Arrived here in the morning at 10:00am for some breakfast. They have a ton of different flavors for their pancake combos. I got the Mexican churro pancakes as seen below. The food was really good and it's very filling so be sure to come here with an appetite! I was very happy with the service and friendliness by the staff and I will be sure to return to this location. I do believe there are multiple locations in Manhattan as well so I'll have to try the other establishments as well! read more

Going to IHOP on the weekend is always a task because you can always expect a crowd, especially in the morning. This was the second IHOP we tried because we were really craving for it and lucky for us this location didn't have a wait. It was busy though so we did have to pack our patience for service. It was well worth it because everything was cooked the way we wanted and of course filled all our breakfast cravings. We ordered the breakfast sampler and big 3, which are two good choices if you want to pack the protein while getting a good carb load from the hash brown and pancakes. This was the perfect meal for a day of running errands and hunting for Pokémon. Nevertheless the location is nice with ample parking and it was pretty clean compared to other IHOPs we've had not so pleasant experiences with in the past. The staff in general is great, very welcoming environment. Food was your standard IHOP food, which is good and plentiful.

This was last minute and spontaneous. It has been a while since I have entered an IHOP establishment. We decided to have the MEXICAN CHURRO PANCAKES , chocolate chip pancake combo and side of chicken strips. Everything tasted delicious. The food came out pretty quick and the waitress was friendly. Hey ihop! It's been years since i've been to an ihop. Nothing much has changed which is exaclty what i wanted... Except the gosh-darn SYRUPS. What happened to all the sugary berry syrups?! Is this some kind of joke? I came here for boysenberry syrup! I was so sad. How long ago did this happen? Lol all jokes aside, despite being busy, my boyfriend and i were served very quickly :) had an ok waitress with no problems. Garrett had stuffed french toast which was DELICIOUS but slightly cold. It was soft raisin bread toast with cream in parts of the center doused in strawberry syrup. I had the strawberry rhubarb cream cheese crepe which was SO good. It came with a combo of two eggs, hash browns, bacon and sausage. The crepe was so sweet and soft. Creamy cream cheese filling to die for. Sweet but a good "ihop" kind of sweet. Basically a dream meal. Again some things were cold but it's ihop. Fancier fast food. Bill was great. Around $9 for each of us for A LOT of food. We went during more brunch/lunch hours then breakfast hours on a Saturday and got seated pretty fast (within 10-15 min). Parking space is definitely hard to get during that time. Our server was great, attentive but doesn't constantly hover over,l. She's definitely busy though, the seats around us were never empty while we we're there. I got the Colorado omelette, and it was good. They were super accomodating about me substituting green peppers with mushrooms (at no additional cost!). I did upgrade my free side pancakes that you get with omelettes to a flavored one (Mexican Tres Leche, very delicious), and they were good about letting me know it was going to cost extra. The other notable dishes we got for the table were: T-bone with 3 eggs, it was really good for the price. I'd definitely recommend. Fried chicken and waffles with bacon and cheddar, this was the best thing on the table lol. I think it was pre-drizzled with syrup, so it has that salty/sweet thing going on in case that's not your thing. read more

Let me start off by saying the food, service, and establishment were all fairly good - your quintessential standard fair IHOP. So why the "A-OK" rating? I guess I'm spoiled by the Commack location. There were 3 things I noticed about this Manhasset location compared to Commack: 1. It has a comparatively smaller dining room. 2. They don't service carafes of orange juice. Really?!? 3. I love ham and their ham steak is literally about half as think as the one I get in Commack. In addition, I thought it tasted okay but my wife really didn't like it, she said it was really bland. In addition, every time I go to the Commack one, the manager is right there welcoming me and my family. He always remembers us and adds a personal touch during every visit. So as far as IHOPs are concerned, Commack is the gold standard in my book. Sorry Manhasset. read more

I must say I wasn't happy with my visit tonight . Only thing good is kids eat free with an adult order . I ordered the spilt decision ,My eggs were dry , the bacon was nothing but fat , avocado wasn't ripe. Also my sons chicken fingers tasted off too, the pancakes were decent though . It seemed really dead in there and yet it took awhile for the waitress to come by and greet us . Also the "hostess" was not friendly at all , she took us to the table and threw the menus on the table . She didn't even say your waitress will be right with you , nothing not even look at us . Once inside, there was a big crowd waiting to get seated. Fortunately, the line moved pretty quickly. Typical IHOP. Very nice staff, haven't had one unpleasant interaction at this location yet. The parking lot can get packed beyond belief (as is with almost any IHOP I've been to in NY), so I recommend you come either at 7-8AM or come around 12pm for a late breakfast. *Just a little tip -- next door there is a funeral home, and I'm not sure if this is legal, but even some waiters inside of IHOP told us that it "ok" to park there, rather than stuff your car into the ihop parking lot with much tighter spaces and increasing the risk that your car will be almost inevitably scratched by some doofus opening their car door. read more

This location is so COVID Compliant. It is a pleasure to go into this location and feel so safe. The staff is always cleaning and is always wearing proper PPE while serving guests. The food is great and the staff service is wonderful. The staff is always coming over to ask "How is everything and what else can they get you". To the IHOP Corporation - you did a wonderful job training the staff for COVID compliance and I just love coming to this location to eat. My family and I love this place for an early weekend family breakfast. We can all get something we like and not break the bank. Plus there are no surprises here, the head cook/chef calling out the orders in the kitchen definitely has great command of his kitchen and it's run efficiently that the food is always consistent, in the good way too! The staff here is great and very attentive. The wait could be a pain if you don't get there early but it's still worth it. And they are very accommodating....like if you don't like the hash browns, they'll sub it out with a hash patty or toast. And they also know how to do a proper poached egg! read more

Wait staff has been decent whenever I have come here. Occasionally, I will have a really snooty waitress but working at iHop isn't the easiest. I think serving breakfast can be very stressful (probably more than any other meal of the day). Blueberry Pancakes, scrambled eggs, hash browns....delicious. Good value. Of course it isn't healthy. I think I love this location so much because of the location. Something about being in Manhasset, and eating pancakes on a weekend morning, and visiting the shopping centers afterwards. read more

Who doesn't love IHOP. We go once a year, which is more than I can say for diners, when we have a morning doctor visit and we need some time and space to be with each other. Reminds me of my childhood, Saturdays there with dad after tennis. Of course it's not as awesome or hip or creative as some restaurants popping up, and their healthy menu is so limited, but if you like the basics with great staff and lots of kids reminding you of when you used to order and never finish the Happy Face (chocolate chip) and good memories with your parents, it's cozy and nice. Big steak omelet - not as enticing as the picture on the menu but taste-wise and portion size? And for the price. Can't complain. :) Chicken florentine crepe - the best way to end the three-day streak. Yum! BIG portions! I went this IHOP a few months ago with my coworkers. We were stuck waiting for an extremely long time, then when we're finally seated we were at the table for 25 minutes before someone gave us menus, but they expected us to order at the same time as the menus came. While we were looking at the menus and drinking our coffees, one of the people at my table noticed there were Fleas on our table in the container with the sugar packets. Then we noticed the floor in that room is carpet and there were more of them on the floor. We literally ran out of there and I wouldn't be caught dead in there ever again. Absolutely disgusting. When I told a friend this story he told me that when he went to this location that a roach was in someone's food. I will never ever go back and neither will my friends. I suggest you do the same. Worst seated service ever!! Waited 40 minutes to be seated. Expecting a message saying my table was ready. When I went to check, she canceled my reservation, then she blamed it on me. After we got seated in a table that's suppose to be for people, she only gave us 3 menus for 7 ppl. After we ordered we sent the food back 3 times because there was a hair in the food. Started with a preferred parking spot right up front, followed by the warmest greeting one could hope for. I've been coming here for a number of years, and if you have a craving for pancakes, IHOP never disappoints! I came here on a Sunday, and as always, there is a bit of a wait. There's no wait if you come on a weekday though. Their parking lot is atrocious on a Sunday as well. The service here is good, the food is good, nothing to complain about. I also had take-out once here, and when I got home, the chocolate chip pancakes were still hot and fluffy, as it would be if you were eating at the restaurant. The seasonal pumpkin pancakes were delicious and my hubby really enjoyed the pumpkin coffee. My waitress was M.I.A for most of our meal which was annoying to say the least and I had to keep calling on another waitress for service. Otherwise the food was really decent. I loved IHOP since I was a little kid when my parents used to take me. There have been MAJOR changes since. First off, if you don't want to be elbow to elbow with people at the door your best bet is to get here really early or after 2p.m it seems. The wait for two people wasn't long (5-10min) when I got there around 1:15. If you are a party bigger than 2 expect to wait for 20min+ Now getting to our food. The wait wasn't too long for a pancake combo which comes with two pancakes, hash browns, bacon/sausage, and eggs. Me and my friend order the combo. I got it with buttermilk chocolate chip pancakes and my friend got the red velvet pancakes. I started with the eggs which were tasteless without some salt, but the hash browns were on the money. Now for the pancakes, I didn't order them with whip cream which I found to be weird when they came out. Also the bacon was HORRIBLE. Probably the worst tasting bacon I've ever had. While we were eating the waiter came out with the check when we didn't even ask. I found that to be very rude and was turned off at that point. read more

The bar is pretty low on an IHOP, but our server managed to crawl under it. The problem began and ended with our server. She was surliness personified. Let's start with the order: "How do you want your eggs?" "Scrambled and well-d..." "Thanks" turns on heel and walks away. Had to work hard to flag her for extra water. I have always been a fan of ihop. They make breakfast taste sooo good. I always find myself ordering way too much food, scarfing it all down in 10minutes and leaving with the worst stomach ache. This Sunday was no exception but it was well worth it. I've always gone to the Flushing location but the wait is insane!!! we decided to try the Manhasset location. We got there around 1:30pm so we didn't have to wait but judging from the small parking lot I'm sure this place get just as packed. Our waitress was really nice and quick. Unfortunately we were seated right by the kitchen, had to deal with lots of noise throughout our meal. I ordered "The passport" which is 2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon, 2 sausages and 2 crepes. It was really good. I LOVE their crepes, seriously no place can make it better. My boyfriend ordered the "twoxtwoxtwo" Same thing as the passport instead it comes with pancakes. We also ordered a side order of hashbrowns, why not? we could use the extre 2000 calories. We both left feeling extremely full and happy. I think I like this place more than the Flushing location. Labor day there was a power outage in my block so we decided to drive to Long Island and visit Family. We stopped here for breakfast and loved it. We were checked in less than 20 minutes. The gentelman handling the clip board the busers, the cooks and wait staff all were fast and efficient (it was packed) Super clean place with a lot of seating. Food was delicious.
