Ambiance is great! Very clean and decorated in a very French atmosphere. Great service, fast, friendly and very professional. Now the food, was on point! Very tasty and the presentation is excellent. I wish they took reservations but at least you can call ahead and get your name on the waitlist I do feel like they need better help determining wait time they quoted 30 min and it ended up being 15 The food was really good the gentlemen was so good with the ricotta and sweet onions and the ceasar has these crispy Brussels sprouts we enjoyed. Fries were perfect and crispy and love the 3 dipping sauces and herbs on top of them. The server said they only have 1 mocktail and I think it would be beneficial for there to be more NA options. My friend did like her aperol spritz! The service was too attentive. I know they mean well and I definitely prefer too attentive to not attentive at all--but I think there's something to be said for reading nonverbal queues and approaching your tables when appropriate not when they are deep in conversation or their mouths full of food. Also would prefer not to have 10 different people asking how everything is and bringing dishes one by one. I really debated on whether to leave a review after our experience but felt it was the right thing to do. As someone who has had great experiences and broken bread at this restaurant for celebrations, including tonight, I won't be back. We had one of the rudest encounters with both of the hostesses. A hostess should be someone who greets and makes you feel welcome at a restaurant. From the second we asked to be put on the list we could tell something was off. From the attitude in the way she responded and the way she acted inconvenienced. My wife mentioned it but we decided to brush it off and went outside to wait. After about 10 minutes we decided that it may be a good idea to have a drink inside while we wait. Immediately the host again was rude and started telling us it was against policy to seat us at the bar or get us a drink. Eventually she mentioned she could get us a drink if we really wanted it.... Shocked by the approach I asked her "are you good". Her peer immediately jumped in and said "coming from an older guy that's really creepy and you can leave". What??? I asked for the manager which was at first denied until I repeated it. The manager came over but to be honest was not exactly calming nor sympathetic. We ate, and we left. The only thing I like about this place is that the food is good. I've been here several times hoping it would be better this time, but nope. The first couple times I went, was out of choice but then it was because other people wanted to try it. The service is the MOST AWFUL service I've experienced at any restaurant ever. It's almost like they train their people to suck. The servers don't seem to like their jobs or want to be there. Everything takes FOREVER! It seems everyone who works there has this attitude like you're bothering them. It's extremely bizarre. I can't quite put my finger on it. So, for Mother's Day, instead of going, we decided to order food and come home instead. BUT it took AN HOUR to get it! AN HOUR! Being able to see the next door Raising Canes, and order Truffle Fries with "Not Cane Sauce" was very funny, and tasted incredible. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. Arrived with a party of seven. Informed they only had two booths that would accommodate a party of our size. It would be an hour wait. Saw two 4-tops next to one another, empty. Could we have both of those? Yes, "but we can't put the tables together." Go to the tables expecting them to be firmly secured to the floor so you couldn't move them. No, free standing and movable. Flagged a woman working the floor and asked if we could put them together. "NO, our policy is we don't put tables together - we have a small kitchen and can't have too many large orders hitting them." So, put us together and take two orders. "NO!" I comment their policy is stupid. She leaves, then sends out owner or head waiter, not sure. He proceeds to tell me I have no right to argue with his staff, criticize his inane policy, and tells me I'm free to leave his restaurant. So I did, and I'll never go back and tell all of my friends not to as well. read more

The employee uniforms are a tacky, and far from 'humble' (or modest). The women were wearing mini skirts so short they would nearly moon you when they had to bend over to reach when cleaning the tables off. Totally killed the vibe. It gave the vibe of The Tilted Kilt. Not cute. The caprese appetizer was absolutely delicious, however, it needed more bread. The hamburger, is the best burger we have ever tasted!! Their sauce is delicious, and the beef was cooked to perfection! The quality of the food is unbeatable. The prices are great! The service wasn't awful, but it wasn't the best. read more

No one greeted us for the first 10 minutes then it took forever for the rest of the service. Other people came in and got their food before us (we were just a party of 5). This is a really nice place. They have a small but cozy inside and a cute outdoor patio. The menu is small but I enjoy a variety but not a book of options and this is fitting for me. Their charcuterie board is one of the nicest in town. The humus is different but love it. We love the Cajun chicken sandwich. It has lots of flavor and is different than your average chicken sandwich you find on every menu. They do not have a kids menu, which is not horrible but expensive for kids to do a regular size meal. We tend to get pizza for them to share but they love the spaghetti dish with meatballs. The staff has always been friendly and attentive, no complaints. The only complaint I have is the music. It is LOUD, like crazy loud all the time and you can't escape it by sitting outdoors, it's loud there too. So, it's a fun place but hard to have a conversation and it often stops us from going. It's just not relaxing or fun to have to yell to acquaintances. Music is great but then there is this. Anyway, we have been here many, many times and encourage you to give it a try. read more

Lovely place. Easy to find and has great amounts of parking. The interior of this place was quite modern and was kept clean. The exterior patio was just as nice. It was great to be able to enjoy food outside with the weather being lovely. The food was delicious as I had their "humble wings" which were cooked as a dry rub and a sauce of your choice (mine being buffalo) on the side. Wings had a good cook and good texture. Their cesar salad was yummy and interesting as they used grilled brussels sprouts to add texture, rather than a traditional crouton. The dressing was good. I think it's just the opening crew that plays it louder during setup and forgets to turn it down. It's hard to get the music turned down... seems to depend on the manager on duty that day. What a cool place! The environment is a bit upscale with a great feel of being in Italy is how I would describe it. It also plays music throughout the restaurant to add to the great environment As for the service, top notch and paid attention to details of our orders. They were on it with refills and you felt like they cared. The food was awesome! We got the Humble fries to start which we're cooked perfectly with a nice blend of garlic, parmesan and lemon zest. They come with three sauces to dip in which all were great We also got the smorgasbord which was alot of food and comes with fresh made forno bread. The meats were really high grade and the chili oil added whipped ricotta paired with the pepperoni and the forno bread is heavenly! Order the Pasta Rosa and Meatballs are also great. The pasta was cooked just right with a delicious Rosa sauce and adding the soft meatballs with the marinara was a solid dish all around. All in all this place is great and it's a great place to enjoy solid Italian food and even have a mix of American food to fit for everyone. I would recommend this place for sure! read more

Everything we had here was top notch. Starting with the Unshackled Prisoner wine, to the awesome charcuterie board, the smaller one which was a perfect size for 5 of us. I got the Wedge salad with chicken and asked for some of the crispy Brussels sprouts leaves from the charcuterie but they way overloaded it and charged a couple bucks for it but still got eaten after dumping some off to the side. Tried some friend's pastas and they were all to die for as well as the gentleman pizza. And bonus, the staff are all absolutely gorgeous to look at haha.
