The staff even stopped in the middle of my haircut to have a conversation with each other, and this is not the first time that they did that. Completely ruined my hair. I walked in and a nice older lady was cutting my hair and she was doing fine with it. Then when she was done another younger lady, who might've been the owner? Started jumping in and cutting parts of my hair that I didn't ask to be cut. So I have been cutting here for years and with the quality and service exceed the $1 increase to $8. As we know with Covid and local business been affected, I feel I creasing from $7 to $8 isn't a bank breaker. For the last person reviewing is being too cheaper and not worthy of this place service. Knowingly when u walk in, there is a hand written sign stating $8 (although the owner haven't had a chance to change the sign in front. Regardless we shouldn't put bad review on struggling local business to shame $1 increase. Got my hair done here as a walk-in. I asked for highlights and an ombré, and even showed them a picture of what I wanted. Although I was nervous at first, Hana did a good job of taking her time with my hair and making sure I was completely satisfied. She even re-dyed the top part of my hair darker for me with no extra charge because I wasn't happy with how it turned out at first. DO NOT COME HERE FOR A HAIR WASH! I've been here twice for hair wash. The first time, the guy blew dry my hair too much that it looked very dry afterwards.
