I would have give this hotel 5star if not for its location which is far from where the life in south beach starts. We had to take taxi every time, and note that taxi in sobe is expensive! There r also no variety of restaurants nearby. But other than that, the hotel is very clean, very comfortable, and the staffs are very nice. We came down around 1 :30am to the lobby for coffee but was closed, so we went to the bartender to ask if he serves coffee and he made us with no question at all. It wasn't his job actually. I also asked for a knife to slice my lemon but he gave me a bowl of sliced lemon instead. They give complimentary breakfast, and happy hour too around 5 to6pm(not sure with the time). Reserving your shuttle to the airport is free and easy. Definitely, I had a great time staying there. read more

Very Bad experience I made a reservation online thinking that my flight from Miami to NY is canceled. After I made the reservation I was told that my flight is on. I called the hotel to cancel my reservation 10 min after I made the reservation and they transferred me to the reservation office. I tried talking to them for over 15 hours. At the beginning the call was getting disconnected and then the office was closed. In the morning (7am) I was able to talk to a rep, she asked me to call after 9am to talk to the Manager named Su. After 9am I called and was asked to call later because Su was not in. I called back at 9:30 and I was transferred to Su and I left a message asking her to call me back. After I didn't get a call back I tried calling them 4 times and every time I called my call was disconnected. I am very disappointed with their service. Will never recommend them read more

Well it's been two weeks since getting back from beautiful Miami. Our stay at Hotel Croydon was very pleasant. Our room was very nice and clean and It was a short walk across the street to the Beautiful Beach. The staff was also very nice. If I had to say anything negative would be about the little coffee bar it was over priced. The Primo Market down the street was more reasonable and had a bigger selection. With that being said we had a wonderful stay. read more

The atmosphere is what you would expect from a boutique hotel. Rooms are nice and quaint but have poor lighting. Only thing with the bathroom is that it is missing proper ventilation and you are unable to open any windows. One of the biggest upsets of this hotel is the restaurant. The Tavern is not capable of handling any guest with prompt service, let alone having a clean table. Whether they are under staff or not properly trained, who knows. It should not take 20-25 mins to get a coffee that ends up being horrible and then another 10 mins to received creamer. Forget ordering food, to get a waiter to serve you is a mission. You have to find them in order to be served or to pay your tab. Walking out on the bill seems like the best option for horrible service. read more

Ugh. This hotel just gets worse and worse. As I was going through my credit card bill a month and a half after checking out and settling my bill on departure, a random charge pops up from the Hotel Croydon. It seems the hotel are now putting through unauthorised charges onto my credit card. You can't just decide almost 2 months later to add unknown charges to a card when we've fully settled our bill on check out. Obviously when I notice this on my account, I contact them straight away to refund the charges and to destroy my credit card details so they can't do it again. This is two days ago. After various forms of communications (phone calls, emails etc) I'm yet to receive any sort of response, explanation or solution. Watch your credit card bills when you leave this place. They might just decide to charge you a month and a half later.... read more

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! Harassment by Staff!! I never write hotel reviews, but felt the extremely disturbing experience my friend and I had warranted one. My friend and I are young women in our late 20s, and booked a trip for a long weekend at Hotel Croydon. Prior to arriving at the hotel, my friend called and asked if early check-in was an option. They told us when we arrived they would see what they could do - totally normal. What proceeded after our arrival was so abnormal and unlike anything I have experience at a hotel - and I have stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels. We arrived at Hotel Croydon just after 11am, and spoke with the man at the front desk (young man probably in his 30s) about an early check-in (our original check in time was at 3pm). He told us that while our room was ready, we couldn't check-in early unless we paid him personally $40. Yup - he tried to swindle us and pay him personally to get into our room earlier. When I said that we didn't feel that was necessary, and would accept the regular check-in, he pushed the issue, telling us that it was a long time to wait and for only $40 he could get us in the room. Totally unprofessional!! But it didn't end there. After turning down his offer and accepting our normal check-in, we asked for the front desk to hold our bags so we could go to the beach. My friend went to the bathroom to change into her swimsuit, and I waited in the lobby. The same man from the front desk came up to me, and told me that technically the beach chairs were all reserved, so he booked us 2 chairs under another hotel guests name and account. He even gave me their full name and hotel room number. First, this is SO incredibly unsafe, giving out personal information of a hotel guest to a total stranger. Second, this was again incredibly unprofessional! What if my friend and I were the kind of people to take advantage and order a bunch of food/drinks to this hotel guests account?? I couldn't believe that he offered this. I still however, was trying to be polite, and simply replied with a Thank You. This was when the worst part happened - he moved closer to me, so he was maybe a few inches away from my body, and proceeded to hit on me. I took a step back, and he took another step forward. He proceeded to make incredibly inappropriate comments about my appearance, while blatantly giving my body a once-over. I felt so uncomfortable, and tried to tell him I had a boyfriend to get him to back off. Luckily my friend came out of the bathroom at this point and he backed away and returned to behind the front desk. However, I had to speak to him again after this about our bags, and he repeatedly called me "babe" and "my love". I felt disgusting, uncomfortable, and unsafe - and realized this was essentially sexual harassment by a hotel employee. And two young women traveling alone want to fell 100% safe in their hotel. Once on the beach, my friend relayed how dirty the lobby bathroom was, and how she was nervous about the cleanliness of our room. After telling her my experience with the front desk employee, we decided to cancel our reservation and stay at a different hotel. When we returned to retrieve our bags and cancel our stay, the front desk man was gone and replaced by a young woman. I thought she may have a sympathetic ear, and when she asked why we were leaving I described my experience to her. She became defensive, and didn't believe me that the experience with the front desk man had happened. She wouldn't refund our stay, and told us to contact Hotels.com as we made the reservation through them. Hotels.com customer service told us they couldn't help, and advised us to go back to tHotel Corydon and speak to the front desk employee again and have them refund us. We were too uncomfortable to return to the hotel, so we called them and they again refused to help. Hotel Croydon is still refusing to help us get a refund, and has offered zero apology or any kind of compensation for the disgusting treatment received. I have never been more appalled by a hotel, or shocked at the lack of service! Please, ladies who read this - do not stay here!! read more

I was so happy with Hotel Croydon! The room we had was spacious and clean. I loved the whole vibe of the hotel- it was taken care of and comfortable. The pool and rooftop are awesome spaces! Also, the Tavern restaurant haas awesome food. It is in a quiet neighborhood and you may have to uber/ get a taxi places, but I preferred to stay away from the busyness of south beach. There are some good places in walking distance! The best part is the service. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly kind and mindful. After an extremely disappointing stay at a sister property, I moved to this hotel for my final night in Miami Beach. Good. Decision. From the time I walked in the front door, their staff seemed to go out of their way to impress me with their level of professionalism and courtesy. There's a small resort fee that covers free beach chairs, beach towels, amazing rooftop deck overlooking the ocean and.... FREE drinks during happy hour. WINNING! The rooms are clean and modern. Some really smart person decided to put insulated windows in the hotel rooms so you can't hear any street noise (go figure!) The hotel restaurant is very comfortable, relaxing and moderate prices -- especially as everything on the beach can be quite pricey. Kudos to Robert, Carlos and the staff for rescuing my vacation. I'm in love with Miami Beach and can't wait to come back! Pro tip: Unless you just want to tour South Florida, do NOT rent a car. Well what turned into my son and I first trip together to Miami turned into a disaster on Collins Avenue! Where to start, I booked a room for a 3 night stay at Hotel Croydon. I booked a vacation package through Priceline. I make the reservation and I receive an email a few moments later, maybe 5 or 6 minutes that I am confirmed to go to Miami Beach! Yaayy, so I thought, until my son caught that I put in 11/16/2021 instead of 11/17/2021. Oh brother, so within 10 minutes, I cancel the reservation through Priceline and booked the stay for 11/17/2021. Priceline refunded the amount saying I would not be charged from them, so I thought everything was good. Boy was I wrong! I get to the hotel and am told that I have a $500 balance. No way! I have a Priceline confirmation saying the money for the entire trip has already been taken off of my card. I even show them the Priceline trip number as well as the confirmation on my phone. My son and I had to wait in the lobby for about 30 minutes to get this straight. I am told by the front desk that they don't even do business with Priceline? Ok? I purchased it through Priceline? They then go to tell me that they deal with Booking and I probably did it there. Um no? I went through Priceline. This was so draining. I almost felt an anxiety attack coming on until I just said "here just take the so called balance off of this card, we will take care of everything else later" So we finally check in, this is also an early morning coffee person's WORST NIGHTMARE. Very stylish hotel, but to wake up every morning and be told I have to wait until 8am to get coffee? Say what?! I ended up walking up the street to the Hampton Inn and they actually gave me a free cup. Kudos to that man at the Hampton Inn. I honestly would have had a better stay there. Prior to me checking out, I had to make a phone call at 12:20am from the hotel phone because there was a couple nearby fighting. You can hear him asking the girl "why did you punch me? Why did you rip my shirt?" This went on for about 20 minutes so thanks for that nights sleep, Hotel Croydon! I ended up looking at both cards before I checked out and I have MULTIPLE CHARGES on my card. I ended up getting charged for a No Call No show fee? Excuse me? I have proof in my emails to show you I cancelled withing 5 minutes and I still get charged? I got charged $298.54, $100.32 and another charge for $100.32!! Add that up all together, and that's what I got penalized for, even when I was there the next day. I under protocol, BUT, if I made the reservation and cancelled and never showed, then fine. But I made the reservation, cancelled within 5 minutes after I realized the typo I put in, and you charge me close to $500. I have been given the run around as I emailed the hotel sending all of my documentation. Geeze this is ridiculous. Its hard to get in contact with them over the phone, which makes it even more frustrating to me. So I am still waiting to hear back as I was told it is best to just email them? I must admit that the people at the front desk and the manger was nice, but even if they offered me a 2night stay for free, I would never go back. The mini bar is a beautiful view.. a non-working beautiful view. The rooms are small and it was FREEZING in the room they put us in, and on all of the windows it said "DO NOT OPEN THE WINDOWS" Just horrible.. Our 1st room on floor 6 air wasn't working to well, so then they moved us to a sweet up on floor 7. Was so nice more room it felt like and air works great. Front desk in lobby all gentleman are very kind. Pool is nice. Have work out yoga room, up on roof they have many decks! Up on balcony can see the ocean and city. Lots of lounging areas. Restaurant down near lobby, with bar and flat screen tvs. Sometimes bar has happy hour like tonight Pineapple/vodka drink. Yum! And Valet parking. Beds are big and comfortable in room, bathroom has nice set up to, very clean hotel from everything that I see. Awesome place! I would definitely come back. 100% A+. read more

The only thing I would recommend on this hotel is the restaurant. The high prices to stay at this hotel room is not what you expect when it comes to amenities! No paper rolls, or Kleenex in your room. But ok you're near Miami South, my disappoinment is I made a reservation for my parents because they came just for visiting me, no one expect that a $100 deposit that you ussual do butsupposed to be refunded, never happened!! and you trying to contact to get it back but manager never gives you an answer or no one at the front desk! I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at Hotel Croydon. The price was reasonable for this chic, spacious boutique hotel close to Miami Beach. The bed was extremely comfortable, there was free happy hour every night for guests, and they even gave a courtesy call to make sure our room was sufficient. The only reason I'm not giving the hotel 5 stars is because their airport shuttle service was not available early enough for my flight which was disappointing. I enjoyed my stay at the Croydon Hotel. Rooms were clean and smelled wonderful. Everyone is very nice and informative. I enjoyed The Tavern, they have good food and very large portions for ok prices. There is free happy hour from 7pm-8pm for those who are staying in the hotel, which is very nice of them!! The only thing I disliked was that the mini bar items in the room was very expensive. I mean $2.50 for a can of Coke? You gotta be kidding me. I also saw a sign in the bathroom offering complimentary makeup remover and shoe cleaner, but it was nowhere to be found in my room which confuses me, I wasn't sure if I had to ask a staff member.. Hotel Croyon is a great place to stay. We arrived early getting off a cruise at 8:30 am. Lazaro Castillo, at the front desk took our bags got us set up for some breakfast. Breakfast was great! The service was great, and the food was top notch. I ordered eggs Benedict, and it came with three instead of the standard two. We kicked by a very nice pool area with sweet day beds until our room was ready. The rooms are immaculate and have an old time feel, but still had a flat screen with directv. They have a happy from 6pm-7pm where the give you FREE alcohol! Yes you read that correctly FREE alcohol. I think it was just rum and vodka but who cares. I'm kicking by the pool right now, and we're thinking about going to the beach where they have there own private sections with day beds. Lazaro and the staff, and Gabi in the bar have made us feel right at home. My only complaint is that the TV in the room isn't HI-DEF. but the tvs in the bar are. I'm sure that is on their list of thing to upgrade. If they need help they can get a hold of me as my company does AV. Great job all! We will definitely be back. read more

I was supposed to stay at the hotel last Friday. Our flight was canceled do to bad weather. We call the Hotel and booking agency to try to get a credit. ( maybe half price if not all) they will not give us anything. I know they have policy but it was due to bad weather we have no way to get to the hotel. read more

As far as stays go, my stay was not at all unpleasant. However, I would likely look for another hotel next time I am in Miami Beach. Pros: --Hotel is trendy bordering on hipster with unique decor and a decent property, so it is aesthetically pleasing and welcoming. --Guests get free happy hour from 7-8 PM in the restaurant bar --Roof top deck was spacious and almost always empty --Iced water jugs on most common area floors if you want a quick refreshment was a nice touch. --Very short 3-5 min walk to the beach and a heated pool --Hotel was clean and free of worrisome red flags that make you go "uhhhhh...." Cons: --No amenities, such as a coffee maker or even extra toilet paper in the bathrooms. Also no hand soap. Had to use the shower gel to wash my hands. Housekeeping never came, so we had to ask someone walking by in the hall to go into the housekeeping closet to give us towels, by chance. --The room's counter-top snacks and drinks are nice but expensive and are the only substitute for normal amenities, such as vending or coffee, etc. Go to 7-11 down the road or Walgreens and stock up on small things you want, or else you are out of luck! --You had to buy coffee or baked goods in the lobby if you wanted them, and your only food choice (no room service) was the pricey restaurant in the lobby. See that review separately (The Tavern). Therefore, you had to go offsite for other food, which in some cases was a short walk, but most of the nightlife and food requires a cab or Uber. --The walls are THIN. You can hear everything at all times, and they post signs all over to be quiet and mindful for that reason...but still, even slight noise was audible as if it were in the room with you. --I wanted to love the "tempur" style mattress, but it was so squishy and soft, with no bounce back after laying there, that my back hurt and the pillows are not very firm. First night was great, subsequent few were a little sore. --They covered all of the room numbers and signs to paint, yes, paint, the hallways in the middle of the day. Smelled like fumes if you needed a contact buzz, but also lost track of rooms one time out of distraction and had to retrace my steps. That could wait until non peak hours when guests aren't moseying around. --The room had no trash can aside from the bathroom, no fridge (unless you count the one stocked with the pay-per alcohol and snacks) or microwaves. Hard to politely toss trash or salvage leftovers you brought back, nonetheless eat them afterward unless you wanted them cold. --Resort fee is high, and parking is ASTRONOMICAL. --Elevators are. so. slow. Even the staff I saw coming and going agreed and made jokes about ageing while waiting. It took me nearly 6 minutes one day to get an elevator downstairs, and I could hear it whizzing past me while I waited. I can't do stairs, so it was annoying but not life changing. So the cons aren't so much negative in the sense that the hotel is not habitable, but these things piled onto each other were overall more frustrating and inconvenient than bad. As long as you know this going in, this hotel is a decent place to stay but you should know the details first so you have an optimized experience. I will likely try another place next time though; it was difficult to constantly manage Ubers and figure out what and where to eat and the logistics if we didn't want to eat on the property, and the small things like lack of microwave/fridge/basic amenities are things I value and can get elsewhere. Again, this is probably not the point of staying here, but if that is your expectation, now you know. read more

I don't even know where to start. My partner and I arrived early and got some breakfast at the attached restaurant, The Tavern. The food was alright for the price, but we then noticed an eyelash in my water glass. When we finally got into our room, it was gross. There was three piles of hair in the shower, hair on the walls, hair on the body towels hanging inside of the shower, and hairs on a hand towel near the sink. When we told the front desk, they only gave us new towels and didn't send anyone to clean the shower (I ended up wearing flip flops every time I showered). We also noticed an old shampoo cap on top of the towels. There were fies on the headboard, broken shades, and weird white droplets on the leather chair. At that point we ended up disinfecting the whole room. The fridge wasn't cold at all, and kept making loud noises all night. There's also a huge gap under the door, and you can hear everything in the hallway, including the elevator beeps and even people playing on their phones while waiting. Now onto the restaurant; on our second day we sat outside and ordered a burger and wings which took over an hour to come out. While waiting, we noticed that the tables were not washed/disinfected between guests, unused silverware rolls were transferred between tables instead of replaced, I saw a server sneeze on her payment device and arm and not wash anything off, and I saw most of them on their phones despite how busy it was. We were very grossed out, especially now with COVID-19 spreading quickly. The wings were supposed to have sauce on them, but was served on the side instead. I ate about two wings before giving up and taking them to go because they were so dry and impossible to dip into the tiny sauce cups (but they couldn't stay cold in my fridge anyways). We left a day early, and asked if we could get refunded for the night we wouldn't need anymore. We were told we had to email someone and then the front desk worker had to forward it to someone else. It was kind of last minute (but not too last minute to where we wouldn't be eligible for a refund) because of COVID-19 causing rapid changes in our home state, but we didn't end up hearing back in time. We had to go to the front desk and ask the morning we needed to leave. We were only then informed that they were honoring their policy of canceling by 12pm but it was still a hassle and a little stressful not knowing whether or not we would be charged for an extra stay. Some pros though, the pool was very warm and had a beautiful rooftop area to lounge in. The beach isn't too far and you get two free chairs. The bartenders were very nice and quick. Went to the bar at the tavern restaurant both nights great food great service and the room was comfortable. I return this weekend the room is like a closet... Went downstairs to the hotel pool bar the total was $24.60 I gave the lady $30 she returned with five dollars change I asked where the rest of the change was... Not that the money was the issue but just that the correct change need to be returned her words were "We round up to the nearest dollar we don't have time for that sh*t tonight if you don't like it talk to my manager. South beach prices without the south beach service. At check in, the staff was insanely rude answering phone calls while checking me in, during mid sentences I would get a finger as to hold while they answered the phone extremely unprofessional, i wasn't given any information about the hotel at all I was simply given my room key and rudely told check out time was at 11am. Upon getting into the room, my boyfriend wanted to iron a dress shirt he would wear later that night, no ironing board in sight he decided to iron on the bed and the iron just started heavily leaking water, damaging the shirt. On to the bed, the bed sheet was visibly dirty, and what is meant to be a fitted sheet along the mattress was just a bigger sheet draped and badly tucked under. The tavern restaurant downstairs has a service charge 15% even I you're dining out, they won't even bring your food to the pool but will package it up for you, again GREAT SERVICE (note the sarcasm) Last but not least, I've stayed at countless hotels where if you kindly ask for an extra hour to check out they give it to you with no problem, you know stuff happens you wakes up late, your alarm doesn't go off whatever, I was rudely told no without the person even saying let me check or anything, yep just a blatant no! Anyways if you want to stay somewhere nice and by the beach go a little more south as you'll get your money's worth. read more

Unfortunately , it was more the attitude of the front desk and in particular the General manager Roberto Hermosilla. I guess they real want to keep the guests there as long as possible. Since they only have one person getting overnight parking guests car. I felt almost an hour was unreasonable. But Roberto felt the $20.00 discount I requested was. I was told by other employees two different stories. But I was made to feel like a liar by Roberto. I really don't need the $20. But I guess the hotel does. Perfect little South Beach Boutique. Booked on Hotel Tonight so got a great rate. I honestly didnt know what to expect when I arrived but I was totally impressed. The decor / room quality was very nice. They have upgraded features in the room, nice brand of toiletries..ets. (Hey its the little things!). The pool size / environment is very comfortable. Perfect place to spend the day. The rooftop also very nice - great size and many options for seating. Yoga/ gym area was very relaxing and added an element of ' balance' to my trip. Food quality was great. I travel to Miami often for work, so I know what to expect in regards of South Beach food scene. I had very low expectations but was blown away at every meal. I stayed at Hotel Croydon so over a week so I multiple meals there - and they always have daily specials. The happy hour from 7-8 is CLUTCH- great way to start the evening :) Finally service .. I felt like family during my stay there. Everyone was so nice & friendly - especially the restaurant staff. I literally kept extending my stay because I love this place so much. read more

The food at the Tavern was top notch but kind of small servings in the to go orders versus when dining in. This is a challenging review to write. The hotel itself is very old and has been updated well and has tremendous character. The Tavern which is their Bar and Restaurant is well laid out and very attractive, and us very poorly run. Specifically, it is understaffed and poorly under managed. It's detracks from a potentially great experience at the hotel. We're able to rate the Tavern separately, it would at best get a two star. read more

Great hotel. Will definitely return again. All around good experience from the bar to the rooftop deck. The staff go the extra mile to insure you feel welcome and comfortable. Room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. I've been here for 24 hours staying for three more days. read more

Day 1: Card got declined for deposit even though there was plenty of cash on it. Explained to the front desk attendant that there is no customer service on Sunday's (especially Easter for my bank)... Asked if they could simply take a card over the phone for the down payment and of course they can't... what a shocker. They proceed to take all the cash I have as a down payment... So now here I am 1,000+ miles away from home with absolutely no money. When I asked the girl to try my card a second time she gave me attitude. Rooms are small and terribly cramped... no idea where these great reviews are coming from, maybe people with extremely low standards. Not to mention their credit card machine is something that looks like it crawled out of the 1980's if I could give this place 0 stars I would more than willingly and happily do so. Just to add one more thing, they lock the mini fridge/bar so you don't have accesss to any of it's contents without the hassle of calling someone to unlock it. I'd say the only positive about this place is the complimentary drinks from 7-8 (does not include wine and beer). Oh and just an update.. I called my card company they said there was absolutely no fradulaent holds on my card and nothing was even being processed and they guy t the front desk tries to start arguing with me saying they were just trying to be sneaky and fix it while I was on the phone... WRONG. They would've had to call the fraud department and put me on hold. After explaining this he still tried to blame ESL... REALLY DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. They don't care about the comfort of their guest nor do they listen and are very combative when you try to explain your issues. Day 2: On the second day of my trip family was coming to visit me I called the front desk for waterfront restaurant recommendations the first person had no clue and handed me to another idiot who told me "fountainbleau has restaurants but I don't know if they're on the water" the staff here is unbelievably ignorant it's ridiculous. Day 3: Just another update to explain how disgusting this place is... went to go use 2 unused "clean" hand towels and they had black (what looked to be mascara) and unidentifiable brown stains all over them. I brought my own make up removal pads so I know those nasty stains were not from me. There are also tan/brown stains all along the sink, once again, just pure filth seething from this hotel. This place is honestly the worst I've ever stayed at, quite frankly I've stayed in $50 motels that have provided better service and were more cleanly than the piece of crap. Last Night: keep finding more dirty stains and discolorations on supposedly clean towels that I go to use... Hotel Croydon, do you not know what a washing machine is?... Went to bar which was somewhat enjoyable. It took forever to even get someone's attention, not the greatest service but not the worst. Food was decent. Morning of leaving: Was making up my bed and just tidying up my room so there wouldn't be so much work for the cleaning staff... yet again found a clearing yellow stain all along the side of the undersheet... thank god I didn't sleep on that side. I booked A room at Hotel Croydon in Miami Beach. The area seems like it was good but the hotel Description didn't match my stay. They gave me a double bed when I wanted a king bed. They gave me an ocean view that was barely a view. The hotel wasn't what it said it would be online. Valet is over $40 but we are always waiting a long time for the car and I always call ahead. The said the valet parking is over 5 blocks away. It's bad for busy to charge so much money for poor work. I will never stay at Hotel Croydon nor recommend to anyone...... read more

Very clean hotel. Hot nice showers. Beautiful rooftop with a crazy view of the nearby ocean. Hotel restaurant is not 24 hours like it states. Very quiet area. Nice decor. Not a lot of tv channels but you don't come to Miami to watch tv anyway so that's ok. read more

All workers in hotel are professionals and friendly. Hotel was clean, comfortable, good location with 24/7 restaurant with tasty and good looking dishes. Waiter (Mina) from Serbia really love her job and can do your dinner special. read more

Went away for the day with a friend and when we got to the hotel of course priceline screwed us over wasn't what we booked Chris at the front desk helped us out we canceled the priceline reservation and rebooked on croydon website for a better price! I would totally stay again at this hotel next time I return to Miami! Great staff accommodate and location read more

Our waitress Emily P. was very knowledgeable and thoughtful. Our meal was delicious and we truly enjoyed our stay. Emily gave us great tips on what to do and see. Highly recommend the gluten free meals. The best we've had in Miami. Walking distance to everything and a quick bike ride for extra fun.
