At the airport early for a flight to LA, so we thought we'd stop for breakfast. They were packed but we got a seat right away. Coffee was very tasty. Breakfast potatoes were greasy and tasteless. Egg, cheese and bacon sandwich was fair, I must say I was hungry. Melinda was super attentive and accommodating, she was also very friendly. read more

If you can skip this place skip it....they have posting for pizza selection and finding out they only have pepperoni and cheese...then when you get the pizza....u can count how many pepperoni is on your pizza...walk away...the price is too much for just a bread a cheese....that's what you call not the moneys worth...with price of the pizza just grab the burger next door... read more

With a long layover there was a big decision to be made. Do we eat some food from the convenience store? Walk to the other part of the airport for food? Or settle for Humble Pie that's close to our gate? Well we decided on what's closest. I was under no assumption that this would be a great meal. I could tell how busy they are from the long line. I could tell how stressed they were because I heard a lot of guests asking questions and questions and heard others make complaint after complaint. Took us 20 minutes to get seated. Ten more minutes to get our order taken. I got my burger first but it came to me cold. My family member didn't get their pizza for another twenty minutes. Couldn't really find our server so whenever we needed anything we had to asked other servers. Price super high because we're at an airport. Only highlight was that we got to have seating and our stomachs filled. I wasn't looking for 5 stars but didn't get that 3 stars I was looking for. 2/5 read more

I came while waiting for a flight and had an early dinner. Sat at the bar because the place was madly crowded. The Phoenix airport isn't laid out very well so everything is scattered in weird ways causing some spots to be slayed. This was that spot. The bartenders were all quite professional and did a good job. They kept the Corona's flowing and were fairly personable. I had the Humble Pie Signature Sausage pizza. It was more than I wanted which was good, but only an average pie. Seemed to be made on the premises. It comes with roasted fennel and house-made mozzarella. The sauce was likely the highlight in the whole thing. read more

When your car to the airport was late and you just want something to nosh on quick before your flight home across several time zones during which you will miss breakfast and lunch...you get whatever is simple and on offer at the restaurant or shop across from your gate. Enter Humble Pie. Especially because all the shops we passed on the way to the gate were also all out of bottled cola products and to-go coffee drinks. So again...Humble Pie looked inviting enough. They have sit-down/dine-in space, but we didn't have the time. So we went to the take-away window and ordered our breakfast sandwiches. The to-go menu was not large, but the croissant with egg, cheese and bacon or sausage was precisely the kind of thing we were looking for. As for all airport offerings, it is more expensive than I would prefer, but beggars who are running late can't be choosers. In a pleasant surprise, though, the sandwich ALSO came with home fries/potato bites. That helped mitigate the cost for sure, and certainly made it more filling and like a true meal. The sandwich was cooked through, though a little bland. I had to salt it, but I am sure I would have had more condiment options with the eat-in option. It hit the have-to-eat-quick spot and certainly could have been much worse. Probably not a preferred spot at Sky Harbor, but I ended up fed, full, and ready to fly. So...s'ok. read more

Waay too slow. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich which should've taken about two minutes to make, but 15 minutes later here I am, still waiting for it. It's 11:30 in the morning and you think that they can make it faster than 20 minutes. I recommend going next-door to the gourmet Noka, which you can get some a whole lot quicker. UPDATED EDIT: They apologized for the long wait and issued me a refund. Which they didn't have to do so high marks for customer service. read more

Not the food. Not the service. There is an older lady here running the kitchen and manning the register. Is this how "Humble Pie" treats its workers! At a busy airport no less! Do better! This is the worse thing I have seen and the line is so long! Also, no sausage, no breakfast nothing but simple pepperoni pizza. I'm not angry at the poor lady who's employed here but the owner/manager should be ashamed. Once I find the name I'm going to add this to my post because it's absolutely disgusting! read more

When you are starving and what something to fuel up, then this is your spot. The wait for each pizza is about twenty minutes because they are cooked fresh. It's about a four dollar difference for the pepperoni rather than cheese. I'm giving this review three stars because of the price and taste of the pizza. It's about $17+ for this pizza and not worth it in my eyes. The pizza was tasty but not worthing coming back for in the future. It definitely needed more cheese. Don't waste your money here. read more

Walked up to the bar and sat down right by my gate to order breakfast. I sat and waited for the bartender and another gal chatting and having a conversation until the point I was about to get up and leave the restaurant. I pushed my menu forward to get up which got the gals attention. She then said what can I get you and I order carnitas hash. She said oops you just missed breakfast and the kitchen won't cook it for you. I said it's 10:03 and I've sitting here listening to chat it up with the other gal for st least 5 minutes and you won't get the kitchen to make me what I am ordering? Her response was sorry, nope they won't do it. Absolutely unbelievable that a restaurant can operate this way. I travel weekly for work and will never set foot in this place again. Totino's frozen is better than this crap. I paid $15 for a pizza that looks like charcoal on the bottom. I watched the guys behind the counter goofing around, not paying attention and they burned the next customers pizzas worse than mine. They had to start them over. The airport sucks and so does its restaurants. read more

When we approached the hostess station we waited quite a while before anyone noticed us. Once seated we were greeted relatively quickly and placed our order. They didn't have all the ingredients needed for our drinks and food. The place was about 75% full and the staff were moving quickly. It had the ambiance of a typical airport restaurant. We did ask for water which never came and had to hunt down our waiter for the bill. The food was quite overpriced for the quality but I guess when you have a couple of hours to kill before a flight and no other options they can get away with it. read more

Our pizza was burned which is a bummer, because the pizzas that were going to other tables cooked correctly looked great, something you don't see at an airport a lot. The fries were good though, so that is a plus. The service was very slow, but very friendly. If the place isn't overcrowded it is worth stopping in and trying. read more

It's tough to eat well in airports, especially during a pandemic. Still, I stopped in HP for pizza to reward myself after a long day. The server told me they didn't have pizza because they didn't have any ingredients to make the crust and apparently no one who works for Humble Pie owns a car or possesses a cell phone. A pizza place without pizza. The metaphor options are endless. We'll keep it clean and say that's like a merry-go-round with no plastic ponies. Disappointed, I ordered a quesadilla that was awful even by Taco Bell's lowly standards. Seriously, two stars is quite generous. read more

Lunch at the Phoenix airport. Not many choices here but glad we happened upon Humble pie. I had the burger, it was great, hubby had meatballs, very tasty! The Kid had the pepperoni pizza and devoured it which isn't normal so must have been pretty awesome. Oh, and they have a full bar!!! Matt gave us excellent service with a smile .... Worst place ever. The rudeness and total lack of management should get this place closed down! Rude, tactless employees who need training and one particular gentlemen who flat out told me I had to "get out" after being escorted in by another employee. Don't go here. The good news is the pizza is pretty good. A bit overpriced, but it's 2024 and in an airport. They seem to be having some staffing issues (it's 2024) which made the service slow. They also burned two of the pizzas the first time which slowed things down. read more

I got a cranberry vodka and order of fries didn't stay long got my food to go everyone was really packed in there no distancing just a bunch of glass panels up. Fries were unsalted but crispy like I like them. Try and just get take out not COVID proof read more

First of all, you cannot get a server to take your order. You have to order through their QR code. What happened to service at a restaurant? Even when I ordered my chicken wings with no buffalo sauce, they came with buffalo sauce. I had them returned, and they brought them back out with, small little carrot pieces rather than carrot sticks. They served three people who came in right after us first with water. The wings were mediocre at best. Not a big fan of this place. Sorry. Did I mention how overpriced their drinks are?? No discount for the wings I had to wait extra long for while my wife ate by herself. No bueno. Why the added tip?? You brought our order. That's it. And it wasn't even what was ordered. Stay away! I don't even know why I keep trying to eat/drink here. I just observed service staff serve a couple standing at the outer bar, normally set aside for seated diners. They got a couple of beers, and since my flight is delayed, I think, wow, great idea, maybe I will order a bloody and a beer back. I summoned the hostess to ask for service staff, and she said I had to walk to the bar to order. Wait... didn't I just see a couple get served? No thanks. You do not deserve my patronage. I'll wait until my destination to get my buzz going. In this disappearing food service economy, one would think management and staff would be hustling for business. read more

As far as airport cuisine goes, this was a pretty solid option. Not only do they have a variety of personal pizzas, but they also have a few select sandwiches (chicken, BLT). The price point is slightly inflated but that's what you get for the airport. Decent amount of tables. Pretty clean. Server was friendly and seemed to be conscientious of time if you let him know you needed to be quick. Pros: tasty flavor. Sauce has a good balance to it. Not too thick and overpowering. Good size pizza. Cons: for the pepperoni, the cheese and pepperoni were all towards the middle which made it all fall off when I tried to eat a slice. The flavor was good but I pretty much had to eat my toppings separately. Also didn't receive any refills till we were about to leave, with our glasses empty for most of the meal. Overall, there are much worse options at airports. Standard fair that will keep you full. Id come back if I had time to kill between flights. read more

Good early in the day sandwich but the coffee... well, not so sure I'd want the coffee here again. Server was very friendly and personable, although some of the wait staff was WAY over the top trying too hard to be friendly/funny with the customers. At the Phoenix Airport. No one seated me, but the bartender hollered at me to come sit "here." I sat where I thought he had pointed. I ordered the Marguerita pizza. Ugh. No prices on the drink menu!!! Buyer beware! Just stopped at Humble Pie I in the terminal 4 on the way out of town. I always enjoy a glass of Pinot noir, and was shocked to see that my tab reflected a 27$ glass of wine, for a pretty regular Pinot noir that I buy at the liquor store for less than 20$ a bottle! I noted the menu did not have any prices at all and asked the bartender Jenna to please provide a menu with prices. She told me "yea- we don't do that, but that is the glass of wine you are drinking." Not impressed by the Humble Pie - or the attitude. read more

I'll add my own 1 star rating to everyone else's. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The food is ok but EXPENSIVE! One small pizza for $26. Also the staff is racist. I stood at the "please wait to be seated" sign for easily 8 minutes watching the white waitress help everyone, restock the glasses, joke with co-workers before I just found my own table. She then made me wait another 5 minutes before she found a Black man to remove all of the food containers and empty glasses from the prior patron. read more

I cant find it either, maybe try calling one of their other locations (Chandler restaurant is not far from the airport one- 480.307.9412) and they might have it? I do see a Customer Care # at the bottom of receipts too you could try 877-325-8777

The chicken was as delicious as described and could be cut with a fork. The Caesar salad was well dressed, but not soggy. Do I think it was worth the money to add the chicken? Not if I were paying, but since my company paid for it, I think it was worth it. This is a great spot for a date night or special occasion.

The atmosphere was unique, the bartenders were genuinely engaging, and there was a real sense of community that made every visit memorable. It became my go-to spot to bring friends from out of town and every single person I brought absolutely loved it! Back then, the cocktails felt intentional and creative, not just rushed out for volume. The staff remembered regulars, conversations flowed naturally, and the whole place had this warm, eclectic energy that made you want to stay for hours. Even on busy nights, it somehow still felt personal. Unfortunately, over the last couple of years, the vibe has changed quite a bit. The drinks just aren't as consistently good as they used to be, especially considering the prices now. Service feels far more transactional and impersonal, and the atmosphere that once made this place stand out has faded into something much more generic. It feels less like a neighborhood gem and more like a stop on a nightlife circuit.

Like genuinely one of those meals where every single bite makes you pause for a second because it tastes that incredible. I got the chicken orzo along with the lime icebox cake for dessert, and both were absolutely amazingggg. The chicken orzo was phenomenal. The lemon flavor throughout the orzo was bright, fresh, and flavorful without being overpowering, and the tomatoes were the PERFECT addition because they balanced everything so well and added a little sweetness and freshness to the dish. But the chicken... wow. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside while still being super juicy and tender inside, which is honestly hard to do. Every component of the dish worked together perfectly. Magnificent is genuinely the best word for it. And the lime icebox cake was the perfect ending to the meal, refreshing, creamy, flavorful, and not too heavy after dinner. Honestly, I'm sitting here craving the food again just looking back at the pictures I took. This is definitely one of those restaurants that sticks in your mind long after you leave.

I later noticed I was charged $2 for an additional five slices, which together didn't even amount to half an apple. Ironically, the bread that comes with the dish would have been far more substantial. The burrata was fine, but nothing memorable. My friend ordered the chicken and brussels sprouts and didn't even finish it before having the plate taken away. The flourless almond cake was the star, a bit salty on its own, but with the ice cream and whipped cream it was a delightful combo which were the highlight. Overall, this is a great spot for cocktails, ambiance, and photos, but the food is fairly mediocre compared to the setting.

Great cocktails in an interesting space…read more Undertow is one of three separate bars in the building. Their tiki/tropical drinks are creative and tasty. The bar was full when we arrived and the staff was overwhelmed. The room emptied during our 90 minute stay, allowing the staff to be more relaxed and helpful. The last 30 minutes of our visit was a 5 star experience.

I usually prefer heavy cheese on my pizza but their was just right. I tried the Son of a B*t@# I'm In cocktail that is on happy hour for $10. The simple yet clean ingredients caught my eye...gin, aperol, elderflower, lime l, and honey made for a very refreshing drink. Also, I've been on a kick to enjoy cocktails with no ice, so this was perfect.

Last night we took a trip to 1925 Manhattan and never left Phoenix. This was our second visit to…read morethe unique bar experience that is Platform 18. It is one of 3 themed bars at this location. This one is a recreation of a train traveling through changing scenery. This trip was 1925 Manhattan including the old For Model T trains that are showing on the screens that act as windows outside the train car moving by as if you were traveling including the sounds of the engine and whistle. The drinks are very creative. As I have been staying away from Alcohol lately, the even had Non Alcohol drinks like my Son of a Beecher made with Dutch East India Trading Spiced Gin, Cynar, Yuzu, Ginger, Strawberry, Pineapple, Lemon, Sanpellegrino Prickly Pear zero abv. It was a fantastic drink that you could enjoy slowly as my other 3 guest were thrilled with their Adult beverages. My Associate which is a Bourbon Old Fashion. You get a glass with a large cube but empty. Shortly after an "Associate" comes by and takes a container out of their pocket to provide the banned alcohol of prohibition era. This theater creates a lot of fun. Another is the Paparazzi which is complete with an old fashion bulb camera going off as they appear to be taking a star's picture. The menu changes periodically as does the accompanying theater but it is a very intimate environment and a very clever spot for a date or just getting together with come friends for a different experience. It is reservation only and you get a limited amount of time but our 90 minutes flew by and was time for 3 drinks (and maybe some ice cream). Our previous trip was a winter in CO scenery. The service, atmosphere and creativity makes this a great experience.

For food we shared a few dishes including the shrimp aguachile, vegetation gnocchi dish, and the branzino. Everything was packed with flavor and absolutely delicious! If I am ever in Phoenix I will definitely be visiting again!
