I love the food & there great customer service we get every time we go!! This time that we went, there was a crowd of people, we still got GREAT SERVICE! The Chino High 77 Calvary Band was there when we went to pick up my daughter. Of course my daughter was sitting with them, that's only due to she used to be a part of the Chino High 77 Calvary Band for 3 years!! We miss them but, my daughter misses the band way more than we do I am positive!! So I order pickup to avoid waiting with my 11 month old daughter. Just make sure to have them repeat your order so they don't completely bomb your order. Also the attitude of the cashier should be put in check. It was your fault the order was incorrect so don't treat me badly because you have to remake it that's your fault. I been ordering the same plate since forever so I think I know what I ordered. Next time how about a "were so sorry will get that remade for you."instead of making me jump through more hoops. Then to top it off I try to use my Samsung pay on my phone with my finger print I'd and she tells me It will work but they won't accept it until she sees I'd. The id is my fingerprint Ms attitude. Gabby is the best waitress of all time. Here's the reason why, I feel that attention to detail is essential to working as a waiter/waitress. OK so we went in at 10:15 this morning understand the wait as it's Saturday and well people want to eat out.... we got sat at 10:54 and sat without a server even coming up to say I will be with you we sat there until 11:20 at which point my daughter (8) is starving and wasting away to nothing!!! And myself who is about 5 months pregnant I am now starting to really get hungry still have not seen a server so we look to the house and ask do you know if we have a server in our section her reply was a server will be with you in a moment mind you it's been over 20 minutes and we still haven't been greeted by anybody. I then look at my husband and say Obviously our business isn't needed so let's just go what was more upsetting was that the server in our section walked by our table at least three times talking to other tables. I get it covid is still a thing servers and people don't want to work but this place seems sufficiently staffed. I came on a Friday morning with my kids and husband. The store was a little busy and the servers were running around. I got seated immediately to my surprise. My server was Paola H. I've always seen this girl around, but I had never been sat with her. Let me just say she is AMAZING! She told me about the yelp check in so I created my account to use it and to give her a compliment. She was very: attentive, polite, sweet and always smiling. She brought everything out to me and I never needed to bug her. She helped out her coworkers and is usually cashing out people at the door and/or seating. I just left the establishment 9/14/22 11am with my grand daughter who turns 3 today. I used to enjoy coming here with my parents as a child. This place is definitely NOT what it once was. To start, they brought us someone else's online order first, COLD, and we had to bring it to their attention. They wanted to argue it at first that it was our order. They had to look over the order on their computer 2 times before realizing their mistake. They didn't even apologize they just said they'd re-do it. Took 30 mins to get the "incorrect order" and another 30 mins to get the corrected order. That already was major red flag and let down. They finally bring out the food and we ask for creamer. The server who will remain name-less, was a tall heavy set hispanic woman who must've woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning, she had a horrible condescending attitude towards me when I had asked for creamer. She brought 1 creamer at first. When I asked for extra because we had more than 1 coffee on the table, she didn't even say anything, she walked away and came back with a mini pitcher FULL of creamer and left it on the table in an aggressive manner. She was clearly making a statement in doing so by bringing a ridiculous amount of creamer to us. We didn't want to complain or spoil the moment for our grand daughter because we didn't want anyone to tamper with our food or drinks so we didn't say anything. We had asked for 1 more thing, and that way syrup, which she never even brought out. I'm not one to complain much, I usually just forget about it and never return to that establishment. But for them to treat us so poorly, and to do so on my grand daughter's 3rd birthday is unacceptable. It's disgusting to be quite honest. So many other better establishments out there, we only came here because my wife insisted. Never again! My poor little grand daughter, thankfully she doesn't understand what just happened because she's so young. Best IHOP!! Not only is the food amazing, but they have the most friendly staff. We ordered pancakes, French toast, eggs, bacon, and sausage. The food was fresh and delicious. As soon as you get seated they bring you drinks. They are absolutely the best!! Okay so it's Christmas and I'm currently here with my family. Honestly IHOP is IHOP and I was not expecting out of this world service but the manager has such bad customer service skills and he's so rude I just had to write this review. There's obviously a lot of people here and everyone is waiting for a seat but the manner in which he deals with people with such disrespect is absolutely disturbing. The degrading tone of voice he used to communicate with the customers is really uncomfortable, he even spoke to my dad in this manner. Don't come here if you have loved ones who you care about receiving genuine service. The only reason we're staying is because it's Christmas and there's nothing else open. My mom left a pretty simple, nice compliment review not too long ago and IHOP sent us (in the mail) a free meal for two to show their appreciation! Talk about customer hospitality! My experiences here are almost different every time I come to this IHOP. Sometimes I want to tip 30 percent, other times I don't want to tip at all. Some times I am in love with their food and makes me want to order more. Other times, I wish I had gone else where. I'm not sure what it is but I can't get a consistent good or bad experience from this spot. The servers are ok. I dealt with servers who were on their good days, bad days, and I can care less days. I don't expect to be treated like royalty or anything, but just kindness will do. The food here is great sometimes, and sometimes, makes you want to go back there and ask if everything's okay. Im a door dash food deliverer and ive seen the to go checks that have come into this location. I dont understand how customers want to be served immediately when orders come in nonstop and out of the staffs control. People need to relax. This Location used to have a great service, I am a frequent customer and since the las 3 months the customer service has decreased terrible , the servers take around 10 to 20 minutes to take your order ( specially Brenda) it's frustrating to see that since they changed the manager the service it is really bad, just a couple servers like Maritza and Gloria give you a great service hopefully they get more attention in customer service before everyone walk away to another place. read more

After reading some of the reviews I was shocked that no one gave a 5 star review. Server, who I believe her name is Laura was super friendly and kind. She checked up on us every so often to make sure our drinks were full and if we were enjoying our meal. She recommended us the value plate which is around 8.99 plus tax. What a great deal!Comes with soup or salad an entree and either tapioca pudding or ice cream. The soup was delicious and I usually hate country fried chicken but it was honestly so crispy and delicious it went so well with the brown gravy. They gave us the a bill at the same time they gave us our main meal. It made us feel like we were getting kicked out before we got started, they gave us two bills and one was not even our bill. The food was ok but it was very uncomfortable to eat while the bills where sitting on the table next to our plates. PS: apparently their were complaints that people were not getting their bill with the meal. My wife & I were seated down first before the people next to us. The woman was unable to control her kid because she was too busy talking to the staff. The server was nice, but at the same time I was disappointed due to the table next to us got their services first before us the whole time. Even the manager went to talk to them. Ordered the breakfast combo with eggs/sausage/bacon/hash browns and crepes with cream cheese and strawberries. Simply delicious and satisfying! Love the crepes with strawberry glaze and fruit... it was like having dessert! Daughter had the breakfast combo with eggs/sausage/scrambled eggs/fruit and French toast with strawberries/banana topping. Also good and the French toast was a full meal by itself. First time I have had to walk out of a restaurant without ordering . I waited pretty long for a very empty looking restaurant I was passed up twice without any greeting or acknowledgement from one waitress and when I looked around the restaurant to get someone's attention I saw two employees on a table having a meeting.
