Who knew how delicious iHop burgers would be? I got their Classic and everything was fresh and full! I love how they didnt skimp on the chicken breast, lettuce tomato or onions! To start this off. I am not one to complain about little things and i have never complained about service food quality etc. But this was a horrible experience. Me and my friend arrived at 10:20 ish, we went in and put our name down, it was a 25 minute wait. we werent seated until around 10:55. we got our orders taken pretty quickly (first 5 minutes of being seated) then we waited for about half an hour, then our waiter came back and told us she had "forgetten to put our orders into the system" so we had to remember our orders without a menu and re order. We didn't get our food for another 45+ minutes. mind you everyone else that had gotten seated AFTER us was already finishing their meals. we then realized we had no silverware. i tried asking for some and i was completely ignored. i asked again and it was brought out 10 minutes later. i asked for over-easy eggs and received very over hard-eggs. not to mention it smelled like wet trash this entire time. (if you have worked in the food industry you know exactly what smell im talking about. ) we finished our food without drinks because we werent checked on a single time and didn't receive any refills. we then waited for our check for about 15 minutes. i asked a hostess to get our server to check us out. he said she was coming right now and 10 minutes later she came back reaking like cigarettes- and she had a kid on her hip? not to mention all the servers we spoke to were rude and had a nasty expression on their face. we didn't leave until 1:05. we were there for almost 3 hours. 0/10 for us, never going back there again! read more

Almost and hour and 15 minutes later still no food. So we ask the waitress "is our food almost done?" And she said "it should be soon" 2" minutes later, still no food. We asked her again and she said she had to no clue. I said I will march in that kitchen if I don't get my food in the next ten minutes. I also told her to get the manager. Worst customer service ever. Not very clean. I had bad experience twice! The first time I thought they were slow bc the store was packed and didn't have many people working (as one of the workers said.) Today, I went with my 5 years old and my 1 year old. We were sat in the same area as the previous time (near the entrance). The waitresses were passing by avoiding eye contact with me. Nobody wanted to ask what we wanted to eat!. I didn't have time for a long breakfast and really wanted some French Toast. So I stopped in here around 7am and I was 1 if about 5 tables. Great service from the time I sat down. She got my coffee and order right away. Ordered my eggs, bacon and french toast. I had it delivered with steam coming off it 10 minutes later. I can't say anything bad. This was not good, even considering the low IHOP standards. We were there on a Sunday morning before the church crowd, so it was not busy. We were seated right away, but the table was wet. We waited for a long time before the waitress finally came over. She took our order and then we waited another long period of time before coffee and OJ were delivered. The food was the normal IHOP fare, acceptable, but not fantastic. It was the inattentive, intermittent service that was the worst part of the experience, especially considering it was not busy at all. And they got the bill wrong...3 times. Every time I attempt to give IHOP a try, they continue to fail at every turn. From incompetent servers to inedible food - it's like they are following a playbook to alienate and piss off customers. Dining with 3 kids, I ordered their food first- and told the server that they eat slow. Somehow, she shows up later with my order and just the orders for 2 of the 3 kids. Also, one of the orders arrives with bananas - kid is allergic to them. And this is their idea of "crispy" hash browns. Robin is one of the most hardworking and diligent waitresses out there. She deserves a big raise. My companions and I really enjoyed our experience thanks to Robin. The food was delightful and distinctive. The chocolate chip pancakes were the perfect amount of richness. They were so buttery in my mouth! The big steak omelet really made a statement. My buddy Jordan Ortiz indulged in his chicken fajita omelet as soon as he was served and I think he finished it in maybe 30 seconds at most. We stopped in Monday morning at 7:30 and it was dirty. There were wrappers on the ground, dirt on the floor and it didn't look like the place had recently been mopped or tables wiped down. Believe the other reviews because they are correct. First off our server Kaiden was a "Trainer" which means he is responsible for training all the other servers. We ordered coffee with cream and Splenda. The servers first question was how does the packet looks because he doesn't know which is which. We were like the it's the ones in the yellow packet. Needless to say he got that right. We continued to order our food and when it came out everything was cold. Even the whip cream on my waffles was melted.. REALLY!!! So we called our waiter "Kaiden" to provide us with warm food and he walked away. This was totally bizarre... We then asked for the manager and explained our food issue and he went back and provided us with new food but unfortunately this too came out incorrect. What can I say...beh all around. Came for dinner, didn't have great expectations and I guess I wasn't disappointed? Tried the new double dipped French toast (a little to sweet, poor texture), the pancakes was ok...not anywhere near the best you've had but also by no means the worst. Hash browns was decent. Service was poor, even when the place wasn't busy (ie 4 tables in the whole place) service was appallingly slow and lacking. I'm not sure what to say other than at least it is open 24 hours a day. Went here about a week ago to try their "new" burgers. I wanted to try a burger that had hashbrowns and an egg on it (which was on the menu) but they said they didn't have it. So i ordered a bacon burger with nothing on it but bacon and cheese with their special sauce on the side. Waited an hour for my food with my friends (not joking an hour of waiting) and my burger was wrong. It had everything on it except bacon, and had no sauce on the side. To add insult to injury the burger was bad. It was really mediocre and wasnt worth waiting a whole hour for. The fries were also very terrible. We asked our waitress about the situation. (why my burger was wrong and why it took an hour) Apparently the cook lost our order ticket and didn't know we even ordered anything since he didn't have it. So he just made me a regular burger instead. Which didnt make any sense to me. Why not just ask the waitress what I ordered? I wouldn't recommend their burgers or the place to anyone. read more

Arrived on a Sunday around 9:30. I sat in the foyer for a bit. They announced my name over a "loud speaker" that absolutely sucked. Call it bad acoustics or a simply cheap speaker... I approached the counter and asked who they had called.... I was told it was me; I then commented they needed a new speaker (hardware). I guess the guy took offense and started speaking very loud that if he needed to break out in an American Idol voice, he wouldnt be working where he is at.... talk about poor customer service. Got a chance to be waited on by Mrs. Robin this morning, and man was she a genuine soul. The restaurant was swamped this morning and she was the only one working. Just goes to show the lasting affects of Covid in the workplace, not enough workers to go around. I pleasured myself with the big steak omelet and the precious chocolate chip pancakes were perfect as can be. My go to order was fulfilled to perfection and I was satisfied beyond my greatest beliefs. Me and the boys were waited on swiftly as 1 person waiting the whole place could. I made sure to tip well. Came here because I've been wanting to order The Grinch Pancakes (yes, I realize it's just green food dye). With that being said ...I gave them 3 Stars because they were out of green whipped cream.
