    Huckleberry Lemonade

Huck is a solid place for dining in Wenatchee, especially if you're at Pybus Market where Huck is located. Its sister restaurant, The Wild Huckleberry is a beloved breakfast spot in Wenatchee that the locals love, so was happy to learn in my most recent visit to Wenatchee that there's now Huck. We came here for dinner on a Saturday night and surprisingly, the restaurant wasn't busy. We were easily able to be seated as soon as we showed up; however, I did visit Pybus Market the following Sunday morning and saw that every table was taken for breakfast. Perhaps it's more popular then, but the dinner was pretty darn delicious. I ordered the beef stroganoff while my partner had the ribeye. We were given complimentary bread with whipped butter and our entrees came with a choice of soup or salad. We both had the house salad and our entrees came out soon after. Portions were huge, so ended up leaving with leftovers, which served as another meal. The stroganoff was very rich, but delicious with the caramelized onions and tender beef with perfectly cooked pasta. My partner's ribeye came with veggies and mashed potatoes with a demi glaze and bleu cheese crumbles on top. His entrée was also rich, but he enjoyed it. Food was solid. Because Huck is located in the market, there's seating inside, but also outside in the main market hall where you can see all those passing by. Staff was super friendly and attentive. We had a good time here and would recommend Huck for anyone looking for a nice place to eat in Wenatchee.

Club sandwich (untoasted per my request) instead of fries, I opted for salad, which was $1.75 extra.

Here in Wenatchee for work. A few co workers and I went to Pybus and ate lunch at Huck. The menu is traditional American, sandwiches and burgers. They were busy, but service and food delivery was spot on. I'd return if ever back in town.

What the Huck? This place doesn't suck! In fact, it's pretty great! Perhaps it benefits from the charming ambiance of the Pybus Public Market, on a Friday night, with live music directly across from our table, but our time spent at Huck was a pretty memorable occasion. Having just arrived from Portland a few hours prior, we were pretty famished from the long drive, and after looking over the menus of all the restaurants within the market, we settled on Huck, as there appeared to be no wait, as well as the aforementioned reasons. My wife and I went back and forth on what we wanted to order; we kept selecting the same items, and decided to split the difference and share whatever we settled on, which ended up being the Angry Chicken Fettucine and the Burger Dip, respectively. Some soft, warm bread would soon arrive, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all, including our newborn son. Both entrées were fantastic, with the fettucine being the preferred of the two: it had enough kick to be noticeable, but not overpowering, and a potent flavor that both of us enjoyed. As mentioned previously, the environment here is wonderful. The whole market has a bustling air about it that infuses itself into the whole dining experience. Service was a little slow to start (it took a while for our server to notice us), but once things got rolling, all the pieces fell into place spectacularly. With all these things going for it, Huck is the kind of place that would make Doc Holliday

Cute little restaurant in the Pybus Public Market. It was a Saturday- so it was pretty busy. After a short wait we were sat. I have to preface that a true mark of a great breakfast place is when they put any thought whatsoever into the coffee they serve. Huck serves Tony's coffee- roasted in Bellingham - fantastic coffee- A+ for that!! The very sad part is that they serve their cream in the little cups from the 80s- full of preservatives and chemicals your body should not consume!!! Please provide some fresh half and half for your customers! Food was good- not great- but decent for a breakfast. Food came out super fast. Bacon was definitely pre-cooked. Service was decent after the initial eye roll of asking for fresh cream. She brought me out heavy cream, which is all they had.

We had the Huck burger. Where was the meat? We couldn't believe the patty was so very thin! It was like eating an airy burger. We were so very disappointed. Things have changed there for sure. We won't be going back or recommending the Huck. So sad.

First time here, its inside the market. Service was very good and fast. I give it 4 stars only because the hash browns were really soggy/mushy and just the top is crispy. But french toast and chicken steak was pretty good.

We were passing through town and wandered into Pybus and decided to eat at Huck. Man was it good!! Our family of 5 had 5 different sandwiches and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. Would definitely recommend!!

It was our last day in Wenatchee and decided to find a place to eat. My daughter suggested Pybus so we headed there to see what was open. There were 2 places back the back open for breakfast. Who doesn't love this cool place? As I looked up I saw the sign saying Huck so I knew that Huckleberry's had opened this location. We used to live in Wenatchee many years ago and frequented the original Huckleberry's and loved it. We all didn't want to have left overs since we had hours of driving back home. We had a large party of 6 so the server was able to get some tables together quick. Looking at their menu they offered an area with smaller portions, just what we needed rather than splitting meals. We all decided on the same thing, a 2 egg omelet with a french toast. We got our food within 15 minutes. Our server was awesome. My coffee was probably one of the better ones I've had on our trip. The omelet and French toast was cooked perfect. We left satisfied, not stuffed and no left overs.

Comfort Food in your favorite Public Market Welcome Huck @ Pybus but you already know them. The Wild Huckleberry's latest venture will warm your gears and stomach with their scratch foods, smiles (behind the masks), full bar, and front row seats to Friday Night Live Music @ Pybus. The place was packed to fill up and listen to Jennifer Hinson, a recent transplant from the music capital of Austin Texas. Wile waiting for a table to open we had a glass of wine across the concourse at Jones of Washington. An easy no brainer. Seated off the concourse and in the main dinning area that was very comfortable. I'm told they're working to utilize a covered outdoor area in the warmer months. Service was sweet complete with recommendations. We stated with glasses of the Pinot which worked well with selections: *Deep Fried Deviled Eggs $9.99 * Huck Burger &14.99 with brie, bacon, pickled red onion & arugula. I requested the habanero huckleberry jam on the side as it can overwhelm your tastebuds but a must to get the full delicious effect is the Huck. You can dip your fries in it too. Oh, awesome fries. Crunchy/crispy on the outside and gooey inside. For 15 bucks this is a solid choice. * Meat Loaf $15.99 was good. Not totally sold but I will revisit as I rotate through the menu. The gravy was a nice touch to the rich meat and tomato flavor. There's a Happy Hour! That great time of day survived Covid and is alive and well at Huck daily from 4-6 with drink and food deals. Good timing for a Friday night date. Come in for some discounted warm up before live music directly across the concourse at 6 as you slip into dinner. Full bar, beer & wine are sure to keep you going into the night as you already know you're going to love what the Huck @ Pybus brings to your table for lunch and dinner...there's brunch too. Eggs Benedict and mimosas anyone? See you at Pybus and we'll connect at Huck.

Got to Huck on a Sunday morning at 7:55am right before opening and was happy we had because this place starting at opening (8am) gets busy and very quick. Ordered no beverage and had the small order eggs Benedict with bacon instead of ham. The fact that they give you an option is great! The hash browns were my favorite, but the Hollandaise not so much. There was an off taste that I could quite pinpoint that I just wasn't a fan of. My friend got the two egg breakfast adding avocado. It looked fresh and tasty. We also shared an order of French Toast and that was delicious. Service was great and prices were good.

Egg white meat lovers omelette Sooo goood. Hash browns On point! One scrambled egg breakfast Just perfect.

Great atmosphere! Friendly service and the food was delicious! We came here for brunch and I'm so glad we did. My husband thought the egg white meat lovers omelette was fantastic. Plus the hash browns were on point. I had the one scrambled egg breakfast with bacon, country potatoes, fruit and toast. All very good! Can't wait to come back to try out their dinner menu.

I love blue cheese dressing, especially when I can choose the amount. Dilly's is a little diluted and lacks garlic, but the crumbled blue cheese made it all work. Also, salt and pepper was needed--if it was there, I didn't see any. But hey, this is the most complete salad bar I've seen in Wenatchee. It's Burger King on steroids! You won't find tomatoes on the menu board, but almost every other combination of garnish (and companion meats) are options. I went with their stated classic, the "OG Mission" ('original gangster') burger. It is delicious, albeit noticeably greasy, due to the extra-high fat content of the ground beef. But that's where the rich flavor comes from. What Mission Burgers is doing right is highly seasoning the meat with salt and pepper, then punching up the flavor with pickles, red onion, and their special sauce. Add to that the richness of the cheese and the crusty, grilled bun--this is the winning combination at the base of all their other burger options. The other thing I really appreciate is, their straightforward pricing without trying to upsell their ingredients. The add-ons are inexpensive--slice of cheddar is $.50 compared to EZ's $1.47 for the same. Two suggestions: - drain the grease off the patties before assembly, - don't fold the wrapper in half... wrap the burger in a full sheet, stronger paper if necessary, keep it from leaking all over clothing. (I'll be back to check! :-) Otherwise, this is a 5-Star burger! (see the menu board pic attached for all the other options, including chicken)

The Bacon-Mushroom Döner was a sandwich with enough sauce to leak all over. The flavor was complex and fresh, and all the food groups were represented. But there wasn't a distinguishing flavor-forward identity. It was a vegetable sandwich with bacon. I'm not complaining, it was good. But the wrapping did not keep ingredients and sauce from falling out on my clothing. Still, I give it the benefit of the doubt. The FFF (Feta French Fries) were the biggest challenge for me because: [Hot Fries+Cold Garnish=Cold Fries]. Maybe this combination is popular in Germany or Turkey, I wouldn't think it's popular in the US. I could have finished it, but chose not to. I'm looking forward next time to the more traditional menu items, like the Turkish Rice dishes.
