We all have very different requirements, but this place had something for everyone; vegetarian friendly. Super clean and looks recently renovated. Lots of booth seating for larger groups. Pleasant and efficient service even on a weekend *smiles* Veggie Omelet did not disappoint. Lots of fresh cut veggies including mushrooms and topped with avocado slices and cheddar cheese. We wandered in after finding out one of our old favorites had closed and what a happy accident that turned out to be. They were pumping cold air like someone else was paying the electric bill and had the place decked out in red, white, and blue for the holiday. Huge menu, generous portions, everything was delicious!! and for the love of all things fried, order the fry sauce. Our waiter was fantastic and we had the pleasure of chatting with another waitress whose mom, Margaret Church, grew up in Coos Bay. I'm headed there with a pyrotechnics crew for the July 3rd and 4th fireworks shows and I'm posting a photo of a shell with her mom's name on it. I hope she sees this review! I only saw three or four orders being delivered to tables during that time (one table had 6 people sitting and waiting). We went across the street to the Oak Tree for breakfast the rest of our time at the Ashland Hills - they had real table service with a cheerful waitress and it took 15 minutes from order to delivery.
