I was craving for crepes on a rainy day so my mom and i ate here in the afternoon, first we waited for 5 minutes by the door cause there's no hostess in sight, i think they're too busy talking in the kitchen. until finally a waitress came out and she let us seated. we ate around 3pm, so thats practically a dinner, right? our waitress was Audra, she's very friendly and attentive, she always makes sure we're doing ok, have our drinks filled, always keep coming back if we needed assistance. though im only giving 3 stars bec. i ordered a pot roast melt served with fries, the roast melt was so oily i couldnt finish it, i just ended up taking off a bunch of meat on my sandwich and just finished the whole thing with just the little meat, i regret not getting crepes instead. but we'll have to come back next time. read more

This is for the manager who took care of my friend and I. Seriously, we were waiting for our food for an hour. We literally almost walked out and the manager comped us our food. I had to keep my mouth shut because I was irritated but thank God for this manager she was just so loving and so sweet. She didn't want us to leave angry. I can appreciate this manager not because of comping our food but because how direct she was to get us to just sit down and enjoy our food. Very bad service! I did wait in the waiting area for someone to come help about 10-15 minutes which I totally understand some most restaurants are having a shortage with staff. But as we sat down we waited another 15 minutes for our server to come around her name I believe was haydee and as I proceeded to ask questions of the menu she was very rude and just said we don't have it we don't have it...and as she took our food out she did not give us refills came to check on us once with the check as we had barely received our food which was very unprofessional as a worker of restaurant I see this as just wanting to get the client to leave as soon as possible. This is the worst ihop I have ever experienced! I am in awe of the disorder and the unqualified staff. I was told my wait time was going to be 5 minutes. I waited over 20 minutes......once I was seated it took 20 minutes to get my drinks and another 20 just to take my order. I preferred the steak and eggs and it was the worst steak I have ever seen. I've seen a lot of steaks. Half my steak was all fat and the eggs were extremely raw and runny. The pancakes were the worst. They were raw.i can't believe this establishment is allowed to be in the ihop franchise. The wait staff was unprofessional and rude. All the food was terrible. The cups were barely clean. Excellent service, from my server, Heidi. Pancakes were fluffy and delicious, also my veggie omelette, simple and fit was perfectly cooked with tons of delicious vegetables. Update: quality has officially gone down, sloppy omelettes. Chefs are extremely careless. Food was thrown on my plate and avocado was just taken out with no care and smashed on the side upside down. If you can imagine eating a slop fit for a pig. I sent it back once, giving the chef another chance and received the slop again, so just had fruit, even that tasted old. I was craving french toast one day, sooooo... got my fix! I want to share our IHOP experience. Upon entering the restaurant, we were given eye contact and greeted with a smile + a "Welcome." The greeter started talking to an elderly couple, who was waiting before us. The couple appeared to be regulars. They were having conversations with various staff members.. LOL.. it was cute. ***75% of the time, we've noticed that greeters will "greet" but without eye contact. OR, the host will not look away (or up) from what they are doing to acknowledge patrons standing in front of them or the podium. Takes 2-3 sec. to say "I'll be right with you." The place was pretty busy, but not crowded. We got seated in less than 2 min. We ordered, and got our food in less than 10 min. It honestly felt like 5 min. During our meal, our server (Derek) came and replenished our drinks without us asking. ***Usually, we have to strategically place empty glasses and/or dirty plates most convenient for servers for a refill and/or clean up. And most of the time, we need to ask for it. At one point, we needed napkins so I looked around and spotted our server in the next aisle. Took 1 sec. for him to look my way and understood what I said by reading my lips. ***We are used to servers with tunnel vision. They don't look around, or just doesn't want to so they can avoid seeing customers who actually need them. We finished eating, went to the cashier to pay. My husband was paying and I was holding our 2 to go boxes. The cashier saw the boxes and immediately said: "Let me give you a bag for that" I know you might be thinking... "Is that it? She's ecstatic about that?" Absolutely! It's what service is in my book.. Anticipate needs and provide them.. before being asked. No sugar coating needed, extra pep not necessary , just provide what we need and in a courteous manner. 4 stars for the place (could be cleaner) and food. 5th star for a pleasant experience. 24 hours IHop is always a plus especially with friends on a late night run but expect to wait on your food. But that's expected since it is late night. Best time to go is during lunch time where service seems to at its peak: service is great but sometimes would have to wait a little for a table. The reason why the score isn't higher is the dinner service I went through. I brought parents to dinner and upon arrival the hostess was on the phone with her Mom...okay I understand but then she brought up drinks, I asked about what kind of teas they had, she didn't know either. We end up ordering 3 different dinners: we got steak breakfast, steak dinner and a crepe combo special. The waitress was nice and gave us time when needed but somewhere along the line my order was forgotten and burnt when I finally got it. There was around 5 other groups around us and 2 waitress and another person that seem to be wearing manager outfit serving us. I understand if food is late but the table next to us that had 2 people were waited on by each of those servers while I had to go across the room myself just to get a bottle of Tabasco sauce. Overall, I would go back for lunch but only for their specials. The best experiences I had here was always when I ordered their specials and only if it isn't burnt. read more

My husband just visited this location. I should have walked out when the people behind us were talking about how bad the service was. This is most definately the worse IHop's I have ever been to. The place had 2 or 3 small tables so it was obviously not busy. We placed our order; drinks and food at the same time. About 15 minutes in we asked for our drinks again and the server responded "of course" like we didn't already order. A total of 30 minutes after we placed the order, our food came which was horrible. I felt like it ate butter with salt on top. Staff were just talking and texting. The whole experience was insulting. The meal came out to $29.00 and it was the very first time we didn't tip. Finally completed their refurb, this is like the 2nd one in 5 years - maybe they changed ownership. It was good to still see some of the same friendly waitresses, coffee is a Lil stronger, probably using a different vendor. Their entrance area is a coffee bar now, takin on the vibe of a starbucks. Regular coffee is $2.79 that's plenty expensive for me. Food is about the same, mediocre. Pancakes are still good!! Always love the diff flavored syrups. I have been to this IHOP only a handful of times, but after my most recent visit I will no longer bother to come here... on 12/10/17 I came to this IHOP with my daughter and a friend to have breakfast... the waitress, Barbara (Barbie on the name tag) came to receive our drink orders... I asked for the french toast hot chocolate and she stated that the entire restaurant was out of french toast... I asked her clarifying questions as this was a real surprise to me that a place that serves breakfast all day has ran out of a breakfast item during breakfast time... she then reassured me that there was no french toast in the restaurant at this time... once she came back with our drinks, she took our orders... my daughter asked for french toast and I had to explain to my very disappointed child that the waitress said there is not french toast as the waitress stood there and said nothing at all... my friend also attempted to order french toast and the waitress again mentioned there wasnt any in the building... 5 minutes after placing my order, I see all the tables around me receiving french toast... when the waitress brings our food, I inquired with her about the fact that she told me the restaurant was out of french toast, yet others are receiving it... it is then that she clarifies and says that they are out of french toast hot chocolate and still have regular french toast... my friend speaks up and asks why didn't she say that when he tried to order french toast and her reply was " I thought you was asking for a french toast hot chocolate too and that's why I said we were out, I assumed the 2 of you were going to share a hot chocolate" I'm sorry, in what world do people share a cup of hot chocolate while at a restaurant...? were you trying to imply that we could not afford 2 beverages...? this server will cause you to lose many customers so I advise you lose her before you lose more business... she spilled whipped cream all over our table, dropped food, forgot requested items, and gave us the bill with the good when it came and we didn't even notice the bill at first because it was under a plate as she sat them down on the table... though I appreciate that the manager did not make me pay for my meal, I will NOT be returning here... The new remodel of the restaurant looks nice, but so disappointed that they put in so many 4 seat booths and not regular tables which are so much more comfortable, especially for the disabled. The menu prices have skyrocketed since the remodel. The same omelet dish I ordered a few months ago here for $9.95 is now $13.95. The $11.95 Citrus Salad was way over priced for a bowl of spring greens with a small sliced chicken breast on it. It's suppose to come mandarin oranges and pecans, but I wasn't told of the orange outage until I asked and there was only a smattering of crushed pecan dust. Very disappointed because this used to be one of our regular favorite places to eat. They NO longer offer "Senior" nights on Mondays & Wednesdays. You must register online and have coupon on your smart phone to get that offer. I doubt we will be going back anytime soon. We came to the newly remodeled IHOP and it was pretty much just what I expected, Overpriced pancakes. They did a great job with the remodel though, it looks fresh and clean. Once we were seated, it took a good 10 to 15 minutes before a server approached us asking for our drink order. I would describe the coffee as watered down and luke warm.
