffed. I usually get a family-style pot to share with one person, and between the two of us we order a couple of veggies and meats. I find if I eat the solo pot, I don't get enough variety. But more than two or three people to a pot can get crowded. The trick is pacing, order not too much at first. I like to stick to the classics like napa cabbage, lamb, beef, fish balls, mushrooms, and Chinese spinach. The taro is a new favorite - it needs to cook for a bit but is so worth it. The seafood is meh, I had shrimp on my last visit and enjoyed it, but seafood is not the strength here. Finally, don't forget the sauce bar! The house special sesame sauce reminds me of tahini, and I like to make my own combination of soy sauce, sesame oil, scallions, vinegar and a touch of something spicy. I have seen the quality of the ingredients fluctuate, but today I had the displeasure of finding very sharp bones in the sliced ribeye. The bones pierced the gums of me and my family, causing bleeding after we ate the ribeye that we expected to be boneless. Appetite killer. I understand this is a rare and unusual occurrence, but it speaks to me about the quality control issues that this establishment faces. I like this place. It's like a fondue for meat, seafood and vegetables. They have the spices in the back and some recommended mixtures. Came after snowboarding and this place hit the spot. The only bad thing was that the wait was pretty long but we got a little lucky over at the bar. I wish they had quail eggs but that doesn't matter, the rest of the menu is bomb. My favorite is the fatty brisket and lamb. Add that to the recommended mixtures on the back and I'm set. This is the only all you can eat hot spot I know of but any all you can eat is good to me. The bartender is quick with the service also. There was this one biatch who was hogging an empty seat for her purse when the restaurant was full. She had the B face and clearly doesn't get laid. But one of the workers hooked it up, took away the chair and we were seated right away! But then I had to sit next to her. And damn, was this girl a B. I wanted to put a jacket on her chair when she got up temporarily just to see her reaction but didn't. But after writing this review, I clearly regret not doing that. Having to be in town for a quick work trip, I was lucky enough to not have a work function in the evening so I was able to grab some dinner with my parents at Hot Spot! This is definitely one of those go to spots especially as the weather gets colder or you want to socialize and eat a lot. This place also holds an interesting place in my heart... back in the mid 80's my family had their restaurant in Hot Spot called Fantasy Village, so it's been interesting to see how many times the restaurant has changed hands and what it has become 30 years later! Kind of neat! It is all you can eat... so be prepared to eat like you haven't eaten in a week. My parents said the last couple times they were here the wait was an hour or more. We were lucky and got a spot around 6:30 on a Tuesday evening. The place definitely got packed as 7 rolled along. It's not a huge place so it fills up pretty quickly. Typically when you get to Hot Spot you have a choice of family style in which you share a pot of soup for cooking the food (you have the option for two types of soups if you go this route), or you can have your own individual pot so you can cook food within your own pot of soup. We always go family style...If you've been following my yelps you will know that I love spicy food... so it's no different for my parents. Instead of getting two different types of soups we double the spicy broth and get it extra spicy! If you like spicy... you must go with this broth you won't regret it! Prior to starting you have to prep your sauce bowl at their sauce station. Grab the big bowls when making your sauce instead of the little bowls trust me. This is usually my concoction: Chinese BBQ sauce, soy sauce, cilantro, scallions, garlic, soy sauce and the spicy house sauce... its the best :) You have a list of foods that you can select, from meats (I recommend the lamb and fatty Brisket as that fat shrivels up as you cook it so it's flavorful), seafood (I recommend the clams as it makes the soup extra tasty, shrimp, scallops and tilapia are always fresh too), veggies (I recommend the Taro Root, Tofu, any of the mushrooms and Chinese broccoli is great), misc meats (haha this probably sounds sketchy immediately, but you won't regret ordering the mini dumplings...if you are lucky they won't run out... I've probably been to Hot Spot 10 times if not more... and probably half the times I've been here they don't have them... they are my favorite, so make sure you try them if they have them), and starch (I personally like the rice noodles... imagine flat, cut up pho noodles if you eat pho, it cooks super fast within seconds of putting it in the soup). When your food is cooked I suggest you put your food in the empty bowl and then you can grab the sauce as you need it... that way it will last through your whole dinner and you don't have to refill on sauce because you have pieces of food in it or soup. When you run out of food you can complete another form to order more food. As far as food, hot pot is one of my favorite things in the world to eat and hot spot is a perfect spot for it. Atmosphere is as you would expect steamy and warm as pots are steaming throughout the restaurant. Be prepared to smell like hot pot by the time you get out. I would say if you have a choice of seats try not to sit around an overhead fan because otherwise steam will be in your face... but that still doesn't make my food experience a bad one. For an all-you-can-eat hot pot restaurant, the food was definately worth the price. They offer a variety of meats (beef, pork, chicken, etc) and seafood (clams, mussels, crawfish, shrimp, fish, scallops, etc.) and you can create your own dipping sauce. Each table comes with a big pot split in two so you get to choose two different broths. No complaints on the food. My favorite was the prime beef, fresh and tender. Tried the Spicy and Shabu Shabu flavor broth - I really liked the spicy, it definately had a flavorful kick to it. Service was great. Didn't have to wait long for each round of food (you pencil down which food item you want to order). Granted the restaurant is fairly new, still thought the restaurant looked remarkably clean. There is a small bar inside with from what it seems, a good variety of alcohol/beer to choose from. Downside, only one flat screen. Without a car or options in DC, we thought all hopes were lost in satisfying his craving. Finally on the coldest night since we moved to DC, we gathered a group of friends and begged for a drive out to VA. I'm still patting myself on the back for finding this gem. Amazing broth choices (Tom Yum soup?,I've never seen this as a choice in NYC!), 15+ sauces (their house special sauce is DA BOMB), individual pots (no worries about double dipping or offending your vegetarian friends), lots of seafood options (scallop? jumbo shrimp? - yay for me), attentive + friendly service (my diet coke was always filled + our orders were continuously replenished) - why didn't we make a trip out to Hot Spot sooner? The only thing missing - where are the sweets? Red bean soup? taro + tapioca coconut soup? or ice cream? doesn't have to be a part of ayce but would be nice if they have it available to order off the menu. The waiting time for the food was also extremely long, we came on a weekday and we had to wait 20+ minutes between each order. We did the family style hot pot and there wasn't much to share. We would constantly need to order but our server would not come to our table. It felt like the server was avoiding our table because they wouldn't look at us nor address us. Aside from the server, overall the food was mediocre and not worth the wait time. I had to wait over an hour for the check with my hand up. Love this restaurant. This is my favorite hot spot place! I get the tom yum broth and I love it! I don't like how they changed their reservation process - they no longer take reservations. Some nights it can be really busy and not enough seating. Also don't like how they changed the bar top. We usually come here with my family and now the bar top seats us too far away from each other. What makes this restaurant different from all the others is the sauce options and all of the meat/seafood/vegetable options. The price is definitely worth it. I personally like individual style. Went with a couple of friends for dinner. The food was okay, nothing spectacular but it definitely hit the spot. It is a good value for the price point and for being all you can eat. I recommend the Szechuan Mala Soup (add some of the house hot sauce, green onions, jalapeño and cilantro from the sauce bar) with the marinated pork. Make sure to get some sauces and fixings for your soup, they really take it to another level! As a Chef I've seen some bad servers, but ours was pretty good for his first day ever. Keep it up! The ambiance was also average and Flashing Lights played 4 times in a row but I like the song so I didn't care. They have all the traditional goodies like beef, chicken, tripe, seafood, veggies, and an awesome sauce bar full or salty, garlic, peanutty, spicy and spicy flavors. This place is new, but they have the experience from running the first hot spot in falls church area. Same owner and style than the original except no long wait yet. They also have much better parking here than the other location. Better come out here before the lines get too long like the other hot spot. It's a great place to hang out w friends. They have a selection of drinks and also have a bar, but also have huge family tables for large parties. The only thing I recommend is to give hot pot newbies a sauce making lesson because it can be daunting to figure out which flavors go well together. read more

What an unexpected surprise! I bought a Groupon for this restaurant, not knowing a thing about it and forgot I had it until discovering it would expire in the next day. Once I realized it would expired it solidified our dinner plans -- I gathered up the family and told them we were trying something new for dinner! Upon arrival at Hot Spot Fairfax the staff was welcoming and engaging, they seated us at a table with individual soup pot induction heaters are each place setting. While the menu is a bit complicated at first glance, with a little help from our waiter we were well on our way to Hot Pot bliss! We placed outr orders, you can choose from six or so different soup stocks as the base for your meal. Then select from many meat and seafood options as well as vegetable and noodle options. All go into the pot and are cooked very quickly. There is also a sauce bar with many options, but the waiter helped us out here to and prepared several delightful sauces to pair with our meals. All in all it was a thoroughly enjoyable meal and one I think we will really enjoy in the colder months. Give it a try, Hot Spot might just be your next Hot Spot! read more

All hot pots are pretty similar and I know how to make a sauce that I like so they're always good. This place has tom yum broth though (not all of them offer that) and I love tom yum flavored soup. Udon noodles, eggs, the tender pork and lots of vegetables is all I need to be happy, lol. read more

This is a wonderful place for all-you-can eat hot pot. All of the ingredients are fresh and delicious. Also, there are so many kinds of meats, veggies, noodles, seafood to pick from. Before coming to this place, I thought I wasn't a fan of hot pot. The previous hot pot places I went to had a fixed set of ingredients that went into the hot pot. I was blown away when I came to Hot Spot with some friends! First off, all you can eat wow!! Secondly, we got to pick and choose the meats, veggies, and miscellaneous goods that went into our individual hot pots. This is key! I was a big fan of their selection! I got the tom yum soup and it was the perfect base. This was a great way to bond with friends. The service was friendly and came frequently to check on us and take additional orders. Needed to satisfy my hot pot craving, so I came here ready to make my tummy happy. Came with a group of 7 and got sat quick. Right away we were presented with the menu. It's a piece of paper showing you different kinds of broth you can choose from. I opted for the spicy broth as it was cold outside and I needed some warming up. From there you choose your proteins and your veggies. From Fatty brisket to lamb, there are many options to choose from. Mark as many as you can cause you will eat them quick! The sauce bar isn't as big as other hot pot places but does have the essential things such as sesame sauce, Chinese BBQ, garlic, onions, hot oil, etc. Just wish they had more options for me to play around with. The main reason for me giving this 3 starts is the way your hot pot is set up. It's 2018. Most hot pot places have an electrical stove you can place your pot on which boils fairly quickly so you can enjoy your food without having to wait. Hot Spot needs to step their game up! Here, they use small fuel canisters to heat up your pot. And it takes so long!!!! Service was great, our meal was enjoyable thanks to our server. Above and beyond for what we needed and constantly checking up if everything was fine. In all, this place isn't bad but isn't anything special. Ayce hot pot will attract a lot of people anywhere, but comparing it to other places, it's a losing battle. One small thing, The manager I think? This is my favorite go to place for eat shabu shabu in the area. I loved eat hot pot and I've been tried many places even other city too but I can tell that this place is the best of best. I couldn't find good place better than this place. You can choice the pot for share or a personal but I would recommend if they're not busy or you have time for wait to get a table then try to personalize pot. Also this place has a lot of different kind of sauces and you can customize shabu shabu sauce very easily. I never seen that any other place has sauces more than this place. I give 5star here, reason that too. You can get a little frustrate with waiters or waitress when they are busy but it was ok to me cuz food was delicious. My favorite broth is huo guo or kimchi. I took my friends a lot this place who visited my house and they always talked this place was the best for shabu shabu. read more

This is one of my favorite hot pot restaurants because of the variety of protein, veggies & noodles that they offer. What actually made this visit so great was our server Roslyn. Wow, we had an amazing time here. We came on a weeknight driving out from DC - yes, we had a real craving for hot pots! We grabbed an outdoor patio table. The patio is in front of the restaurant, and the tables are big--seating about 6 comfortably at each, so we had lots of elbow room as a smaller party. There was no wait, and we turned down an umbrella that was quickly offered as the patio was partly shaded and it was a perfect evening. Once the ordering was explained to us, we settled on individual hot pots--tom yum (very flavorful) and the spiciest offering-- Sichuan Mala Broth--which my husband LOVED. The latter was a beautiful red swirl with peppers and peppercorns, definitely spicy, layered and numbing. We left wanting to come back to also try the kimchi broth. We could have switched for $2, but honestly our individual pots were enough for each one of us to enjoy a satisfying meal without refills. The food order was fun to put in, and we received helpful tips and pointers. I have zero issue with the 3 items a category limit--it was more than enough food options and variety. Everything came SO quickly once we put the order in, and our re-orders came with amazing speed as well. Our favorite options were the prime ribeye beef and fatty brisket, thinly sliced and appetizingly presented. We would want to try the lamb and marinated pork the next time. We ordered the Ramen as one of our noodle options, but you need to keep an eye on so it doesn't overcook. Our glass noodle selection had the texture to hold up wonderfully in a hot pot for longer, as well as the Korean rice noodles (small and chewy) and YES to the dumplings - tiny, dainty and delicious. Next time we will try the Udon. We like seafood but didn't go too far into their menu--the shrimp is generous in size (more like a prawn) and unpeeled, so be prepared to handle it a little and my husband enjoyed the octopus. He commented that it was briny, an observation about its preparation not a criticism. For vegetables--YES to the napa cabbage. It's wrinkly, delicate texture cooks fast and holds the broth and any sauce you concoct. We also loved all our other choices which were fresh and plentiful. We were very well attended (thank you :), and refills were anticipated before we could ask. We did go inside to make our sauces, and it was very nicely set up for distance and comfort. My husband was especially impressed with the tidy handwashing station that you can access without visiting the restroom. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal, and our daughter (who had suggested hot pots) went to bed still talking about it. So cute! TIP-- If you want to sit outside without a wait, we were told Mon-Wed is your friend. The weekend sounds like a lot of fun too, and you can tell the place gets really hopping then. Also, be patient with your hot pot if you sit outside. Ours took a few minutes to get going, but once it got going--it GOT going. Enjoy! read more
