Worst place ever. Drinks are way over priced. Almost $5.00 for a glass of orange juice. Almost $4.00 for a regular soft drink. Customer service was not good enough for what you pay for. The food looked good but was not very tasty at all, i do a better job cooking at home. I'm so dissapointed that I paid almost 10 just for beverages, thats craziness I would not recommend eating here, unless you enjoy overpriced food with no flavor. Right of the bat, what got my attention was the fact that the kitchen was in the middle if everything and wide open. That would be great but the place is small enough as it is. I speak only for myself when I say that an open kitchen in a tiny restaurant is not very tasteful. The restaurant quickly redeemed itself with it's fast service. We sat down immediately and they were quick to get our drinks. Robert was our waiter and he was great. Very funny and fast. I was undecided and he saw I was struggling so he made a great recommendation for me and it turned out to be a good one. The food was good, not spectacular but good. This is my fave IHOP anywhere. It's smaller than others and just more homey and inviting. We get seated immediately, never waiting for more than 5 min on a busy morning. This is my first time writing a review because i just really have to put this here.. i don't usually complain about my food if my order is messed up, i just don't go back anymore but this time i sent my steak back because it was well done and i ordered medium rare so i told the waitress that it's well done she said "that's actually medium well" but i ordered medium rare.. when she came back and she came back quick it was bloody asf like they just slapped it in the pan turned it over and served it. It's depressing to be treated like that. Went here this past Veterans Day to get breakfast with my boyfriend. They had free Red, White, & Blue pancakes for military so we got those & they were so good! We also ordered some more breakfast. I forgot what it was but the 5 stars is mainly for our waitress Karen. She was so nice, always coming to make sure everything was going good, and just overall one of the best waitresses I've had! I NEVER post bad reviews. But this experience must be shared. I just wanted a quick lunch with my parents on my birthday. Our waitress sat us down but we had to wait 15 minutes for us to flag her down to take our order. After 45 minutes of waiting we decided to ask about our food. Our server was no where to be seen this entire time. While eating I found a nose hair in my food and we noticed a lipstick stain on our coffee cup. I almost puked. I just stopped eating entirely. And our server didn't even think to apologize to us, she just ran away from the problem. We got 50% off but this experience was still not worth it. I only gave one star because it would not allow me to post with no stars. Don't go here unless you are Asian or Hispanic. We had a party of six. When we arrived we were the only ones sitting in the waiting area and were told 10 minutes. Asian and Hispanic groups of 2, 3 & 4 kept coming in and would get seated immediately. Then after our 10 minute wait had turned into 15 minutes an Asian group of 5 came in and was seated in the waiting area. 2 minutes later the Asian group of 5 had a table. Terrible management telling their employees to lie to paying customers. I called to place a to-go order and i asked for my omelet to be made with real cracked eggs no carrots variations or substitutes(powder or liquid carton eggs). The lady asked her manager if it can be done and she didn't realize the call wasn't on hold. She told the employee to "no but just tell him we'll make it that way." Are you kidding me? I had the an issue with them while i was there before months ago about my side eggs and they did the same thing then tried to tell me those were real cracked eggs as if i was dumb and couldn't tell the difference.
