This ihop is DISGUSTING!! Never have I been to a restaurant where there is so many flies it's so gross!!! We walked in sat down and we're literally killing flies then after we got our food and had already started eating we notice a DEAD FLY in my husbands fries!! And no it wasn't one of the 3 that we had already killed. We told the manager who wasn't helpful at all she didn't seem fazed she just said how they have a fly problem and offered to take the plate off the check but we were all so disgusted my 9 year old and myself couldn't even finish!! By far the worst experience I've had at any restaurant. We went there for Sehri (pre-dawn meal) on Sunday morning at about 2:45 AM. There is plenty of parking, even though a lot of spots are compact. We went inside and were seated in the Halal Buffet section. The rest of our party had already arrived and ordered when we came in. Summary: -Slow Service -Attitude from Server -Under cooked food -Don't even bring you water when asked We had 5 adults in our party and 2 children (ages 7 and 5). Upon arrival, my sister ordered the girls a smiley face pancake, a red velvet pancake, and two hot chocolates. This was placed around 2:40 AM. 1. NO WATER - My husband and I decided to bypass the regular ordering and went for the buffet so we had our food relatively quick. We did ask for water about 5 times with no luck. My sister-in-law actually had to get up and ask if there was a place she could grab water for our table by ourselves. She was told no that our server would bring it. We received 4 glasses of water after about 30 minutes. There were 7 of us...When we asked the server for an additional cup for my niece while my sister in law shared hers, the server stood there and asked us if she still needs to bring another cup. 2. WHERE'S OUR FOOD? - We asked multiple times about the pancake orders and hot chocolates for the girls. We kept getting a generic answer that it would be out soon, in five minutes, another five minutes. The girls received their hot chocolate order around 3:20 am. Given that they had placed the order almost 1 HOUR earlier, this was not acceptable. They both drank it immediately as they were hungry. Still no sign of the pancakes at this time. I think drinking that stuff on an empty stomach is not good as my niece ended up puking all over the plate (we were quick enough to get that in front of her). Still no server to come check up on us at this time. 3. NO WARN SYRUP - We asked our server for warm syrup and were given some serious attitude. "That doesn't come with warm syrup." We asked that's fine, could we get some on the side. We were told sure and then nothing came... 4. UNDER COOKED CREPES - My sister-in-law ordered crepes, which also arrived very late. You would think if food is coming out late, they would at least taste good. Nope! These were under cooked. WE HAVE PANCAKES - At about 3:30 AM the pancakes arrived. My sister-in-law got up to return my niece's pancakes as she could not eat anything now. She waited 5 minutes to speak to a manager. She let her know of everything that happened, but no one was sent over to clear the puke... Between the slow service, attitude of the servers, and the disregard for patrons, this was the worst restaurant experience we have had. They seriously need to re-train their staff on what is acceptable or not. I would not recommend anyone to go to this IHOP. read more

I really was not an iHop fan for many years. However, I think the menu has significantly improved over the years and am now a fan. This is a great place to have breakfast. The ham and egg breakfast melt is amazing. It is so buttery and gooey, like a gourmet grilled cheese. I added one of my grandpas bacon strips to it and it really was delicious. I also added tomato to my melt, because tomato goes great in any sandwich. My grandpa is a fan of restaurants that have 55+ senior menus. He ordered the 55+ Breakfast sampler which comes with 1 egg, 1 bacon, 1 sausage, 1piece of ham, 1 pancake, and hash browns. It is a perfectly portioned meal for a senior citizen. They even let him sub the sausage for another strip of bacon, as he is not supposed to eat sausage. My husband ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, with added swiss cheese. He and I split the breakfast melt and the chicken sandwich. It was SO good. We were not expecting the chicken sandwich to be as amazing as it was. Really, it rivaled some of the most gourmet chicken sandwiches we have had. the chicken was juicy, the bun was soft and all the ingredients were fantastic. We love restaurants where we can order lunch items at breakfast time. Service was great and we will be back to this location time and time again. I do request other sugar free or low sugar drink options, such as mineral water. Otherwise, the menu is perfect. read more

It's the month of fasting for me & I was so happy to find out that they have a halal menu! Halal food is only served on Friday & Saturday nights. It gets really busy so plan yo come early so you're seated on time. The staff was really friendly & thoughtful. Overall had a good time! I loooove this location! We drive 20 minutes to this establishment! I come every Saturday with my mom and every Sunday with my dad We are always remembered and genuinely welcomed by the lovely hostess ( I apologize I forgot you name but she wears a hijab and I always tip her $5 after every visit ) All the servers make sure your orders are correct and always check in on you to see if you need anything else! I would give four stars only because there is one server that we have had issues with her name is Angela and she always getting our order wrong and when we ask to get it fix she STILL brings the wrong thing She has given attitude and isn't consistent with checking in on us. I came here for a late breakfast (10am) on a weekday. I was amused that everyone here were either senior citizens or young couples who appeared to have just woken up after a randy all-nighter. Service here was above average and the food came out quickly. My waitress was friendly and attentive. I ordered off a special menu that gave me two limited-time-special pancakes along with eggs, bacon and hash browns. The pancakes I chose were two that sandwiched a slightly sweet caramel custard and topped with dulce de leche. You'd have to have a sweet tooth to appreciate them and I certainly did. They were superb. The pancakes themselves were perfectly made. The eggs were done properly (I ordered scrambled) and the bacon was fine (although I prefer mine to be more crisp). The hash browns were overdone on one side and had a very hard crust that wasn't edible. Which was too bad because otherwise they were pretty darn delicious. All-in-all an above average IHOP whose specialty pancakes made me give them a star more than normal. read more

Green eggs and ham!!! My girlfriend and I went on a mission Saturday to find pancakes at a place where we did not have to wait for a table. After going to 2 pancake houses, we ended up at this IHOP. We were so happy there was no wait. It was St. Patrick's Day so we both got green eggs with sausages and pancakes. It was super good and there was plenty of food. We also both got hot chocolate. It was the perfect breakfast to start the day =) Our total was only $20 (without tip) for all that food. As for service, the girl was really attentive and nice. This is one of the friendliest iHops I have visited. Shelby, who was my waitress was extraordinarily amazing. She was very attentive to my cravings and was able to recommend great options. She was friendly, polite, and brought my food on a good time frame. For me customer service is important and Shelby was extremely up their with the few that make you feel like you're welcome. I'm definitely coming back to this pace. I ordered eggs with turkey bacon and stuff French toast. The eggs with the turkey bacon was delicious. The turkey was very tasty.
