Pull up a pic from ihop website and show the manager, says theirs doesnt look like that only get meat and onions. Wouldn't even comp my coffee. This lady Sorma I think (she would only tell me once) was the worst manager ever. Asked for number to corporate she told me "the number is in the office and I dont have a key. I'm not the manager I'm just the person in charge" then told me to take a picture of a plaq on the wall with an 800 number on it. This lady was so bad. Even after showing her the pic from the website she still would tell me if I get a side of cornedbeef hash I only get meat and onions. Mind boggling. Honestly I've worked food industry for over 15 years in every position. This lady and the cooks should no work there. Josie the waitress was f-ing awesome though. Bless her. Seriously though. Sunday morning breakfast with not enough help. Unclean tables all around us while people waited to be seated. Service by waitress was great after the wait, but I got the sense that management is keeping overhead at a minimum by not employing enough people properly look after the joint. read more

It's rare that I crave something like IHOP but this evening I did. I decided to order over the phone before I picked it up, and I was told immediately upon answering that I can either wait on HOLD for 20 minutes or order online ( I did neither) because the person answering the phone was "very busy"..as if that wasnt shocking enough, imagine my surprise when I walked into the establishment four minutes later and saw that there was only two tables to match two cars in the parking lot. Freakin ridiculous! Stopped by on Christmas day for some pancakes and crepes and as soon as we walk in there's 3 employee's standing behind the cash register just standing around talking and when we walked up one of them says that the wait is 2 hours, so I take a quick look inside and the place wasn't even packed. I've been to restaurants where it's extremely busy and the longest we've had to wait is 45 mins. I think these employee's were just being lazy. Will not be going to this ihop anymore read more

Sat for 20 minutes with out being even greeted, I went to speak with the manager and my party wanted to leave. Very disappointing.

This place is so hit or miss that I just won't come back. You can find better breakfast elsewhere. Service takes a long time and just not worth it. I've been to different IHOP locations but I must say this one has one of the best customer service. Our server was great, very attentive, i hope she returns after her maternity leave. This was my grandmother's first time going there too, and she complimented on how our server was very polite, and courteous. My husband, grandson and I went here for brunch. We used to go frequently, but had not been in a while. We decided that we would go today. The service was terrible!! We ordered our food shortly after we were seated. Another customer came in after us, ordered after us and got their food 10 to 15 minutes before we did. My husband had to get his own sugar from another table, which was not the kind that he asked the waitress for, but never received. When the food finally arrived my stuffed French toast was not stuffed at all and tasted like cardboard. That was the worst service and food that I've had there ever. They need to step up their game. Service took so long to get food had to get my stuff to go as we needed to leave by 12:00 got my food at 11:45. Very long service which wasn't good. By far the worst experience. My first door dash order,,,ordered cupcake pancakes. They came with no frosting or whipped cream. I called the manager and he told me I could go pick it up. This was a disappointing experience. Dont request your bacon crispy, it comes out harder than the plate its being served on. The waitress couldnt get anyones order right, trying to serve the wrong meal to almost evey table in her station. Every time I come in here the service is super friendly and they get your order right. The wait is usually never longer than 10-15 min. I come during brunch time, so late morning early afternoon and always have great service and it isn't too crowded. The coffee is good, the pancakes are better. This location never lets me down. read more
