    Gotta ask for it

I went on a Saturday morning and by 9am it looks like there was a small wait. There's no waiting area so some were standing outside. I can't imagine it was more then a 5-10 min wait. The parking lot is also not very big. We were told to sit at any open table upon arrival. Service was quick. Food took less then 10 min to arrive after ordering and both looked and tasted good. Prices were about $13/plate. A bit high for me but the portions were large enough to feel full. They do have a $6 meal menu and a rewards program. I attached the $6 menu since it wasn't given to us until I noticed it and asked to see a copy. I'd probably be back but not regularly as I didn't think the value is there for the price. I would have expected even in the inflation Era to pay about 10-11 for what I got. Also I can't confirm this (left receipt there) but there may have been a service charge for about $0.84 added to a $30 subtotal.

Not a fan, I recall when Huddle House was in Callahan and with each visit then it was just Ok. It has been more than 10 years since my visit and thought we give this one a shot. The menu items look appealing, far from what comes out to the table. I ordered the Smokehouse, what a major disappointment, the loaded hash browns were under cooked soggy and blah, biscuits and gray ...what train wreck. The gravy tastes like it came out of a can, biscuits were less than appealing and also at a weird taste. Prime Rib Omelette, good googly moogly!!! When are you supposed to cook prime rib to well done?!?! Please at least watch the Food Network if you're not going to offer food prep & training. Service was spot on. Thanks for the experience, but I will leave it here and move forward.

Arianna was my server and she was great, love being greeted by happy people! I don't eat a lot but they wouldn't allow an adult to order a child's meal (always ask just in case) so half is taken to go. I ordered the standard grits, eggs and sausage with toast and it was good. Everything was cooked to my expectations. Arianna kept my coffee filled, that's always been my cue for an awesome server!I would defy return as the place was clean and friendly.

I ordered ahead and showed up when it told me to. I could see my food on the counter but the only person to address me insisted I sign the waitlist for a table and stand outside. After telling her I am just here to pick up, she told me it will be a minute. Ten minutes later I finally get someone's attention and had to interrupt them to tell them my food is sitting right there and is already paid. I live less than ten minutes away from home, by the time I get there, all of it is barely luke warm. I wasn't expecting it to be fresh and hot, but almost cold is unacceptable. I highly recommend not going here. I imagine the food is decent when prepared properly, but it isn't worth the horrible service.

Another 5 star review all because of hot and tasty food served by our most favorite waitress Sam. She is just simply awesome sauceyness! The food is served fast and hot to your specific order, the drinks are always refilled promptly with Sam's neverending smile and with a "To Go" cup at the end of the meal. Hospitality at its finest. This HH is right in the middle of road construction central so if you decide you cant take the traffic and need to have a quick bite, swing over and say hello to Sam and the ladies and leave a good tip to the hard working ladies that make hot, tasty daily food and evening sober up food.

Best comfort food! Open 24/7 great food, great staff, membership gets you coupons by email (which you need to print and bring with you). Check out their T-shirts. The one I purchased reads "You're Bacon Me Crazy" (See pic). Not my first huddle. I have had the Huddleburger, the Philly cheese steak omelette, and the Patty Melt. Not many quality places where you can get breakfast anytime. Just knowing this warms my stomach. Kids menu, desserts, specialty beverages, southern biscuit platters, breakfast, lunch and dinner platters, yeah buddy! This evening we were lucky to have as our server Mary who was excellent in making all of our food to order. In addition she was friendly and we had a great conversation with her. She said she usually works on the graveyard shift so you will be fortunate if you Huddle on that shift.

Service was great! I got a to go order and waited at the counter. Bree (pretty sure that's her name) waited on me, and was very attentive. She took my money so I could leave as soon as the food was ready. In true Huddle House fashion, it was cooked up quickly and with pizazz. The cook was flipping things and having a bit of fun! Four stars because the cheeseburger had no flavor. They use frozen patties, and while it's my issue ordering a burger at a breakfast place, it's on the menu, so some spices would have been nice (salt, pepper, etc...) My son enjoyed the MVP, and the traditional waffle that my little one wanted was just right.

Simple order but took over hour to get!

Enjoyed omelets for breakfast. Our waitress, Betty, was great. Coffees never got empty. Food came to the table hot and fast.

Long story short: Nice little breakfast spot with good service…read more We came right before 8am and were sat immediately. Our server was kind, but not overly friendly (I don't want a performance, you know?). And our food came out maybe 10 minutes after we ordered. We were early enough to order the Sunrise Special and the egg portions seemed surprisingly large! The grits were lovely. The bacon was not the best, it's thin cut (reminiscent of microwave bacon) and I prefer it to be thick. I ordered the eggs Benedict and really enjoyed it. The hollandaise could have had a touch more seasoning, but the texture was great. I actually preferred the Canadian bacon that came on it than the regular bacon that came with the Sunrise Special. It was perfectly salty and crisp. Oh! And it came with crab meat on it which was a special twist I didn't expect but really appreciated. The potatoes are cut into large chunks, but they are well seasoned and cooked nicely. I can't stand when a potato is undercooked, but this place didn't have that problem. And the cherry on top was the water. Florida locals may not be bothered by the ocean-y taste that comes with their drinking water, but for our family it is something that's hard to get past. We were pleasantly surprised to find that this water tasted as if it was filtered and the ice is that soft kind that's pleasant to chew. This might seem like a silly thing to add, but it really stood out to me and I'm grateful for it.
