I don't know why there are so many bad reviews on here. I was quoted a 15 minute wait time and was seated in 10 minutes (party of 2). If you come here with a party of 8 or 16, you should know you are going to wait a long time. The place was packed, and I came during lunch time. If you come here at night, I'm sure it won't be packed. Dates go elsewhere. If you bring a date to IHOP, ...I won't continue that sentence. Service varies on the server you have and the customers that are around. That is why tip was invented. Bad service? Bad tip! Good service? Good tip. Everyone has bad days. Luckily I have been fortunate enough to have good service. Price - I always come here with a coupon so everything is either 20% off or buy one get one free up to $8.00. Can't complain about that. The only reason why you would go here is because it's the only thing other than Denny's that's open 24/7 in Moreno Valley. It's definitely in the BFE part of town, where you look down the road and think "I'm not going in there" because it's so dark. Then you go and there's 1 shop with lights... and it's a IHOP. So went here late Sunday night after watching Captain America with friends. This place was definitely deserted. We were the only one's there. They have a late night menu and then the regular menu which charges an extra $1.50 or something because it's not the late night menu. IHOP can be pretty cheap, $6.28 for a meal isn't bad esp when it comes with 2 eggs, bacon or sausage, hashbrowns and your choice of waffles, berry crepes or funnel cake. The food was alright, it IHOP don't expect great things in the middle of the night when no one else is around. The hashbrowns were a bit salty for me and the berry crepe was alright, I make better crepes at home, but that's just me. I like the IHOP near my house better though. read more

Food was good and service was okay. I asked for 2% milk and she gave me whole milk. Whatever. I just wanted to eat as fast as I could and get out. Way too busy. The waitress brought the wrong check to us and to tell you the truth, the menu and the actual food do not look alike. BF got crepes and I got the omelet steak. Awful rude customer service. My grandpa didn't have a mask so they refused us DINE IN SERVICE. How do you eat with a mask?? Whatever, so we asked if he waited OUTSIDE of the building until his food arrived, would he be permitted entrance to eat, as eating was the only time we could take our masks off. He was STILL denied service. I understand we are all trying to stay healthy, but do NOT open dine in services if you have to wear a mask walking in, just to take it off to be able to eat. IHOP is one of my favorite breakfast places of all time where I can relax, read my book, and watch some Hulu on my phone. The service is really good and I want to give a big thank you to Haydee and Jason for their amazing service and their amazing friendship. It's such an honor meeting these two kind souls and they always check back constantly. I don't really care if my food takes too long because I know the place gets busy at times and I respect that. My favorite is the Chicken Fajita Omelette which I enjoy so much since I'm clearly focusing on my fitness diet. The service I received with my family this evening was horrible 6 table had customers and it took 10 minutes to be greeted and sat. The table we were sat at was literally falling off the wall. It took forever (45) minutes to receive or food and the still forgot the side that came with the meal my daughters eggs were cold to the touch. My toddlers smiley face pancake looked horrible. We asked for ketchup and hot sauce my husband had to get up and go to the front to receive it when the waitress forgot. OMG, this location sucks so bad. I havent been here in awhile and it use to be nice and friendly. The waitress was not kind or friendly. She looked miserable and irritated that she was helping us. I love how it's hardly ever full so there is always space at least the times I have gone, staff is very nice and asking if you need anything. Only reason why I gave 4 stars is because I took my cousins for breakfast and it was abit full but our waitress was very rude, didn't check on us, the table next to us was helped by a different waitress since she noticed how rude her coworker was being. Very slow and rude employees, we were very nice. We didn't even get asked what we wanted to drink within 40 mins of waiting. Overall Took us 2 hours, when it wasn't busy at all at 2 o'clock in the morning. We were watching our waiter take her sweet time talking and standing around. So I forgot to take pictures, I totally should have. First off we were sat next to a table that had ants, I told our waitress and she said she would let "them" know. The ants were never taken care of. When my husband placed his order he changed some items out. This just confused the waitress beyond belief. She asked how he wanted his eggs, scrambled. I always order the French toast family breakfast feast to go. The bacon, eggs, hash brown and French toast were all packaged neatly with utensils neatly tucked in along with all the sauces. This breakfast feast easily feeds 4 people and everything is cooked perfectly. I suggest you place your order online so you won't have to wait. Online order is usually ready with 20 min or less. I received a coupon through email for a free stack of pancakes. I ordered online, when I picked up my order, I showed the lady my coupon to redeem my free stack of pancakes. She told me that the coupon has to be "printed out" That was the first time I heard something like that. When I first got there everything was fine. my son and I got seated fairly fast. We ordered and got our food in a decent amount of time. We ate and were about half way done. My son (4 years old) had to go to the bathroom. I took him and even asked my waitress where the restroom was. When we got back our food was gone and so was my son's jacket. So, my guess is my waitress wasn't even paying attention to who was cleaning the tables. When we got back k from the bathroom she was nowhere to be found so I'm just sitting at an empty table. I told another waitress what happened, she seemed concerned and brought us our drinks and told us new food will be out for us. At that point I was ready to go but my son was crying because he wanted his pancakes that he didn't finish. So I'm sitting there waiting for my food to come out. A manager comes over and asks me did I order yet so I had to tell her my story again. She ends up bringing the food to us. After the food comes then my waitress comes back and apologized. Ummm where were you that whole time? Anyways I didn't even feel like arguing but they took my son's meal off and I still had to pay for mine and drinks. Usually when the customer has an inconvenience as this, you don't have to pay anything. So I paid and left. Didn't give a tip though, the waitress didn't really care about what happened. The restaurant was extremely busy and the team was calm, friendly and all had positive energy! I witnessed a little girl drop a glass and just a few seconds later a table busser was on it! I was craving for crepes on a rainy day so my mom and i ate here in the afternoon, first we waited for 5 minutes by the door cause there's no hostess in sight, i think they're too busy talking in the kitchen. until finally a waitress came out and she let us seated. we ate around 3pm, so thats practically a dinner, right? our waitress was Audra, she's very friendly and attentive, she always makes sure we're doing ok, have our drinks filled, always keep coming back if we needed assistance. though im only giving 3 stars bec. i ordered a pot roast melt served with fries, the roast melt was so oily i couldnt finish it, i just ended up taking off a bunch of meat on my sandwich and just finished the whole thing with just the little meat, i regret not getting crepes instead. but we'll have to come back next time. read more
