Eggs Benedict with Crispy Hash Browns and great Bloody Mary.

Brunch with Eggs Benedict and a Bloody Mary. The Eggs Benedict are a wonderfully prepared excellent tasting dish.

I met some friends here after work and we were pleasantly surprised to find that during happy hour, appetizers are half off. I can't quite remember the drink specials--maybe $2 off? We ordered the spinach artichoke dip. It looked great and tasted great, but there just wasn't much of it. We each took a small scoop and it was basically gone. I had about 3-4 chips with dip, and then we were left with a plate full of chips and no dip. Usually it's the opposite, or you need to order extra chips. I'm not sure if the portion is smaller during half-price apps or if that's just how it's served. The table next to us ordered the taco appetizer and those looked really good. I ordered the fish and chips--my first time having them here--and they came out pretty dark, which made me wonder if the oil might have been old. We were caught up in conversation and I forgot to take photos of our meals. It was my friend's first time visiting, and they brought her out a complimentary dessert, which was a really nice touch. We sat on the patio and it was a beautiful night--lots to look at and enjoy. I'd definitely go back, and next time I might make a full meal out of the half-price appetizers.

My husband decided he wanted to try something different. He thought we should give tavern style food a try. He ordered our food online and was notified quickly when it was ready. We drove up, he picked up our food and we headed home. My husband and one of my sons ordered the fish and chips, my other son got the prime steak sandwich with just meat and bread, and I got the Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich. My husband and son said that the fish was okay. My son said that it was a little soggy. My husband liked the fries. I tried them and they had that potato flavor but they were very floppy and greasy. My other son liked his prime steak sandwich. I was very disappointed with my sandwich. The bread was super soggy and burnt and inedible. The chicken and pineapple were decent. The onion rings were super greasy. The outer layer was too soft and not crispy at all. They were not the kind of onion rings I expected. I actually removed the outer layer and ate the onions from inside with ketchup. But I couldn't finish them. They were too greasy. Overall the ordering and pickup process was easy but the food wasn't what we expected. Most of the meals were a little too greasy for my family.

The adult grilled cheese is still fire here! Can't go wrong! Recently discovered their happy hour M-F...3-7pm half off all their appetizers and drink specials! The tuna tacos are legit! Crispy with sweet and salty , perfect combo! Their bar setup is so inviting , a great spot to grab a drink or great food! Consistency is key and the League continues to be a go to spot for me!

Came in after a morning spend Christmas shopping in Dripping Springs. Got seated right way. Frank our waiter explained the menu recommended several dishes. We stared with the fried pickles, and they weee very pickly, just the way we like them. I as the steak and eggs, which was delicious with the sauce. Daughter opted for the fish and chips with truffles fries, equally delicious, perfect batter to fish ratio and the fries were not over truffly. As we were getting ready to lay, Frank remembered it was our first time I and surprised us with a free desert - G-Ma's Old Fashioned Dump Cake. OMG it was to die for. We'll be back soon

We were promptly seated and the dining room was pretty full. They have a long list of beer on tap so it took a minute to choose. They also have a good selection of wine by the glass. We had onion rings ($7) as an appetizer and they were thickly cut and quite good. I had the Southern burger ($15.99) and enjoyed the toppings. The fries were brown and too done for my taste. Hubby had the tomato basil soup which was tasty and served with a grilled cheese sandwich ($12.99) which had cheese oozing out the sides. TJ, our waiter, took good care of us. I enjoyed the League and would dine here again.

From the moment we sat down, our experience at The League was amazing. Our server, Kyle, was incredibly polite, attentive, and knowledgeable. He walked us through the specials in detail and gave us some fantastic recommendations -- every dish he suggested was spot on and absolutely delicious. The manager, Brooklyn, stopped by our table to personally check in and even surprised us with a birthday dessert since it was our first visit. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare these days and really made our night extra special. We also loved the cozy yet upscale ambiance and the cute, well-thought-out décor. It's the perfect spot for a casual night out or a nice dinner with friends and family. We're already planning to make this one of our regular go-to places -- probably twice a month! Huge thanks to Kyle and Brooklyn for making our first visit unforgettable.

The amazing prime rib and mushrooms. Excellent.

Update to my latest review as of June 6, 2024: So tonight is prime rib night at the league. And again, let me tell you, they do not disappoint. We had the coconut crusted shrimp appetizer to begin with, and it was divine. We split a 16 ounce prime rib, dinner, because they are very generous in their serving. And the mushrooms, that come with the prime rib, are to die for. If you like mushrooms, then this is something you will certainly think is candy. The server, Isabel, is amazing, and if you get the chance, ask to sit in her section. The manager, Kris, is super attentive to all of her guests, and make sure everyone has an extremely wonderful experience. She will not disappoint. So if you're in Dripping Springs, and you want prime rib, give the League a try. I give it five stars.

When I walked in I thought to myself "It looks like a bar, it sounds like a bar, it's probably a bar" it quite literally looks like a classic bar from a movie, but there's football. My waitress Aaron was very kind and understanding of my brother's allergies. The ribeye was a perfect medium The meatloaf was delicious The coconut shrimp with the sauce was one of the best things I've ever eaten and I don't like sauces.

Her response was simply, "I don't know, I'm new here." We asked if she could check before we ordered his meal. She proceeded to take everyone else's order but never came back to take my husband's order or provide the information we requested. After waiting, I spoke with the manager, hoping to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, that experience was even worse. The manager was unhelpful, rude, dismissive, and did nothing to address the issue. What's most disappointing is that this doesn't feel like an isolated incident. The service and overall quality have noticeably declined over the past few months. What used to be a fun place to watch a game and enjoy a meal now feels more like a dive bar with poor service and little attention to customers. It's sad to see what's happened to a place we once enjoyed. I hope management takes a hard look at the customer experience and makes some much-needed improvements.

There are booths, tables, high top tables, a few picnic styles bench tables, and a pretty large deck. They recently added a side deck. I've seen other meals delivered and they all look great too. Today I popped in for a late lunch and lucky me it was still Brunch O'clock. I wavered between the chicken and waffles and the burger. I saw the burger being delivered to a nearby table and it immediately solidified my decision- burger!! I am a burger and fries "foodie". ;) I'm very picky about my burgers and have eaten some of the best burgers in town. It was delicious! The fries aren't my favorite but decent. The burger was perfectly cooked and so was the egg (breakfast burger). I'd definitely get that again! The bartenders are friendly and they are hard workers.
