Right in the middle of a major rush, their entire system went down, and instead of things falling apart, John stepped up and led with professionalism, calmness, and efficiency that honestly exceeded expectations. Despite the outage and unsympathetic patrons orders kept moving, food came out quickly, and the team remained polite, organized, and attentive throughout the entire experience. John handled customers with patience and genuine courtesy while simultaneously coordinating the team and keeping operations running smoothly under pressure. What stood out most was the attitude. No excuses, no frustration directed at customers, just outstanding leadership and work ethic during a difficult situation. The level of service they provided would have been impressive even under ideal conditions. At 11:30 at night under a system failure during a rush, it was extraordinary. John demonstrated leadership qualities well beyond his position and operated at a level fit for management either at Wendy's or any business that requires grace under pressure.
