I've been coming here for the past few years since my friend introduced me here. I have great memories from school because of this iTea...starving early in the evenings so we could come here and eat a late dinner during their happy hour, just so we can save money. I still do that now that I'm out of school, but today I came here during lunch time to grab boba and ramen with a friend. Today I ordered the shoyu tonkotsu ramen and the wintermelon milk tea at 30% sweetness and 30% ice. The wintermelon milk tea is now one of my go-to's besides the jasmine milk tea. It's pretty similar to black milk tea, and it probably is, with the added subtle wintermelon taste. I think the wintermelon makes the milk tea sweeter than normal...it really probably is just added sugar...and so 30% sugar is perfect, whereas for the other drinks, like jasmine milk tea, you'd probably need at least 50% sugar to achieve that same level of sweetness. As for the shoyu tonkotsu ramen, if that is the first ramen you've tried, you've basically tried all the other types of ramen they have. I've had the black garlic ramen previously the first time I had their ramen, and it's just the black oil floating on top of the soup. The soup is the only difference in price and flavor between the ramen bowls, and there really isn't much difference in what goes into the ramen, including the ramen itself, black fungus, corn, sliced white/pink fishcake, and the soft boiled egg. The soft boiled egg here has less of a soy sauce taste than the egg from the San Ramon location, and I feel like that's because this location has higher foot traffic and as a result, more people ordering their ramen here, so that the egg has less time to soak in soy sauce, making it less salty. So it depends on your taste how salty/soy saucy you'd like the egg. I liked it either way. Solid ramen, but maybe the difference in price between the ramen bowls is not justified (think the crab tonkotsu ramen, at $12.95 vs. the shoyu tonkotsu ramen at $9.99). Service was average, at the minimum polite, which is fine by me. The shop was also pretty quiet at around 1 pm when I arrived, but picked up heavily some time between 2-3 pm, because there were many middle/high school looking students in line, and that line was out the door! There was not any seating by the time I left at 3 pm, so try to avoid coming here if you're not about the lines. And possibly happy hour if you're coming maybe 15 minutes after it starts, because the line will also be long and it would be a bit challenging to find tables open. read more

Parking is easy and there are two lines- one for online order and one for mobile order. They have everything prepared so you literally just walk up, have someone verify your information, and then walk out with your order.
