    I found WDC through a google search after discovering that Bestbuy had delayed my appliance…read moredelivery for an additional 3 months, to no fault of their own, however I needed appliances. WDC was able to help me and though I had delays with them as well, the wait was shorter. After delivery, I discovered that my oven was not heating properly and I was assigned a customer support person at corporate, ALEX. She is AMAZING!!! She is responsive, helpful, thorough, and just such a delight to work with. She'd call when she said she would, follow up with service centers and really advocate for me and made me feel heard. Now that my oven is working, I'm going to miss her weekly follow ups with me. If you have an issue with an appliance, definitely recommend Alex.

    WDC in Lomita is a perfect example of a company that's great at selling you something--and…read morecompletely disappears when there's a problem. Once they have your money, don't expect them to stand behind the product. Their customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. You'll get plenty of apologies, but that's where it ends. No solutions, no accountability--just a lot of "there's nothing we can do." Even when issues are clearly legitimate, they refuse to take responsibility. You may even hear from the owner with an apology, but nothing ever actually gets resolved. It's all talk and zero follow-through. At that point, it just feels like they're trying to quiet complaints rather than fix anything. There's a reason this place has so many bad reviews. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way. I would never buy another product from WDC again. No price is worth the stress and frustration of dealing with a company that won't stand behind what they sell.

Silvia, Illiana and Michelle at the office are all very helpful (yes, i know everyone by name at this point because we call them for everything) I initially thought they were mainly an appliance repair company but they also sell appliances and are very competitive. We feel fortunate to have found this company (oddly initially sent out by our home warranty company which is 50/50 on techs. When you use a company outside home warranty, that really says something. They are that good!

    They were contracted by bestbuy to fix my refrigerator. Its been 3 weeks and they still can't fix…read moreit. They ordered a bunch of parts and swapped out the inverter board when tye original diagnostic was the compressor. They just refilled it with refrigerant and then said to wait 16 hours...we'll its been days and going on weeks. The tech came 12/06 took pictures and said it wasn't the compressor that there is a leak in the system. Today I find out they ordered the compressor and a control board and who knows what other parts.. as of now i find myself being a middle person between Haus appliances and geek squad...and there seems to be little effort to find a solution to my repair...I definitely would not recommend this company...the tech clearly undermined my father's intelligence telling him twice on different occasions that the refrigerator worked when it clearly didn't.
