I never ate at this restaurant location before because i could never tell if it was open or not. Well now after driving by the have big flying banners outside so we decided to get some breakfast from IHOP. Well got a seat right away and quick and prompt service. Our server girl was very nice. I ordered a Mushroom and spinach omelette with extra bacon and my wife ordered the Pancakes and eggs combo. All of the food was excellent and good portion of my omelette. It was quiet and clean inside also so we will definitely be going back now that we know its open.

We came here this past Friday afternoon for a quick lunch. I had the pancakes combo with eggs, sausage, & blueberry pancakes. My friend had the french toast combo with eggs & bacon. The food was good, the service was okay (a bit slow because it was busy). There was no AC, it was pretty warm inside.

So I come to this place because they serve Halal burgers, however this is going to be my last visit. They have this rude host Aqui who treats all the halal people like trash and I can tell from his behavior, and especially if you're using rewards coins which were earned because of the fact that you're spending money at this restaurant "some body should tell him that fact", I was so humiliated and insulted by that guy when I asked for the restroom code and he said that I should use the workers restroom!!!! As if I am not a customer!!!! I'm actually thinking of suing these guys for that ugly rude unjustified behavior. I would give this place minus stars if I could, stay away from it. Don't you ever go to that Ihop as they don't respect people. I posted a way different review last year because of the fact that the Host was respectful and so it shows my transparency.

So I been coming here for the past 20 times at night never have I been charged for a cup of water until today I work accross the street and this guy slim ,Latino with a uneven hair line up back up witch I think he should just shave it instead and save himself the embarrassment , tells me that they started to charge for cup of water but can't show me a policy or any where with a sign that they have to charge for cup of water , well then I guess someone owes them for my 20 cups of water I have received free from them , read more

Halal ihop, OMG!!!! When I heard it , I couldn't believe, but then I visited and asked. They are offering some dishes in halal options. We went there on a sunday, You have to ask your server for the halal options , every server is aware of it. And they go out of their way to help us with halal customization of the menu. Do not waste your time & come to this location! We got seated at 12pm and I had to go ask someone if they can send a waitress to my table because no one had come to get our order and it's was already 12:30pm! They sent someone right away and we noticed that the family next to us had got their order and we still had not even though we were there first! Then another family comes in and they get their order taken and get their food Right Away!! by this time it was 1pm an HOUR since we got seated and still nothing! We ended up getting up and they had told us that our orders were ready but the lady was asking the cooks where our food was and he quickly rushed to put something on the plate! HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT COME!! Broke Yolk and Denny's are right across the stress so just go dine in there instead! read more

FYI,FYI EVERYONE!! Yesterday Sunday we went to this location for breakfast. Our server was MARIA (959). After she took our order it took her an hour to give us our food for a party of 3. They brought in a big party after we walked in and they got their food a lot faster than us which was unacceptable. When our food was brought to us it was all cold, we told MARIA we did not want it cold. She got bothered and gave us her little attitude. We then talked to the MANAGER BRAULIO at the time but instead of taking care of the problem, he just didn't care. The manager could have offered a discount Out of courtesy to try to make me feel better but never did. I didn't need his discount But i will make sure i never go there again. it's been the worst service that I've had at IHOP!!!!! Portion size wasn't that great, price was okay, but really what left was their service. Weekend mornings are typically busy, it took about 15 minutes for our food to arrive. Thankfully, my group wasn't upset because we were chatting away. The atmosphere is not send me because the servers just look down at you, keep to themselves, and they don't make an effort to go above and beyond to meet the customers needs. We ordered breakfast items like omelets, pancakes, and stuffed French toast. The stuffed French toast was really small. There was only one and we were quite disappointed about that. The omelets were okay, and the Southwest scramble was good portion. Overall, it's hard to have any expectations for a chain restaurant unfortunately, but I would prefer to go to IHOP that had better service next time. I think the food is generally the same in all locations. read more

We were looking for a decent place to eat in the area at about 3am in the morning on a Friday night, which can be a daunting task. We found this iHop, and were pleasantly surprised. I had a turkey club sandwich, which had real (not processed) turkey and bacon. Lettuce and tomato were both fresh. The fries were right out of the fryer, and the folks I was with also enjoyed their meals. Again, given the time (and how hungry we were), we felt we lucked out. Not many places in this part of town are open at 3am. To get a decent (more than decent in this case) with very friendly and fast service is a big bonus. Plenty of parking - and the restaurant was nice and clean. It also was smaller than we expected, but the size of the place likely added to the homeyness. I'd come back here with no hesitation if the same kind of situation presented itself. read more

AWFUL!!! A total disgrace!! Ordered ham and eggs. Was served two miniscule slices (or pieces) of ham which were consumed in a couple of swallows. Then, was handed a bill for $16.00. There are far, far better places in Fullerton that will offer you a reasonable breakfast for nearly half that amount. Not at all recommended!!! read more

Came to ihop this morning and while this isn't my first choice for breakfast I really enjoyed that they offer free WiFi! They sat me down almost immediately even though they were busy and my waitress Claudia was very helpful in terms of pointing out the healthier options on the menu. Very slow service today. Waitress took forever to take our order. Took my order started to walk off and said are you not going to take my dads order? She said she thought he was going to just have my egg I ordered. Took drink glass away and we had to flag her down to get it back. This is why we have stopped coming here every sat and sun. My family and I went on a Saturday morning it was fairly packed. We waited about 15 min before even ordering our drinks yet alone we already decided what we all were gonna eat. Waitress seemed new. When our food arrived everything that we asked to be fixed or substituted was of course not done correctly. Alright so there's parking at the top and valet (free but tip optional). we had a reservation and got seated promptly. Our hostess was really polite. It seemed to be pretty busy. My husband had told them it was our anniversary so when we sat down at our booth there was a card from the restaurant, super thoughtful!! Jennifer was our waitress and she was extraordinary. Super welcoming, kind, and patient as she allowed us to take our time with our drinks. We each got the filet mignon which comes with potatoes. The restaurant gives complimentary creamed corn which we devoured. We also got an additional side of bone marrow Mac and cheese. Then we got a puff pastry dessert. My taste buds were dancing all night. Everything was prepared nicely; cooked and seasoned to perfection. It was a looot of food so I would say you would be fine with less. But hey, live a little. It's a nice restaurant located at the top of the hill. Probably has nice views, I will say we didn't see that where we were seated but we got great seating. This place is a hidden gem in the area with farm to table food.

We came to Ihop for breakfast with my family the restaurant was full but we got seated pretty quick Our server was Priscilla. She is the best server at this location! She was very attentive, quick service even tho she was busy she always checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Came here last week when I was passing through south Cali and came mostly just for the pancakes. It was pretty busy but this server I believe her name was Candace, was the nicest and kindest server I've had in awhile, mind you I go to restaurants all the time and servers typically have a half ass attitude, but Candace was super attentive and very friendly. Other servers take notes!! Food has to be good when I go out but service makes it better. So I'll definitely be asking for Candace next time. read more

My go to late night munchies spot after a party at downtown Fullerton is IHOP. I understand that working third shift is really difficult but I got exceptional service from a young gentleman his name was Yasin. This IHOP has been here at this location for as long as i can remember. The times I've come are always met with satisfaction. Minor hiccups here and there, but that's expected with every diner. The customer service there is awful and to top it off the environment alone is disgusting looking, and there is a very rude little Mexican man that goes by the name Jaime Martinez that works there. Came here a few nights ago with some friends after a late night out, and even though some of the members in my group were rowdy, the workers were extremely welcoming.
