We decided to go dine in today for my sons 11th birthday. We were the only ones there and there was one waitress. She took our order and came back a few times to see if she'd gotten it right. Which is fine I'd rather her be sure. But when we got the food there was missing orders and incorrect items. The kids smile face pancakes just had a blob of butter and no whipped cream or anything. One of the orders was from senior menu for my mom and they didn't give the discount. We had to get extra strawberries instead of bananas because they were out, but we got just a lil bit of strawberries. Hello one and all, this is the rumored goth ihop, however, the pros stop there. It took 1 hr and 15 mins to get just our food. Absolutely unacceptable. I don't really have much bad to say about IHOP in general. However, this particular IHOP was very clean when we went in, just this morning. So much so that it was noticeable. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good. I had the BLT and fries. The bacon was crispy, the lettuce and tomato were fresh. The fries were just the right amount of crispy and good. My wife had eggs, bacon and hasbrowns...she enjoyed them. Based on our experience, this IHOP is one of the better ones for sure. read more

Absolutely the worst iHop I've ever been too. Microwaved, cold pancakes, took FOREVER to get our food. I can make a full breakfast for 6 people at home and have it eaten and cleaned up before I get my order for 2 people at this place. Unless you have 2-3 hours for breakfast, stay away. Well... I gave it 4 months from opening... to get their training done and to get the proverbial bugs worked out. I don't expect much from an IHOP... but I do expect a little bit. Coffee was horrid. All but one of the food items I ordered were cooked incorrectly. Pancakes over cooked. Eggs were over well rather than over easy. Toast was burned. Link sausages were cut lengthwise and over cooked. The only thing done correctly were the hash browns... which I wanted well done. But they literally put one tablespoon of hash browns. That was the portion. The restaurant is convenient to my home... but I'll not be returning. There are better options out there. read more

I have been eating at IHOP restaurants for ages. I always have love their pancakes and eggs. You can see a picture of the eggs that I ordered here; these are supposed to be over easy. No way. Ok let's start with I know it's IHOP and standards are low but 1 Star is for the food. The service gets a 0. We came in the door and immediately noticed several booths with dirty dishes all over several tables and only a few tables had anyone at them. As we waited to be seated several waiters walked by the front but never acknowledged us... seriously all it takes is a "hello, we will be with you shortly"... so we waited and a nice young lady with red hair came up to us and seated us. I'm not sure if she was the greeter or another waitress but she wasn't ours. After prolonged time of sitting and no one coming around she came back and took our drink order for our waitress. At this point we have no idea who our waitress is. There are at least 5 plus servers on. Two of the femal servers are congregated and socializing at the prep station near our table, talking loudly but not doing a damned thing productive while the guys are in motion around the restaurant. The same "not our waitress" came back and took our order and apologized for the delay. Our food came out by our "real waitress"... the person who would be getting a tip . She never came back after that. Not once to check a thing! Food was okay, nothing special. I had to get up and get our own sugar, salt, and pepper from another table TWICE! No one ever came around to fill water or check on anything and we were seated by the kitchen door. Now we just wanted to leave and had to wait over 15 minutes with our credit card on the edge of the table hoping someone would acknowledge us. A family had come in and was sat at the table adjacent to us and our "real waitress" greeted them within a minute. We watched all of this and she never turned to us... finally I assume she did bc she came and took the credit card. We had stacked our dishes up. It was clear we were done a long time ago. Floors are disgusting. Trash and food everywhere. Windows are also filthy. This place is brand new and shouldn't look like this. I hope these reviews will get the GM and owner involved. read more

Never again ! This is the third time we have been here . Once again we were seated and it was over 20 minutes before our order was taken. We actually called the front desk to get someone to come to our table !We were there 44 minutes before our food came . Once again it came out wrong .. raw eggs and I had requested fries instead of hash browns... I got hash browns . We also never got a coffee or water refill . Really disappointed in how low this location has fallen. Came around the time they first opened and had delicious food and the servers were kind. The past two times we have come we waited to be sat even with no one in the building the floor, the tables and even the windows were dirty with the servers standing all in one corner talking. We finally decided to just leave after multiple servers looked our way and went into the kitchen as we waited to be greeted or sat. We went to this location when it wasn't busy. Maybe 3pm. Looked like only one waiter on staff and other employees sitting in the back room. Our waiter was serving three tables that we saw, including us. Either he was new or just really bad. He'd take some time to fill drinks and if we needed a refill, he'd show up way after our cups were empty and drop drinks off and never take anything with him. Our table filled up. He'd drop things off then run off before I could ask him to take things with him. So when our food came, we had to shuffle cups around and as I'm moving thing around, he walks off again. My nephew's fries were nearly raw. My oldest son's fries were cooked just over that. My next son's fries were cooked perfectly. No hot syrup offered. No refills until we were about to leave. My omelette was extremely dry and probably headed towards grey coloring. I finally got salsa from the waiter but it tasted weird. Very sweet salsa. I'm not sure if we will be back. We were so excited to have an IHOP close by but we're so disappointed. First, we asked for a high chair when we were sat and no one brought one. When our waitress showed a few minutes later she finally brought one. We had to go back to the front and grab our own crayons for the kids and then get our own silverware. We waited over 10 minutes for just our drinks, coffee and kids soda. Then about 20 mins later our food came and my sons grilled cheese was just cold bread with cold unmelted cheese. My veggie omelet had Ol'Bay seasoning (why?) and tons of salt. Then our double choc chip pancakes were cover covered with whip cream and syrup (not in menu picture) and manager was annoyed that I didn't want him to just scrape off the syrup so my baby would make a mess. Loved the place, it was great the staff was full of joy and they cared about the initiative they put into their work. They brought my great food out with tender compassion. My server Kamal deserved a great tip and so do other servers who come and introduce themselves to stay attentive to other customers who are in the restaurant. My wife and I stopped by the new IHOP this morning. The place was not crowded at all. After being seated, we sat at our table for close to 15 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. There were a lot of servers who looked our way but just kept walking by. We finally gave up and left. I did speak to the manager before we left, but didn't get a really strong feeling that the issue would be addressed. Not sure if we'll be back or not. As long as you keep in mind that this store is having staffing issues, including cooks, you should have a decent experience. I talked with the GM. Good guy. Trying to make changes that need to happen. He wasn't trained as a cook but besides being slower as a cook, I enjoyed the food. First of all, this restaurant is not even near the IHOP standards. My server Hunter only checked in on us once and when we asked for refills for the drinks he told us to "Hold on".When we got the refills there was not even ice in our cups. Hunter was also very mean to my children and he had such a bad energy. I'm only writing this because I think found spit in my coffee. Our food was also cold and my eggs were runny. This spot was hands down the worst experience I had in this town. Our food was not correct at all. Service was horrible. Had to request items several times over and even still did not get them. I don't think I've ever waited this long for food. I waited for two hours for my food to come out wrong and be charged double of what I owe.
